After Xuan Ye arrived at the outskirts of the Gorge, he sensed that something was blocking his entry into the Gorge.
At first, he thought it was a formation, but when he tried to unravel it, he realized it was not a formation at all; it resembled Mystical Arts, yet it also seemed different.

From the moment Xuan Ye and the Phoenix entered her line of sight, she had been staring at them intently. The Phoenix had flown straight towards Luo Bingbing, and its speed was astonishingly quick.

Filled with anger, the Phoenix launched an attack on the Snow Spirit Fox resting on the Little One. It opened its mouth and breathed fire at the Snow Spirit Fox.
However, due to its small size and immaturity, the fire it spewed was not only short in distance but also weak in intensity, posing no threat to the Snow Spirit Fox.
Though its flames were small and short-lived, its actions startled all three people and one fox around them. Especially Luo Bingbing and Luo Yi, who had no idea that this "Bird" before them was the legendary Phoenix; they merely thought it was a particularly beautiful Bird.
The Guardian of the Forbidden Land, Xuan Ye, had long known that it was a Phoenix, but seeing it breathe fire for the first time still startled him.
The Snow Spirit Fox had already sensed the hostility from the Phoenix. Initially, it was dismissive, but when it witnessed the Phoenix breathing fire, fear began to creep into its heart.
Luo Bingbing noticed the little creature on her shoulder trembling slightly and realized that the little fox was likely frightened. Her brows furrowed slightly as she cast a cold gaze at the Phoenix across from her.
The Phoenix, upon seeing the Little One's cold and merciless eyes, felt a twinge of fear. It shrank its head and turned to hide behind Xuan Ye.
Seeing this colorful Bird act so human-like piqued Luo Bingbing's interest. She couldn't help but wonder what kind of bird this was.
However, she remained cautious towards unknown beings and objects.
From the moment Xuan Ye laid eyes on Luo Bingbing and Little Beggar Luo Yi, he automatically ignored Little Beggar Luo Yi and focused intently on Luo Bingbing, looking deep into her soul.
From the first glance at Luo Bingbing, he knew that this Little One was no ordinary being.
Then he saw the Phoenix heading directly toward that Little One, and in an instant, he realized that this Little One was the Otherworldly Divine Star he had been waiting for and searching for.
Luo Bingbing noticed that the Bird had been scared enough to hide behind the White-Clad Elder and shifted her gaze to him.
With a sharp look, she directly asked, "Did you break my barrier?"
Xuan Ye nodded gently in response to the Little One's question.
After seeing the White-Clad Elder nod, Luo Bingbing continued to ask, "Who are you? What do you want with me?"
Upon hearing the question from the Little One across the way, Xuan Ye first glanced at the Little One and then at the slightly larger Little Doll standing beside him.
Suddenly, he casually pointed at the larger Little Doll, and it instantly collapsed.
Luo Bingbing was astonished by the speed of the White-Clad Elder's attack, as it was almost on par with her own Ability Speed.
However, when she saw Little Beggar Luo Yi fall, she felt a mix of surprise and intense anger.
She raised an eyebrow slightly and coldly stared at the White-Clad Elder across from her, saying, "Do you dare to hurt him?"
As soon as she finished speaking, she quickly darted behind the White-Clad Elder and launched an attack.
Xuan Ye swiftly dodged to the side when he saw the Little One attacking him, narrowly avoiding the strike.
After missing her first attack, Luo Bingbing continued to press forward. However, despite her innovative attack Skill, it lacked any real power in Xuan Ye's eyes; it was merely child's play.
Seeing that she couldn't even touch the shadow of the White-Clad Elder left her astonished, thinking to herself, "This old man is incredibly skilled!"
Thus, she decided to change her strategy and used her Ability.
She teleported behind the White-Clad Elder and launched a fierce assault. Just when she thought she had landed a hit, the White-Clad Elder suddenly vanished before her eyes.
Seeing that the White-Clad Elder had disappeared so abruptly left Luo Bingbing puzzled. She looked around but couldn't spot him anywhere. Yet her innate intuition told her that he was nearby.
At this moment, she became even more vigilant.
At the same time, she was speculating in her heart whether that White-Clad Elder also possessed some special ability like herself.
Xuan Ye suddenly noticed that the Little One had disappeared and found it strange, but he immediately sensed that the Little One was attacking him from behind.
Due to the Little One's incredible speed, before he could explain, the attack had already reached his back.
Thus, he quickly used his internal energy to manipulate several stones on the ground, instantly arranging them into a formation.
He swiftly moved outside the formation, trapping the Little One within it. This was also why Luo Bingbing could not see his figure but could still sense his presence.
Trapped within the formation, Luo Bingbing continuously searched for Xuan Ye's figure. Unable to see him, she used her Ability, but even her powerful Ability failed to locate the White-Clad Elder.

At this point, he paused slightly before continuing, "I know you come from the Otherworld, and I have been waiting for your arrival. Some time ago, you triggered the heavenly thunder, which caused the Phoenix you just saw to be born. It was because of its emergence that I knew you had arrived in this world. Thus, I brought it down the mountain to find you."
When Luo Bingbing heard him mention the word "Otherworld," she was greatly startled, but she still forced herself to remain calm and listened to Xuan Ye outside the formation.
Upon hearing Xuan Ye say that the bird that had just breathed fire was indeed the legendary Phoenix, she was once again shocked. She couldn't help but think to herself, "So there really is a Phoenix in this world! However, that Phoenix seems a bit small!"
"Who exactly are you?" After absorbing his words, Luo Bingbing finally spoke up.
Hearing the Little One's question from within the formation, Xuan Ye slowly replied, "You should know that the little fox on your shoulder is the treasure of Spirit Mountain, the Snow Spirit Fox."
Luo Bingbing nodded lightly at his words. Seeing her nod, Xuan Ye continued, "I am the Guardian of the Forbidden Land of Spirit Mountain—Xuan Ye. The Spirit Mountain Forbidden Area exists because of your presence. My mission is to assist you in protecting this world and safeguarding its Common People."
After hearing his words, Luo Bingbing couldn't help but exclaim, "Again with this nonsense about protecting this world and its Common People. What does this world have to do with me? And what do its Common People have to do with me?"
