Unfortunately, this was merely a death struggle; over a thousand remaining Insect Beasts completely dismembered and shredded it.

Once the giant tree had completely ceased its struggle, a group of contestants warily watched each other. With the great enemy eliminated, the next phase was a free-for-all among them.
Now everyone wanted to know who had landed the final hit!

A fireball crashed into a Black Insect Beast, and soon the contestants learned through the Magic Web Forum that this Black Insect Beast was indeed the one who had secured the final blow, instantly becoming the top scorer.
