When Cui Ming broke through the window, he had already set up Evelyn's trap. The principle was simple: Evelyn placed the trap on Cui Ming's body, and when he arrived at the designated spot, he could use Force to repel the trap. Evelyn watched through the sniper scope, observing the crow's true form, and then the trap sprang up, biting into the crow. Evelyn didn't want to use the trap this way, but seeing Little Lu in danger, she pulled the trigger. 0

The shot hit the doctor squarely in the head, leaving him momentarily dazed as he fell heavily from the flock of crows, clearly injured. 0

The wind had arrived, and Beiyue wasted no time pouncing on the doctor. 0

Cui Ming and Little Lu saw their reinforcements arrive and decided to observe first. Evelyn held a high vantage point as the five surrounded the doctor. 0

Cui Ming remarked, "Impressive. Just when we thought we had him, he managed to recover from his Force state and turned things around." The doctor had indeed extinguished his Force when Jayce appeared. Only when he saw Cui Ming break through the window did he lift his suppression state, using a meager amount of Force to create a decoy that tricked Cui Ming and bought him a few seconds before binding him. 0

The doctor stood up and looked around: "So it's a trap. You are from the Force Alliance?" 0

Cui Ming replied, "He’s stalling to recover his Force; let’s take him down." 0

Beiyue and Wind joined in as the others formed a triangular formation. The Holy Gun, sniper rifle, and Poker took turns attacking. The doctor was indeed strong and seemed to have enhanced his abilities; his binding skills were formidable. One by one, Beiyue, Wind, Cui Ming, and Little Lu found themselves immobilized while suffering under painful pressure. 0

However, given that he was recovering from his suppressed state and facing five skilled opponents, it didn't take long for the doctor to sustain serious injuries. Just when everyone thought victory was within reach, the doctor finally unleashed his trump card. Three small Force crows flew out from his body and hovered over the outer layer of Force, firing beams that struck Wind and Beiyue's protective Force shields, rapidly siphoning energy and allowing the doctor to recover some of his injuries. 0

"What’s going on?" Cui Ming asked as he attacked again, cutting open a wound that healed almost instantly. 0

The doctor sneered: "I am immortal." 0

As soon as he finished speaking, a Force crow appeared in his right hand, shooting a beam that bound Wind. This was a continuous binding; as long as Wind's Force didn’t deplete, it wouldn’t end. In his left hand, another Force crow emitted a painful pressure beam that struck Beiyue's body. Beiyue resisted this invading force with her own Force. 0

Little Lu, Evelyn, and Cui Ming continued their assault while the doctor showed no signs of retreating despite being injured. The small Force crows quickly drained energy from Wind and Beiyue to heal him further. Back and forth they went until Cui Ming urgently called out: "Stop!" If they kept this up, it would be Beiyue and Wind who fell first. 0

The three of them paused, and Beiyue, enduring the pressure, charged forward. Cui Ming interrupted the ongoing binding with an explosive card, and the wind retreated a bit further. Both Wind and Beiyue moved aside, drenched in sweat. Looking at the doctor, Force was surging with energy, his body unscathed, already back in peak fighting condition. 0

Cui Ming asked, "Crow?" 0

"Crow?" the doctor replied, momentarily confused before understanding. "Crow is just a nickname given by others." 0

"Truly worthy of being my idol, the top expert in Strategy," Cui Ming flattered, stalling for time. How should they fight? The Crow had weaknesses, but he could only rely on the Crow's clones to escape; otherwise, his own speed was too slow. However, once he transformed into a Crow clone, the three Archers could easily take him down. In a positional battle? They couldn't win against that. Yet Cui Ming couldn't understand why the Crow would let Wind and Beiyue go. Was there a distance limitation for that little Crow of Force? 0

What about taking Beiyue and Wind away? No way; without them, the Crow would use its clones to attack Little Lu, Evelyn, and himself. The three of them couldn't eliminate the Crow clones as quickly or easily as Beiyue and Wind could. 0

The Crow clones couldn't escape; without transforming, they couldn't escape either. Cui Ming found himself at an impasse—fighting was not an option, but neither was doing nothing. 0

The Crow said, "You are no match for me." 0

Cui Ming agreed; with that little Crow of Force's ability to drain life like Blood Magic while also enhancing itself, it was indeed formidable. However, the Crow was boasting; it wasn't that they were no match—it was more accurate to say they couldn't kill him. Cui Ming asked, "But can you escape?" 0

"Then let's continue." 0

The Crow transformed into a swarm of crows and flew away. The Archers attacked fiercely while Cui Ming used Yellow Card to immobilize the main body of the Crow, forcing it back into its original form. Then the Crow used its clones to attack the three long-armed individuals. The Archers were left unprotected; their rhythm disrupted, Cui Ming was caught and endured tormenting beams of light while Little Lu was bound and Evelyn, despite being the farthest away, was still harassed by the Crow's clones. 0

These clones consumed Force and had a hint of ninja-like evasion. Utilizing the characteristics of crows and their animal nature involved binding and tormenting through a Magic System. Absorbing another's Force for oneself was Blood Magic. Additionally, it had enhanced abilities; Evelyn's headshot could only inflict minor injuries on the Crow. 0

Despite being a hybrid of skills, it felt as solid as if specialized—hard as an armored vehicle. You might bite him twice, but he'd bite back once; you'd get hurt while he remained at full health. Five high-level experts surrounded the Crow but found no openings to strike. The Crow stopped negotiating or waiting and began an endless assault. Lacking evasion methods and speed but possessing the ability to absorb Force for healing made him nearly immortal. Meanwhile, on Cui Ming's side, Force consumption continued unabated; even Beiyue had to retreat with Cui Ming's help to recover Force. 0

Beiyue said, "He not only takes your Force but also drains it." The little Crow of Force was relentless in its attacks from a distance and continued absorbing Force even when its main body was under attack. The only reasons for stopping were either when the Crow reached full capacity or when the person being drained moved more than sixty meters away. 0

This guy is really annoying, and who can handle him one-on-one? Unless someone can inflict damage that exceeds the combined force of three Force Little Crows. 0

"What’s going on?" Jayce asked, swaying slightly as he leaned against a nearby pillar. 0

They were fighting near the main building, in an open area where people had already been evacuated under the security's arrangement. The battle had been going on for twenty minutes, and the police had arrived. Jayce woke up next to an ambulance, identified himself, urged everyone to evacuate as much as possible, and then made his way over. 0

What he meant by "what’s going on" wasn’t about the current situation but rather asking what was happening with the five of them. Why couldn’t they take him down? 0

The positioning was clearly a surround; Evelyn, Cui Ming, and Little Lu formed a triangle on the outside, while Wind and Beiyue kept watch on the inside. In the center stood a person in a doctor’s coat with a mask. In contrast to the others, aside from Cui Ming and Evelyn, the remaining three looked quite disheveled. 0

No one answered Jayce, as the fight resumed. The Crow charged directly at Jayce, while the others tried to intercept. The Crow pushed forward like a bulldozer, binding one hand while tormenting with the other, sending out copies of itself to attack the perimeter, with Force Little Crows absorbing the energy from those nearby. 0

Jayce hadn’t fully recovered yet; he turned to leave. The Crow wanted to chase but couldn’t keep up. Beiyue struck, and Cui Ming used his immobilization charm; there wasn’t much ground left for him to cover. 0

Because the Crow wore a mask, it was impossible to tell its expression. However, Cui Ming was sure that this guy was also going crazy. Although five people couldn’t kill him, their coordinated offense and defense were effective. Plus, since he wasn’t an assassin, it was impossible to take any of them down easily. The Crow's greatest regret was its Little Crows; once it reached its optimal state, it could no longer absorb the opponent's energy. 0

Cui Ming thought to himself that if this guy wanted to stab him with a knife, then those Little Crows could continuously absorb energy... He hoped he wouldn’t find out. Right now, with five of them only defending and not attacking, it made things very uncomfortable for the Crow. It didn’t worry about facing two or three opponents; it could easily bind one and torment another. Against three opponents, it could bind one, torment another, and control one with its Little Crows. Against four opponents, it would have to control two with its Little Crows, which was already quite challenging. However, through a war of attrition strategy, it could still wear down its opponents. 0

But against five people, the Crow felt powerless. The most shameless part was that Cui Ming, while they were fighting, actually allowed his teammate to retreat from the battlefield to meditate and recover. Just when he was about to take down another opponent, one of his teammates returned looking refreshed after using the restroom. 0

Cui Ming asked, "Brothers, any thoughts?" It was now his turn to be bound while Wind was being tormented and Little Lu took a break. Faced with their strength issue, Cui Ming had no good solutions. He truly hadn’t expected that there would be five skilled fighters who couldn’t take down this guy. 0

"I'll join too." Jayce, having regained most of his strength, conjured a hammer and entered the fray. He could fight up close or attack from afar and wasn’t slow at all. 0

"Don’t mess things up!" 0

Jayce rushed forward to confront the Crow, launching a series of hammer strikes. However, the outcome remained unchanged; Cui Ming and the wind were mercilessly struck by Force. Jayce quickly halted his attack and instructed everyone to step back, insisting he would handle it alone. Cui Ming, uninterested in his bravado, watched as Jayce was bound, tortured, and drained of Force. 0

Since these three methods were continuous, Cui Ming could only interrupt them momentarily before they resumed. The wind shielded Jayce from the torment, while Beiyue blocked the bindings, allowing Jayce to escape. 0

A long-distance duel with Evelyn? In theory, it was possible. However, in a one-hundred-meter standoff, if the opponent chose to flee instead of fight, transforming into dozens of crows—some attacking Evelyn while others escaped with the main body—how could they stop that? 0

The wind gritted his teeth in frustration. "I've seen my share of battles, but what kind of strategy is this? Damn it, Cui Ming, couldn't you leave a couple more people behind?" 0

Cui Ming scoffed. "Isn't it all the same? It's not about leaving two more people; it's about our lack of a high-explosive fighter." They needed someone whose power was so great that the small crows couldn't recover from it; otherwise, even ten more people wouldn't be enough. 0

They had to leave; the crows couldn't hold them back. Yet Cui Ming was reluctant; this was tied to Wandering's plans. Though they had different goals, they were still allies. 0

The Crow found it odd. "Why are you ambushing me?" There was no reason for it; there were no hunters here. Only Jayce had some connection to the Fire Cult. The others might have heard of them but had no ties to the League or the Ye Family. 0

Cui Ming replied, "Because your Fire Cult kidnapped Master Bei. Master Bei is the father of my friend." 0

"Master Bei?" The Crow responded seriously. "If that's the case, it's purely a misunderstanding. I do know Master Bei, and we have a deal; he helped us forge two pieces of equipment." 0

Beiyue interjected, "But he didn't finish on time..." 0

"No, he completed it long ago. Our transaction has already concluded," the Crow clarified. "We signed a ten-year contract; I provided him with a blueprint, and he helped me forge two pieces of equipment. By the eighth year, he had already finished." 0

"What?" Beiyue was taken aback. (To be continued.) 0
