How can this table be so high?
After picking up a small box and standing up, Ouyang Zixin realized that such a height could hardly be called a table. Was it meant for giants? She wouldn't say it was very high, but it was at least over one meter six. Under this table, not only could she not stand up straight, but there was also quite a bit of space underneath.
"Nameless, have you ever seen a table with legs this long?" She gestured with her hands, feeling that this could not possibly be considered a normal table. What made them think it was a table at all?

Ouyang Zixin laughed heartily, finding this feeling quite refreshing. So she temporarily set aside her concerns about the Small Stone Box and sat down at the large table with Nameless, ready to dig in.
Nameless waved his hand casually in the air, and a Water Bag filled with Azure Leaf Tea appeared in his hand. He handed it to Ouyang Zixin, indicating she could enjoy it while eating before he sat down himself.
The two chatted idly as they ate. They also discussed what to do if the Small Stone Box turned out to be impossible to open; they couldn't just let the Mirror Guardian go to waste. After all, it was a Mystical Artifact of inheritance.
"I'm so full..." Without realizing it, Ouyang Zixin had eaten too much. She stood up and stretched lazily to help digest her meal while twisting her waist.
As she moved, her line of sight shifted due to her body turning. This made her notice four totems engraved on the table: Xiaoshen, Black Bear, Xuan Wolf, and Xuan Eagle when she twisted clockwise. When she turned counterclockwise, she saw the totems of Xuan Tiger, Xuan Yang, Xuanma, and Mystic Monkey.
"I see." She hadn't expected that while eating at this giant table, she would discover these totems' secrets. It seemed that opening the Small Stone Box wouldn't be so difficult after all.
Ouyang Zixin jumped down from the huge stone table. She quickly flew through the Underground Palace, heading first towards the Xuan Snake Totem, while behind her, Nameless was still unaware of what had happened and momentarily could not catch up.
Hmph. Just as expected.
The Millennium Ruins indeed had many mechanisms. A small Stone Box was surprisingly closely linked to these eight totem pillars. If it weren't for the accidental discovery earlier, those who obtained the Mirror Guardian would ultimately leave the items here. Because even if they took it out, the Small Stone Box could no longer be opened. The feeling of being able to see and hold it but not use it was truly frustrating.
"This is designed quite tightly, layer by layer," Ouyang Zixin chuckled. She began to admire the designer of the Millennium Ruins; at least they had calculated human nature and treasures together. Every possibility could lead to multiple variations, resulting in different outcomes.

"Indeed, I have thought of a solution, and I can confirm that opening the Small Stone Box is just a matter of time." Ouyang Zixin was no longer anxious; instead, she leisurely reached out to stroke the Xuan Snake Totem beside her. "You see, every time a treasure appears in this Underground Palace, it's due to changes in the outside world. Each treasure guides us to seek it out, starting from when we heard the sound until we found this Mirror Guardian..."
Seeing Ouyang Zixin speaking slowly and deliberately, Nameless understood that what she was about to say was likely very important. So he patiently listened without rushing to ask about how to open the Small Stone Box.
It turned out that from the moment the image appeared on the Mirror Guardian, they had already fallen into the calculations of the designer or master of this Millennium Ruins. First was humanity's instinctive greed for treasures, followed by curiosity about events happening elsewhere in the future or simultaneously. This was also something Ouyang Zixin admired; if it were indeed the same person, then they would not discover the Small Stone Box afterward. Thus both would remain incomplete. Even if someone else came later and found the Small Stone Box, its effectiveness would likely be greatly diminished or even rendered useless.

Ouyang Zixin did not say that Yun Tianmo left because of Yun Tianying; she merely pointed out that Beautiful Scenery Without Form was already captivating enough on its own.
This is one of the possibilities.
Another possibility is like Ouyang Zixin, who obtained it but did not leave, and also discovered the Small Stone Box. Just this one possibility could lead to countless outcomes in the later developments, which shows that the master here, the designer, is truly a mastermind.
Each link is tightly connected; different choices made by different people will trigger different results. No wonder so many want to enter the Millennium Ruins on Fortune Day. It turns out that regardless of the outcome, one should at least be able to obtain a treasure, and if lucky, perhaps even more.
"The true Fortune Day of the Millennium Ruins is not the treasures within, but rather finding and solving every challenge after eliminating all temptations. What ultimately presents itself before people is the most precious thing within the Millennium Ruins." At this moment, Ouyang Zixin exuded confidence and a strong drive to unravel all mysteries, making her seem somewhat different.
"So, master, do you mean that we need to find the method or answer to unlock this small box?"
Ouyang Zixin laughed heartily and said proudly, "Of course! Just look at who I am. Come on, I'll take you to open this Small Stone Box."
