"Ten thousand dragons?"
The Azure Wind Antelope arrived as One Night, and it seemed that no one else was around. It felt like One Night was always the one showing up lately.
"Makarov, are you joking?"
Minerva had come quietly, bringing only Sting and Rogue with her. After all, the relationship between Sword-Biting Tiger and Fairy Tail wasn't great; it was just that these three had a good rapport with Newton, which was why they came. They were keeping this from Geman, as who knew what might happen if he found out.
"I don't think Newton or Mr. Makarov would joke about something like this."
Leo arrived from Serpent Empress's Scale. He had a good relationship with Gray, so communication between Serpent Empress's Scale and Fairy Tail was always handled by him.

After meeting her, Kagura felt immense gratitude towards Fairy Tail—specifically towards Newton and Erza. This time she came to Fairy Tail to see Newton and Erza, wanting to meet the person who cared for her sister while also wishing to see the one who saved her brother. However, she hadn't expected that Newton would be in a coma, leaving Erza anxious and unable to engage in conversation.
"Hahaha, are you serious? Ten thousand dragons? Eclipse Gate? You've never told us about these things before. Why should I believe you now?"
The speaker was a drunken man with a bun hairstyle, dressed in traditional Chinese attire, his eyes leering at Kagura. This was Pakas, the representative of the Four-Headed Hound, a formidable Mage. The connection between Four-Headed Hound and Fairy Tail dated back to the era of Makarov. Goldman, the Guild President of Four-Headed Hound, was a close friend of Makarov, Pob, and Poluchika, and naturally sent someone over upon receiving an invitation from Makarov.
However, the lecherous gaze of Pakas made Kagura quite uncomfortable. She tightened her grip on her sword, feeling an urge to strike him down.
"What’s wrong, sister? Staring at me like that, are you hoping to...?"
Pakas said in a rather sleazy manner.
Unable to hold back any longer, Kagura drew her sword and swung it at him.

Pakas shivered involuntarily. In the past, he had often teased Jiang, relying on his own strength. As an S-Class Mage of the Four-Headed Hound, he had mastered martial arts that maximized his magical abilities, particularly when under the influence of alcohol. However, Jiang was an artificial intelligence with terrifying data processing capabilities and unparalleled experience. Compared to him, Pakas was outclassed by several leagues. With meticulous observation and understanding of his opponent's techniques, Jiang could predict what Pakas would do next with just a scan. The result of their encounters was that Pakas ended up getting thoroughly beaten and spent several months in the hospital.
Afterward, despite his past experiences, Pakas still hadn’t learned his lesson. Unable to win through strength, he decided to challenge Jiang to a drinking contest instead. Proud of his drinking abilities, he chose the wrong opponent; against anyone else, he might have stood a chance. But against Jiang—who was essentially a robot—alcohol merely circulated through his system and evaporated due to high temperature, even having a cooling effect on him. Meanwhile, for Pakas, it was disastrous. Throughout their drinking session, alcohol vapor rose from Jiang’s head like a humidifier while Pakas struggled and nearly drank himself to death. No matter how tough or skilled someone was at drinking, excessive consumption would always lead to trouble for ordinary people. Ultimately, due to alcohol poisoning, Pakas found himself hospitalized for several more months.
As a result, he rarely visited Fairy Tail. He felt somewhat cowardly about it; if it weren’t for the request from the President, he wouldn’t have come at all this time.
"Ha, just kidding, I'm just joking."
Pakas chuckled awkwardly and then quietly stepped aside.
Kagura was quite surprised. Jiang was Newton's assistant, but usually, things were handled by Jin, so not many people knew about Jiang—at least Kagura didn't.
