Spring passed and autumn came, summer arrived and winter departed.
In the blink of an eye, eight months had gone by, and it was now June of the 151st year.
Sakura Kingdom, located on Winter Island in the Grand Line, remained incredibly cold, yet it was bustling with activity at this moment.
In a certain area of Sakura Kingdom, a peculiar set of buildings had emerged. The outermost structure was a grand wall, standing about four meters high, with gates at the front, sides, and back.
The front gate was wide and imposing, guarded by soldiers on either side.
The side gate was adjacent to a newly established port where numerous sea vessels were docked.
The back gate faced another place known as Eskimo Village.
Entering through the main gate revealed a broad street that stretched into the distance, flanked by towering spruce trees.
At the end of the street stood a tall building with "Teaching Building" inscribed above its entrance.
To the left of the building were several other structures, each adorned with different signs: Biomedical College, School of Dentistry, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health among others, along with Biomedical Laboratory and Laboratory for Experimental Equipment, to name just a few.
Behind the teaching building were several dormitory buildings that provided access through the back gate to Eskimo Village, where villagers had opened numerous shops.
Barbecue restaurants, bars, fast food joints, and various cuisines could be found there.
Whenever students felt hungry and preferred not to eat in the cafeteria, they could head over to enjoy some delicious food.
To the right of the teaching building was a vast circular structure. While it wasn't as tall as the teaching building, it covered a large area and was composed of two semicircles.
This building was the Sakura Kingdom Medical College Affiliated Hospital.
The first semicircle consists of the outpatient building and pharmacy, while the semicircle behind it houses the inpatient rooms and surgical center.
The affiliated hospital is located right next to the port, allowing direct access from there.
The teaching building, dormitory, and hospital together form the newly established medical center of Drum Kingdom.
This so-called medical center is a comprehensive facility that integrates teaching, research, drug and equipment development, as well as treatment.
These facilities were gradually completed over a span of eleven months, from July of last year to June of this year.
The aim was to promote the entire medical technology of Drum Kingdom as a selling point.
This concept was envisioned by Bola during this process.

In the distance, many residents of Sakura Kingdom stood watching.
These people had gathered together, eagerly looking up at the stage.
Dalton spoke for quite some time, inviting a rather stiff World Government official to give a speech before Bola took the stage.
Dressed in a splendid robe, Bola confidently delivered her speech and then raised her arm, declaring, "I announce that the Sakura Kingdom Medical Center is officially open."
With her voice, everyone stood up, clapping continuously. The applause was thunderous as they shouted Queen Bora's name.
Over the past year, the changes in Sakura Kingdom were undeniable; residents' incomes had dramatically increased, and life was getting better and better.
The entire country, once ruled by Wapol and filled with stagnation, had transformed into a lively place that even surpassed the former Drum Kingdom.
