After waking up, Newton first sought to understand what had happened with Lucy and the others.
"They went to the Spirit World?"
Newton rubbed his temples, suddenly feeling that the Celestial Spirits seemed a bit unreliable. Although he had previously encountered Lucy's Celestial Spirits and found them generally untrustworthy, pulling someone away for a banquet right before a competition was akin to keeping you up all night in your dorm before an exam.
