Two arrows struck true, causing the Sea Monster King to momentarily freeze twice. Though both pauses were brief, they granted Yi Tianchen a precious moment. He rolled to his feet, activating Savage Charge, and his figure swiftly escaped the threat posed by the Sea Monster King.
In a hurried glance, Yi Tianchen saw that Liu Yuhan and Lin Yan had nearly cleared the minor monsters, leaving only seven remaining on the battlefield. Yet, it was these seven that made Yi Tianchen's heart race as a tactic to kill the Sea Monster King suddenly flashed in his mind.
"Lin Yan, leave those minor monsters!"
Yi Tianchen shouted, startling Lin Yan, who was about to strike. Though confused, she quickly maneuvered to avoid a pursuing Sea Monster follower and executed several dodges, retreating with impressive speed.
Meanwhile, the Sea Monster King continued to roar and fixate on Yi Tianchen, unaffected by Liu Yuhan's two arrows. Gritting his teeth, Yi Tianchen's gaze turned fierce as he sprinted while dragging Dragon's Roar behind him, maintaining a safe distance from the Sea Monster King.
"Everyone except the priest and Liu Yuhan, draw the aggro of one minor monster each. Remember, just keep their attention; don’t let them die," Yi Tianchen instructed solemnly.
The group paused for a moment, bewildered. However, they recognized Yi Tianchen's strength; despite their confusion, no one hesitated and they charged toward the minor monsters. Li Tielong, who had just recovered, also sprang into action immediately.
With two extra minor monsters dealt with collectively, the remaining five quickly focused their aggro on the five players. The battlefield became a flurry of movement as the five dodged continuously while the minor monsters chased them with harpoons in hand.
Seeing this, Yi Tianchen led the Sea Monster King in a wide arc while continuing to issue commands: "Priest, focus on healing me; Liu Yuhan, keep an eye on the BOSS's aggro and output damage safely!" He then abruptly redirected toward where the five were located: "Everyone move according to my commands."
"Understood!"
The five responded in unison. Although they still didn’t grasp Yi Tianchen's exact intentions at this point, they knew he wouldn’t joke around in such a serious situation; there had to be an extraordinary reason behind his arrangements.
"Very good!"
With a silent sigh of relief, Yi Tianchen suddenly halted mid-sprint. He swung Dragon's Roar and instead of merely dodging, he launched a counterattack against the Sea Monster King. His figure soared upward as a dark circle of light descended during his unfolding movement; he slid sideways and slashed with his sword.
"Roar..."
The roar of the Sea Monster King was like thunder, causing Yi Tianchen's eardrums to throb. After delivering a powerful strike, Yi Tianchen immediately dodged, his mind racing with a set of data that combined his own movement speed, the Sea Monster King's movement speed, the movement speeds of the other five players, and those of five small monsters.
"Little Bear, move three meters to the eight o'clock direction and dodge left!"
"Li Tielong, move two meters to the six o'clock direction and accelerate to create distance!"
Upon hearing Yi Tianchen's commands, Hero Does Not Question Origin and Li Tielong immediately executed their designated actions, along with the two small monsters behind them. In that fleeting moment, Yi Tianchen charged forward, weaving through with a series of sharp turns, sending two small monsters flying.
From a god-like perspective, it was clear that Yi Tianchen's movement trajectory cleverly utilized the two small monsters as blocking points. As a result, the pursuing Sea Monster King was obstructed in its attack path. With a flick of its harpoon, it sent the two small monsters soaring.
Moreover, due to the nature of team settings, the small monsters could not inflict damage on the Sea Monster King. Even though they were flung four or five meters away, they remained unscathed and quickly got back on their feet. However, Yi Tianchen's clever maneuvering had successfully deflected the Sea Monster King's deadly pursuit.

The Terminator of Regrets was utterly shocked; he finally understood Yi Tianchen's strategy. Behold, Yi Tianchen had previously instructed Hero Does Not Question Origin and Stinky Fish to create blocking points, but the Sea Monster King's attacks were too fierce for them to withstand.
In such situations, the most common tactic is to use fixed natural objects—like trees, bushes, thorns, or rocks—as blocking points to disrupt the target's pursuit. However, everyone found themselves on flat ground with no natural objects to utilize.
What to do?
Yi Tianchen came up with an unconventional idea: since players couldn't withstand the attacks and there were no natural objects available, he would create some blocking points himself. Thus unfolded this unexpected scene. Yi Tianchen cleverly used these small monsters as distractions through aggro manipulation and timely positional adjustments to achieve the desired blocking effect.
Realizing Yi Tianchen's true intent left everyone in awe; more than just astonishment at his ingenuity, they were left speechless by his control over the battlefield!
Clearly, whether it was the Sea Monster King or the small monsters acting as checkpoints, they were all unpredictable and uncontrollable independent entities. In simple terms, to accomplish all of this, Yi Tianchen had to maintain control over every variable present at the scene. How to effectively arrange the movement of these variables had to be calculated and executed solely by Yi Tianchen, and all within an extremely short timeframe.
At this moment, even Liu Yuhan in the rear, as a member of the Dream Celebrity Rankings, couldn't help but feel her heart race. She understood very well that among all those on the celebrity list, no more than three could achieve what Yi Tianchen was currently demonstrating.
"Damn! Where did the priests go? Heal me, heal me!"
Yi Tianchen almost burst into tears; after running around for so long, he suddenly realized that both priests seemed to have vanished. "Remnant, move six meters at seven o'clock and accelerate your retreat; Lin Yan, move three meters at five o'clock and dodge slightly to the right; Li Tielong, move four meters at ten o'clock and hold for at least two seconds before charging out; Not a Master, move three meters at three o'clock and execute a left-side Heavy Strike."
The second wave of attacks began.
