Ouyang Zixin and Nameless exchanged glances, nodded in agreement, and then moved in a semi-circular formation towards the source of the sound. They were not concerned about what had happened behind the stone door for now, but being in the Underground Palace, they needed to eliminate any potential dangers immediately. As for whether Nameless was human or ghost, Ouyang Zixin had never cared before and certainly wasn't going to start worrying about it now.
What truly caught her attention was when she saw that the collapsed stone wall revealed a vividly colored Taiji Yin-Yang Diagram. Her heart sank.
The Taiji Yin-Yang Diagram was starkly black and white, as if freshly painted with watercolors. The smooth lines depicted the twin fish as if they could leap out of the wall at any moment, and even the surrounding Gossip was clear and intact. Wasn't this exactly the Taiji Yin-Yang Diagram from her previous life? It was almost identical.

Although using this dagger to pry at the stone wall seemed excessive, Baike had no other tools at hand; prying off a few pieces wouldn't cause much loss.
As Baike gently inserted the dagger into the stone wall and scraped along one edge of the Cicada Jade, several pieces of stone fell away. Just when she thought she could remove the Cicada Jade, she discovered that it was not just a thin layer. Through the crumbling stone wall, she realized that this object extended deep into the wall by an inch; without chiseling it out entirely, there was no way to take it down.
