Inside the Soccer Club's office, Endou was shouting excitedly, "Everyone! We can finally participate in the Tomorrow's Star Tournament!!"
The members cheered in response, "Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh!!!!"
Kazemaru raised his hand to ask Endou, "So who is our next opponent?"
"Our next opponent is..."
"Is?"
"I don't know!!"
"…"
Shiki sighed and rubbed his forehead, saying, "I knew it..." He then pulled out a notebook and flipped through a few pages before continuing, "Our opponent is Wild Junior High!"
The group looked puzzled. "Wild Junior High?"
Otonashi added from the side, "They were the team that played against Imperial Academy in last year's regional qualifiers."
Endou's eyes sparkled with excitement as he exclaimed, "I'm so happy! We actually get to compete against such an amazing team!!"
At that moment, the Soccer Club's coach, Donghai, walked into the office. Hearing Endou's words, he scoffed, "But you'll probably lose by a large margin in the end."
Just as Shiki was about to respond, another voice chimed in.
A newcomer popped up from behind Donghai. "Hey! Everyone! I'm Tsumura Asuka, and I guess you could say I'm a Defender."

With that, he left the office.
Tsumon listened to this remark with a look that seemed to say, 'Is this guy really the soccer team's coach?'
Shiki shrugged his shoulders as if to say 'It's unfortunate, but that's just how it is.'
At that moment, Miki greeted the newcomer. "Tsumon-kun."
"Isn't this Little Aki? So you're from Raimon?"
Endou asked Miki, "Someone you know?"
Miki nodded. "Yeah... I've known him for a long time."
Endou grabbed Tsumon's hand and waved it happily. "No matter what, welcome to our team! Let's make our way to the Tomorrow's Star Football Tournament together!"
Tsumon expressed his concerns directly. "Our opponent is Wild Junior High, right? Are you sure it's okay?"

Next was Shindo's special move, Shadow Hair.

Finally came Bishan's special move, Deadly Wall Mountain Spin.

Watching them train from the side, Shiki, Miki, and Otonashi all wore helpless expressions.

"What are you guys doing?"
A voice came from behind them.
It was Natsumi.
The group jumped in surprise, looking at Natsumi leaning against the door frame. Kazemaru, mustering his courage, was the first to make an excuse. "We're practicing!"
Endou realized what Kazemaru meant and quickly added, "That's right! We're practicing not to be discovered by the enemy."
Hearing their clumsy excuses, Natsumi sighed and pulled out a tattered notebook. "This is what you want, right?"

Endou felt embarrassed.
"Anyway, I just went to ask Miss and told her about this matter. She generously handed me the notebook."

Shiki spread his hands. "You can't read it."
The group looked at the text on the pages, and Shiki continued, "The writing is completely indecipherable."

After he finished, everyone fell backward.

Goenji, Endou, and Shiki gathered together. Goenji shared his thoughts, "I was thinking that maybe what Endou's grandfather meant in his notes is this."

Endou's eyes sparkled with admiration.
Endou made up his mind. "The attacker will be you, Goenji. As for the other person, they need to be a stable platform... What do you think about Bishan?"
"Good idea! Let's start strengthening our training now!"
The training regimen was as follows:
Goenji had to practice jumping off a platform and then jumping again.
Bishan would practice jumping high.

I can only apologize; my internship has been much busier than I imagined, which has caused delays. By the way, the special move used by Oni Gari Middle School in the last chapter, Ghostly Binding, is a move from the game. I haven't played it myself and could only describe it based on clips I found online, but I wasn't very sure about its abilities, which is why I didn't let them use it.
