Thus, Ace prioritized learning Observation Haki over Armament Haki.

Many people believe that with Armament Haki, the Natural System has become obsolete.

An Armament Haki user must actively capture the form of a Natural Element User, while the Natural System can attack from a distance and evade, maintaining an active position.
Furthermore, while Armament Haki can defend against enemy attacks, it is also consumable. Continuous attacks from a Natural Fruit user will deplete Armament Haki over time.
Therefore, for Ace, using Armament Haki might strip away his abilities; it would be better to fight using Observation Haki in conjunction with his Natural System powers.

"This can be practiced with Cecilia."
Xiaqiu looked at her and said, "As for Armament Haki, Cecilia, attack me."
