Finally, after successfully passing the trials of the Hexa Deity, Yu Tian entered the Void Realm as the King of the Gods and accepted the legacy of the God of Nihility. As the energy dissipated, the God of Nihility vanished. The first thing Yu Tian did upon emerging was seek help from Dr. S. After a year of hard work, Dr. S successfully created a device that could read memories from genetic traces, taking Yu Tian back to a certain era in the Beginning. However, this beginning left him puzzled. 0

Millions of years ago, there were Mages here just like him. How did these people come to be? A day felt like a year; it was time to go home... 0

Yu Tian focused on piloting his spaceship and soon arrived outside the laboratory. He skillfully input a long string of commands. The originally empty ground gradually flipped over, revealing a tubular passage. Yu Tian maneuvered his ship into the large tube and safely landed on the platform. 0

“Shui Er... wake up!” Yu Tian stood up from his seat to rouse Shui Er. After exiting the cabin, he stored the spaceship back in its storage room and quickly scanned the status of his Satellite-monitored house. Finding no major issues, he led Shui Er out of the laboratory. 0

Once outside, Shui Er quickly followed him, receiving a scolding from her older brother. At that moment, she became quite obedient. Yu Tian entered a password on a certain part of the wall, verified his fingerprint and retinal scan, and a panel slid open on the smooth surface revealing a small red hovercar that glided out gracefully. 0

“Big Brother, everything here is so fascinating...” Shui Er looked around in awe. Even though she had seen many forms of magic, she still couldn't comprehend how her brother could create such changes with just a few gestures. 0

“Just watch quietly... Don’t contact me unless necessary. Remember! If I need you, I will reach out; just don’t be too reckless...” Yu Tian was worried that Shui Er might cause trouble again. 0

Shui Er said nothing but quietly followed Yu Tian into the car and waited in the Co-Pilot Seat. Yu Tian started the vehicle, activated its protective systems, and accelerated toward the basement. 0

The walls around them were made of glowing fluorescent material, specially constructed by many experts sent by Dr. S. It was clear that Yu Tian and Dr. S shared a bond beyond mere friendship; they were like father and son. However, both men were always busy and didn’t live together all the time. Whenever one faced an issue, the other would always meet their needs. 0

The vehicle was a lightweight hovercar that had only become widely used in the past two hundred years; this model was among the first test versions with free lifetime updates and upgrades. The hovercar moved like a nimble serpent through the winding tunnel toward their target—the basement. 0

During this journey, Shui Er actually quieted down; she felt some tension as they approached an unfamiliar environment. Just recently, she had played with something and was chased by two strange beings. She had tried to probe their energy levels but found no results at all. Yet those two robots continued to pursue her relentlessly without showing any signs of fatigue. 0

In fact, there was another reason for his silence. Ever since he inexplicably left the Otherworld, when he encountered his elder brother again, he discovered that Yu Tian possessed a latent power within him that could rival that of the Elemental God. Beyond that power, he also sensed a familiar energy that was continuously recovering. 0

Seeing that Shui Er was indeed much more obedient, Yu Tian felt relieved and increased the speed of the flying vehicle, quickly arriving at the basement. 0

The walls of this basement had several random exits, and Yu Tian's vehicle was ejected through an opening that appeared suddenly. He braked swiftly, and with the help of the cushioning device, both he and the wolf quickly stabilized. He instructed Shui Er to get out and wait to the side while he worked on the Control Panel. A mechanical arm then dragged the vehicle into another opening. There wasn't much in the basement; after Yu Tian pressed one of the largest buttons, the ground shifted, quickly transforming into an ordinary storage room. The control panel was completely covered by a pile of food boxes. 0

As the ground moved, Shui Er kept scratching at it with her claws, but of course, those hard floors were unaffected in the slightest. Frustrated, she prepared to use magic but recalled her brother's words and decided against it. Instead, she turned to Yu Tian and asked, "Big Brother, you said I shouldn't use magic, but how come you used it? And made such a big fuss..." 0

Yu Tian initially felt awkward but after wiping away his cold sweat, he explained, "Shui Er... this magic is just another way for us Earthlings to harness natural forces—it's called technology!" 0

Shui Er turned her head back but still didn't understand. She asked, "So what is technology then?" 0

Yu Tian stumbled over his words a bit but wanted to resolve this quickly so they could leave. He thought about what Shui Er might do if they delayed too long and said, "Technology is a method of utilizing elemental powers; it's somewhat like magic..." 0

This was something Shui Er seized upon immediately, eager to tease him: 0

"Is it like magic? Using elemental powers? Isn't that just magic? You're just making excuses..." 0

Yu Tian realized how flawed his statements were. He had spent too long in the magical world and had indeed forgotten much of what he had learned here. Perhaps those were memories buried deep within himself, but they shouldn't have all surfaced at this moment. 0

"Alright... anyway, this is just another technique for using material energy. I'm really anxious right now; can you let me go? Let's get out together; it's suffocating in here..." 0

Seeing his older brother's impatience, Shui Er reluctantly agreed after a moment of adult-like hesitation. She walked toward the obvious exit—a wide door. 0

After the machine at the exit carefully scanned Yu Tian's heartbeat and genetic samples, it finally opened the door to the basement. 0

The metal door embedded in the wall slowly creaked open, like a tender sprout breaking through the soil. Shui Er, being quite polite, waited by the door and gestured for her brother to go first. With that, Yu Tian took several large strides into the home he had been away from for so long. Shui Er followed closely behind, shaking her head. 0

It was her first time seeing such architecture, and as she walked, she moved slowly, wanting to take in all the furnishings of the house. Because of this, her tail nearly got caught in the door, causing her to jump into her brother's room in a panic. 0

Here, she thought it should be her domain. Noticing that her brother was preoccupied and not paying attention to her, she began searching for interesting things around the room. 0

"Lin, are you home?" Yu Tian called out loudly when he saw that Lin hadn't come out to greet him. 0
