John clearly realized in his heart that the chaos they had caused was like a huge rock thrown into a calm lake, stirring up countless ripples. Every gunshot, every explosion, continued to attract the nearby rat people. Although disrupting the evil ritual was a victory, it undoubtedly announced their location to all enemies. 0

He turned to look at his teammates, each of them covered in dust but with an unyielding flame burning in their eyes. John took a deep breath and shouted loudly to them, "Listen up, the chaos we've caused has attracted too much attention. We must act immediately and head straight for the teleportation device!" 0

They don't have time to waste on countless skirmishes with the rat people, which would only deplete all their strength until the last person falls. Their goal is clear - to destroy the teleportation device, cut off the reinforcements of the rat legion, and give Yakhanix a glimmer of hope. 0

The team quickly adjusts their direction, with each person focusing their attention ahead. John, Alixia, Taktron, and Karenmu, the four of them move like ghosts in the night, swiftly and agilely approaching the location of the teleportation device. Behind them is a disturbed underground city and countless rat people roaring and running towards them. 0

But at this moment, their only thought was to destroy the transmission device and end it all. They sped up because they knew that only speed could help them win the final victory in this race against time. 0

As John and his group quickly retreated, the rat people behind them surged towards the recently destroyed ritual site like a tide. They swarmed around the destroyed altar, filling the entire underground city with squeaks and chirps, expressing not only anger but also an intolerable sense of the sacred ritual being disrupted. 0

This action undoubtedly drew most of the attention to the destroyed altar, as if their faith had been insulted. The anger and dissatisfaction were enough to temporarily ignore the presence of John and his group. For the rat people, this dissatisfaction far exceeded the pursuit of the invaders. 0

John and his group's strategy was wise and decisive, taking advantage of the rat people's extreme reliance on their faith to create chaos and seize the opportunity to move on to the next target. With the rat people's attention diverted, their journey became relatively safe, at least until they reached the location of the teleportation device, where they would have more freedom of movement. 0

On the labyrinthine roads underground, the figures of John and his group grew smaller and smaller as they walked further away. Behind them lay an angry world of rat people, enraged by the destruction, but their anger had not yet turned into a direct threat against them. In this exploration filled with unknowns and dangers, the strategy of diverting the enemy's attention was undoubtedly a crucial step towards their success. 0

Taktron walked briskly, his gaze sharp and determined, as if the path ahead was clear under his guidance. The team followed closely, leaving behind the chaotic and frenzied gathering area. Beneath their feet lay a path paved with gravel, filled with the symbols and items of the Skaven, as if it were a mysterious passage leading to the core of their evil beliefs. 0

On the way, John and his companions passed through an area decorated with various skulls and bones, showcasing not only the Skaven's worship of death but also deepening the sinister atmosphere of this underground world. As they delved deeper, an indescribable energy grew thicker in the air, a force not belonging to this world, filled with unease and evil. 0

John could clearly feel that with each step, the energy danced on his skin, as if invisible tentacles were trying to tightly entwine his soul. The oppressive and unsettling feeling in the air unconsciously quickened his pace, knowing full well that their destination was not far off. 0

They crossed one after another of the symbols and signs left behind by the Skaven, each one seemed to be telling an unfinished story, and the endings of these stories all pointed to the place they were about to reach - the location of the teleportation device. In this race against time adventure, every step was filled with unknowns and dangers, and John knew they had to be prepared to face any challenge. 0

When John and his teammates reached the end of their journey, they witnessed a shocking sight. Ahead of them was a huge teleportation gate, its scale was beyond their imagination. It hung in mid-air like a bottomless black hole, surrounded by a ring of green energy. This energy was both powerful and unstable, writhing in the air like a living creature, emitting an eerie glow. 0

At the center of the portal, a sinister vortex shimmered ominously, occasionally sending green lightning streaking through the space and striking the ground on the other side. Each bolt intensified the energy on the ground. This portal was clearly the source of the Skaven and their evil forces, the gateway through which they entered this world. 0

The air around was oppressive, filled with a malevolence and ruthless cruelty from the depths of the void, instilling a fear that seemed to emanate from the depths of the soul. John and his teammates stood before this portal, knowing they were facing an unknown and extremely dangerous enemy. The ritual they were about to interrupt was not only crucial to their mission but could also be the turning point in the entire war. 0

John took a deep breath, his gaze firm and calm. Although he felt unease and fear inside, he understood even more clearly that now was not the time to retreat. He turned to his teammates, exchanging a look that only true warriors could understand. No words were needed; everyone understood that they were about to embark on a dangerous and challenging path. But in order to stop all this evil, they would not back down. 0
