Yue Songyang and Qian Youshi agreed with Ancestor Xu Elder's words. With three high-ranking figures expressing their stance like this, Wei Chen had little room to argue.

Wei Chen smiled and said, "Don't worry; it won't be an offensive formation. I plan to create a Transference Array. Once the Treasure is unearthed, we can use the illusion array to trap other forces and then transfer the Treasure away. Afterward, we can look for opportunities to explore further."
"Transfer away?" Yue Songyang asked excitedly as he looked at Wei Chen. "How far can you transfer it?"
"About several dozen miles," Wei Chen replied with a calm smile.
Yue Songyang and Qian Youshi exchanged glances filled with undisguised disappointment.

"Wei Chen, we understand our predicament. Just do what you think is best. If nothing else, that illusion formation we had before would suffice. We can forgo the Sword Qi and teleportation formations," Yue Songyang decided after some thought.
Wei Chen smiled and said, "Vice Master, I'm not done yet. Don't rush me. The teleportation formation is essential; it's just a matter of where we teleport to."
"No matter where we teleport, if it's too close, it won't have any practical effect," Yue Songyang shook his head, unwilling to let Wei Chen waste effort on such formations. Changing the time or place might yield results later, but this time it wouldn't work. The Privy Hall and Duke Sui's Residence, along with the Southern Ming Divine Palace, would surely have Sixth Level Divine Realm individuals present; a few dozen miles of teleportation wouldn't affect them much.
Wei Chen pouted and said, "The Cosmic Shift Formation I want to create will satisfy you. Teleporting the treasure to an ordinary place won't work, but what if we teleport it to the Azure Green Pool?"

"Alright then." Yue Songyang agreed with Wei Chen's decision. In truth, even if he disagreed, it wouldn't matter. Through their conversation, Yue Songyang had sensed that Wei Chen was quite stubborn; once he made up his mind about something, he wouldn't easily change it. Stubbornness sometimes indicated determination.
It was precisely because of this that Yue Songyang felt somewhat reassured about Wei Chen. Previously, he had been worried that Wei Chen might be a spy sent by Duke Sui's Residence; after all, Wei Chen's background made everyone in the Temple of Martial Arts uneasy. Yue Songyang moved in front of Wei Chen and Ancestor Xu Elder, blocking their path. "Elder, as Vice Hall Master, I must set an example. If I don't take on this task and let you worry about it instead, what right do I have to hold my position as Vice Hall Master?"
Hearing Yue Songyang's words, Wei Chen suddenly felt that this was a truly upright man. If Old Master Jin Ge were here, it was hard to imagine he would accompany him into the Azure Green Pool like this.
