"Ah?" Miao Chengmin was taken aback, pondering for a moment before asking, "That must not be something very simple." 0
"Hehe, indeed," the prosecutor, now in human form, smiled as he approached Miao Chengmin. "I apologize for disturbing your rest." 0
"I wasn't resting anyway," Miao Chengmin said, spreading his hands in understanding. "What do you need? Please go ahead." 0
This response left the prosecutor momentarily silent. He summoned a piece of stationery from behind and handed it to Miao Chengmin with a serious expression. "Recently, King has been quite busy. For the past year, he has been in meetings with the rulers of the Demon Realm. Due to the incidents on your Earth and the expanding territory of Ban Sa, he is currently facing quite a headache. This is the Spatial Audio he left for you, specially processed to allow you to view it on Earth." 0
Miao Chengmin took it and examined it closely. "Oh right, let me give you a little surprise," the prosecutor said kindly as he looked at Miao Chengmin. "From now on, you won't have to live like refugees on Earth; King has arranged a home for you..." 0
"Really?!" Miao Chengmin exclaimed joyfully, feeling the black flames in his consciousness ignite passionately. 0
"Don't get too excited, child; this is just one of the things," the prosecutor said as he gazed up at the illusionary dome woven like white silk, contemplating for a moment. "However, if I tell you everything, then the Spatial Audio would lose its meaning. Consider it a way to pique your curiosity; go back and see for yourself. There are still matters to attend to in the Divine Realm, so I must take my leave." 0
"Hey..." Miao Chengmin reached out to grab him but suddenly reconsidered; after all, the prosecutor from the Transmigration Hall was a senior figure in the Divine Realm, and touching him with his own decaying flesh would be too disrespectful. 0
Miao Chengmin could only retract his hand and stand there foolishly with the Spatial Audio held against his chest as the illusion around him began to disassemble and shatter like it was being torn apart. Gradually, the moonlight of the three-dimensional world returned to Miao Chengmin's eyes, leaving only a few scattered leaves swaying in the cold wind. 0
His consciousness was still adjusting to the sudden return of darkness. Miao Chengmin shivered and remembered that he was still standing on a branch; he hurriedly reached out to grasp the trunk of the tree. "Aibo?" Miao Chengmin looked down but realized that Aibo didn't need sleep to maintain its energy and had already returned to camp for rest. 0
As his consciousness adapted to the night, his vision gradually brightened enough for him to barely recognize this world. He picked up the Spatial Audio, which had transformed into a small golden box, examining it closely before finally descending onto the overgrown land and walking towards the camp where everyone else was sound asleep. 0
At eight in the morning at Song Family Villa District, Mr. Song had assigned each member of the alliance a villa, and Lu Sha's villa happened to be adjacent to Captain An Xiaotian's. That night, Lu Sha had trouble sleeping, tossing and turning with her eyes closed only to suddenly open them again, her mind filled with thoughts of her conversation with Yang Meng. 0
They had only known each other for a few days... and now he was gone... 0
As dawn slowly broke at the end of night, light pierced through the curtains drawn in her room and illuminated the wrinkled sheets where Lu Sha's feet peeked out. Unable to count how many times she had opened her eyes, Lu Sha rested her head on her hands and stared blankly at the ceiling. 0
Lu Sha felt as though there were eyes in the darkness trying to communicate with her; she had once witnessed her adoptive father's death before her eyes. Now, separation by life and death had reappeared in this twenty-year-old girl's life, bringing back a familiar heaviness that pressed down on her heart throughout the night without relief. 0
"I can't sleep at all!" 0
Lu Sha suddenly sat up, gripping her blanket in frustration as she contemplated lying back down again. With bleary eyes, she pushed back her messy red hair that hung over her face but ultimately stood up and pulled back the curtains to look outside. 0
There was no one left on the grass; it seemed An Xiaotian had been helped inside by servants at some point during the night. Yang Meng's body had also been moved; now outside there was only a maid sweeping fallen leaves. 0
With no sorrowful sights left before her eyes, Lu Sha felt as if nothing had ever happened. Yet memories of past pain and present heaviness constantly reminded her: what was the meaning of joining this alliance and what did it mean for her after being transformed into this state? 0
Perhaps this was an answer Lu Sha would spend her entire life searching for. 0
"Sasa!" 0
A voice called from outside below, snapping Lu Sha back to reality as she leaned over to look down from her window. Xu Yicheng was waving up at her; clearly he had noticed Lu Sha lost in thought by the window. 0

"Doctor..." Lu Sha opened the window, but the usual vibrancy in her greeting was gone. 0
"Want to join me for a morning run?" Xu Yicheng deliberately avoided mentioning Yang Meng, hoping to lift Lu Sha's spirits, believing that saving someone from a bad mood was worth the effort. 0
"Sure. Let me change my clothes," Lu Sha replied, gesturing to her patterned pajamas before disappearing from the window. 0
At this time, Xu Yicheng had actually planned to have an illusionary conversation with Aibo, but after much thought, he set aside the Resonance Stone. Aibo's only confidant was himself; if Aibo knew what was happening outside human perception, he would surely inform Xu Yicheng immediately. Additionally, Xu Yicheng himself had been quite busy lately, especially since taking on the independent design and manufacturing of the Antimatter Engine Armor project. Now that Yang Meng was in trouble, it left everyone feeling uneasy. 0
Standing on the cobblestone path of the villa area, Xu Yicheng saw Lu Sha running out from behind a cluster of flowers, wearing a light pink shirt paired with an apricot-colored skirt, having tucked her shirt into her skirt to accentuate her waist. The two jogged side by side, neither mentioning An Xiaotian or Yang Meng, nor even glancing at the nearby grass. 0
Neither had the courage to break the rare pleasant atmosphere. 0
Eighty percent of the Song Family's courtyard wall was made of high-compression reinforced Silica Glass material, allowing a clear view of the street outside while making it difficult for passersby to see inside. Xu Yicheng glanced at the pedestrians outside: it was still early morning, and most were elderly or pushing food carts for business. However, beside a clothing store across the street stood something resembling a Black Christmas Tree. 0
As they ran, Xu Yicheng scrutinized that object because he felt a pair of eyes staring back at him. Strangely enough, that black-covered elongated shape seemed to move; as a car passed by, it vanished in an instant. 0
"What is that?" Xu Yicheng wondered to himself, suspecting he might be getting old and seeing things. 0
"What are you looking at?" Lu Sha noticed Xu Yicheng staring intently and followed his gaze. 0
Xu Yicheng didn't answer because he believed he must have misseen it. Could it be Yang Meng's lingering spirit causing trouble? 0
The thought sent chills down his spine; he shook his head vigorously, reminding himself to adhere to materialism. But when he regained his composure, that Black Christmas Tree-like figure appeared before him again—this time at the entrance of the villa area. 0
"Ah!" Xu Yicheng jumped back in fright, muttering names of philosophers under his breath. 0
Lu Sha frowned in confusion as she turned back to look at Xu Yicheng, who had stopped in place. She had also noticed the Black Christmas Tree at the gate but seemed to recognize who it was as that figure moved closer. 0
She saw bony fingers protruding from black sleeves. 0
"The Celestial Warriors... it's been a while." 0
A familiar yet strange voice emerged from the Christmas tree as Miao Chengmin lifted his covering, revealing two eye sockets flickering with black flames and a waxy yellow face resembling a zombie standing before them. 0
"Oh heavens!" Xu Yicheng slapped his chest hard and complained about Miao Chengmin's appearance, "Did you really need to dress like that? I just saw you on the cobblestone path; now you're suddenly blocking my way—who wouldn't be scared?" 0
"I wouldn't," Lu Sha said with her hands raised as if mocking Xu Yicheng. 0
"No...," Xu Yicheng blurted out, "Don't you feel it? Like... when a friend passes away and everything feels eerie—Miao Chengmin, your outfit is really something else." 0
Hearing this from Xu Yicheng made Lu Sha realize she wasn't alone in fearing death's separation. Seeing Xu Yicheng flustered for once made her set aside her usual carefree demeanor and maintain a calm composure for the first time. 0
"Hmm?" Miao Chengmin understood what he meant and recalled witnessing the Satellite Beam fall and the conflict between Yang Meng's stabbing and An Xiaotian's fury; he chose to lower his gaze silently and sighed, "I'm sorry about An Xiaotian's family matters. I... I don't know how to explain it to you all. Death in this three-dimensional world is merely physical; perhaps in the Divine Realm, she will have a brand new beginning." 0

"But..." Lu Sha paused for a long time before saying, "We all wish she could live a peaceful life in this world." 0

"Everyone hopes for no farewells, but that is an essential lesson in life," Miao Chengmin said helplessly. "I hope your captain and everyone else can shake off the gloom soon." 0

"Sigh... Besides us, the other team members still don't know about Yang Meng's incident. We can't contact them; let's just let everyone take a good break," Xu Yicheng said, realizing it was Miao Chengmin. He completely dismissed his earlier absurd thoughts and stepped forward, extending his hand. "Why don't you come in and sit for a while? You and the Spirit Corps have been wandering in the forest every day, struggling so much, and you even have to bring Aibo along..." 0

"Haha, there's no need to go inside. Aibo isn't a troublemaker; he's recognized by everyone as a thoughtful friend. Besides, we've long since gotten used to this kind of life." Miao Chengmin surprisingly leaned slightly and politely waved his hand to decline Xu Yicheng's invitation. He then turned to the main topic and said, "I'm here because there have been several significant events happening in the universe recently that I need to inform you about. Otherwise, a unit that is cut off from information and unaware of the enemy's situation cannot possibly win a battle." 0
