Chapter Ninety-Five: Nico Robin
Xiaqiu smashed a ship and swam away into the distance, making a circle before accelerating towards the intact Sea Vessel.
Now, his strength was immense; even a Vessel capable of withstanding the storms of the Grand Line could be rendered irreparable with a single blow, and it would sink after just two hits.
However, just as Xiaqiu was about to make contact with the Sea Vessel.

When Xiaqiu fought against the Lionheart Pirates, he had been struck by fish crossbows that had shattered his scales and damaged his muscles, leaving deep grooves.

However, the muscles beneath the scales could dissipate force but were insufficient to allow any point on the scales to withstand overly concentrated power.
This was enough for the scales to endure an attack from a Crossbow Bolt, absorbing enough force to only show minor cracks.

The impact of the Fishing Crossbow and Crossbow Bolt was so great that it could pierce through the skull of a Sea Beast.
"We cannot win."
Nico Robin assessed his abilities and instantly reached this conclusion. She then walked to the Stern and extended her hands.
Arms emerged from between the ship and the Stern, untangling the ropes and releasing the vessel into the sea.

Nico Robin jumped down from the Stern and landed on the ship. At that moment, others saw her movement and realized she was trying to escape. They rushed to the edge of the ship, eager to follow her, but one by one, they stumbled and fell to the ground.
Nico Robin ignored them and waved her arm again. Dozens of arms sprouted forth, raising the sail on the central Mast, and then she grasped several oars, beginning to row the ship.
Under Nico Robin's power, the vessel sailed away into the distance.
"We're very close to Alabasta now," Nico Robin thought, narrowing her eyes. "As long as they can hold off that Black Fish for a while, I can reach the Coast."
With that thought in mind, she quickened the pace of her oars, and the ship surged forward with increased speed.

"What is that?"
Xiaqiu circled around, planning to charge again, but at that moment, he suddenly caught a feedback signal from a sound wave.
"Trying to run away?"
Xiaqiu noticed a ship departing on the Surface of the Sea, already having traveled some distance behind another vessel. If it hadn't been for the shift in position, his sound waves would not have detected it.
There was no way he would let them escape.
At this moment, those who could take advantage of the opportunity to leave on a ship were generally quite strong; otherwise, they wouldn't have been able to seize the Vessel.

Nico Robin watched as the Black Fish drew closer, his heart sinking like lead.

As the Black Fish neared the ship, Nico Robin suddenly swung his arm. In the next moment, arms began to spread out from the stern, overlapping and transforming into a gigantic arm.
Boom.
The enormous arm came crashing down onto the ship.
Smack.
The palm struck Xiaqiu's exposed ram above the water's surface but immediately dispersed, turning into petals.
"What is this?"
Xiaqiu felt a tremendous force hit him, causing him to momentarily stall, but he was not injured.
Devil Fruit User?
Xiaqiu thought, once again swinging his body forward, and with a sudden burst, he crashed directly into the ship.
"Bloom."
At the moment Xiaqiu collided with the ship, numerous arms sprouted from Stern, pressing down on Xiaqiu's head.
Crack, crack.
The sound of bones breaking echoed as Nico Robin's expression grew increasingly grim, beads of cold sweat forming on her forehead.
But she held firm.
Using the bending force of the arms, Nico Robin absorbed Xiaqiu's forward momentum while simultaneously pushing against the ship, propelling it forward a short distance.
He was actually blocked.
Xiaqiu paused for a moment in surprise before charging out again, this time using only half of his strength.
Nico Robin gritted her teeth as elongated legs sprouted from the ship, each ending in slender, pale feet.
Slap, slap.
Nico Robin's feet landed on Xiaqiu's head, attempting to fend off his attack.
But in the next moment, all the legs shattered, and Xiaqiu crashed into the ship.
Boom.
The ship was smashed apart and began to sink slowly. Nico Robin leaped backward to evade Xiaqiu's impact but fell into the water instead.
"That's it."
Feeling the weakness coursing through her body, Nico Robin's expression turned ashen. She was in the water, devoid of strength, unable to even fight back.
Am I going to die?
Her dreams remained unfulfilled, and yet death was looming.
What was even more absurd was that she wasn't dying at the hands of an enemy, but rather at the mercy of a fish.
How unfortunate.
Nico Robin's eyes shimmered with unwillingness as her body continued to sink downward.
"In the water, unable to move—she must be a Devil Fruit User. We have to wait until she's dead before we can eat her."
"But which member of Baroque Works is this?"
Xiaqiu did not immediately launch an attack. Instead, she activated her instant membrane and looked at the figure before her, momentarily stunned.
Tall and slender, with long blue-black hair and fair skin, a pair of red-black eyes sparkled alluringly.
She had delicate eyebrows, a high nose bridge, and sensual lips.
Especially striking were her long legs clad in boots, the exposed parts smooth and elongated.
Not conventionally beautiful, but undeniably captivating.
Nico Robin.
Xiaqiu instantly recognized her identity. According to the timeline, she had just joined Baroque Works and was now the Vice President of Baroque Works.
How could it be her?
Xiaqiu's gaze became complicated.

Nico Robin's skin is white in the manga, while in the first part of the anime, it was tan, but it returned to white in the second part. Additionally, in the original work, Nico Robin's eyes are red and black, while in the anime they are blue and black. For now, I will stick to the original description.
