"Not much, just three. You only need to agree to three of my requests," Luo Bingbing said, glancing at the princess and her companions before continuing, "If they behave well, stop provoking me, and cease their petty schemes, perhaps on a good day, I might allow them to return to normal."
As soon as Luo Bingbing finished speaking, Lo An Lord furrowed his brow slightly. He couldn't see through this little girl before him; he didn't know what she was thinking or what her attitude toward the royal residence was—whether it was one of protection or destruction. As the head of this household, even if he wanted to win this little girl's heart back, he had to be responsible for the others in the residence and ensure their safety. Thus, he needed to think carefully.
Upon hearing Luo Bingbing say she would allow them to return to normal, Consort Luo and the others were filled with excitement, casting aside all their hatred and anger towards her. They quickly nodded and bowed to Luo Bingbing, promising that they would reform, behave themselves, and no longer cause her trouble.
Luo Cai Feng even forgot her fear and rushed in front of Lo An Lord, saying, "Father, please agree to her! I don't want to suffer like this anymore."
Even Madam Xiang and the others chimed in, urging, "My lord, you should hurry and agree to her!"
Lo An Lord looked deeply at Luo Bingbing and nodded slowly. "Speak then! What are your requests?"
"Does that count as an agreement?" Luo Bingbing retorted.
Hearing her words, Lo An Lord nodded slightly.
With his affirmation, Luo Bingbing said, "Alright, come over here!" After a moment passed and he still remained seated without approaching her.
Luo Bingbing's lips curled into a sly smile as she mockingly said, "What’s wrong? The esteemed Lo An Lord wants to back out? Can't even fulfill this first condition?"
At her words, Lo An Lord quickly stood up and walked a few steps toward her. Without even looking at him, Luo Bingbing commanded, "Kneel down."
Having learned from past experiences, Lo An Lord promptly knelt down. However, as soon as he did so, Luo Bingbing swiftly slapped him twice across the face.
The crowd was still bewildered when they heard the sound of slaps. It wasn't until Luo Bingbing's hand stopped that everyone realized the lord had just been slapped. Instantly, they were all frozen in shock, unable to recover for a long time. Even Strategist Gongsun Ming's mind went blank; he couldn't comprehend what was happening. He had followed the lord for so long but had never seen anyone dare to argue back with him or slap him so casually. He couldn't help but admire this little princess even more!
Due to the speed of Luo Bingbing's actions being so swift, it wasn't until both slaps landed fully on Lo An Lord's face that he realized he had just been slapped by his own little girl.
He frowned and was about to question Luo Bingbing about why she hit him when he heard her tender yet clear voice say, "This is the second request—to seek justice for my past grievances."
Upon hearing her words, Lo An Lord found himself speechless; the anger that had just flared up within him was instantly extinguished. He slowly picked up Luo Bingbing and awkwardly said, "I sincerely apologize for what happened in the past. Now tell me what your third request is." Lo An Lord leaned down to look at Luo Bingbing patiently.
Luo Bingbing had truly not expected this third demand. However, seeing that he was a dignified prince, holding a high position and commanding thousands of troops, yet he did not get angry after being slapped twice by her, she couldn't help but admire his strong patience. In her heart, she quietly rated him an eighty out of a hundred, deeming him excellent. But was an apology really useful?
Luo Bingbing continued to smirk. If apologies were effective, then what was the point of having constables and officials in this world? Not everything could be resolved with an apology. Moreover, the person she wanted an apology from was no longer present; standing before her was not her father but a gangster princess from the Twenty-First Century. Thinking of the owner of this small frame, Luo Bingbing's round eyes suddenly began to twinkle as she quickly came up with a plan that would vent her anger while also establishing her authority.
"Since you have been away from the residence for so long, I am now the highest authority here. Everything will be decided by me from now on, and you cannot oppose my decisions; you can only accept them unconditionally. This is my third demand," Luo Bingbing said slowly.
As soon as Luo Bingbing finished speaking, her Lord Father had yet to nod in agreement when Madam Xiang and her daughter hurriedly interjected, "Your Highness, you absolutely cannot agree to her! She is just a six-year-old child who knows nothing and cannot even recognize a single word. How can she be in charge of the royal residence? Your Highness, please think carefully!"
"Did I ask for your opinion?" Luo Bingbing shot them a cold glance, exuding an intimidating aura.
Madam Xiang and her daughter couldn't help but take a step back, their eyes filled with anger but too afraid to speak further.
The princesses were so furious they felt like spitting blood. They both hated and feared Luo Bingbing, constantly thinking that this little brat was getting too carried away by daring to aspire to be the ruler of the royal residence. Why wasn't their father punishing her? Instead, he was holding her so closely! Luo Cai Feng and Luo Wenhan glared at Luo Bingbing with intense resentment, silently screaming that this little brat was too despicable for daring to compete for their father's affection—after all, their father had never held them like that!
Nestled in her Lord Father's embrace, Luo Bingbing naturally noticed their glares and felt quite displeased. She thought to herself that if they didn't want him to hold her, then she would insist on it just to infuriate them! Besides, having a warm moving sedan chair was quite nice; it saved both money and effort!
After a while without hearing a response from her Lord Father, Luo Bingbing frowned slightly and turned to him saying, "What’s wrong? Are you afraid I’ll ruin your royal residence? Do you have no confidence in me?" Her lips curled into a slight smile.
"Do you believe that this Prince Luo's Residence is safer in my hands than in theirs? As for how to make people obey me, I have my own methods. For certain individuals, you need not worry; they are simply not worthy."
Luo Bingbing narrowed her eyes slightly; the distinct black-and-white pupils sparkled with dangerous light.
"Hahaha... No wonder you are my daughter; you are clever and bold," Lord Lo An laughed heartily. "I will agree to your demands."
Luo Bingbing secretly smiled; she had anticipated this outcome.
"Your Highness..."
"Father..."
The other ladies in the royal residence quickly spoke up, trying to stop Lord Lo An's decision. They could hardly believe that he had actually agreed to such an outrageous request from this little brat.
"Then it's settled," Lord Lo An said with a cold sweep of his gaze over them, silencing their protests. "From now on, all matters in the residence will be handled by..."
At that moment, Lord Lo An realized he didn't know what to call the Little Girl, as he had yet to give her a name! Thinking of this made him feel like a complete failure as a father. Just as he was feeling troubled and guilty, Luo Bingbing spoke up. "Remember, this Princess's name is Luo Bingbing."
Suddenly hearing Luo Bingbing's words, he was taken aback, puzzled...
But before he could gather his thoughts, he heard Luo Bingbing's tender yet cool voice again. "I chose this name myself, so don’t change it. It sounds much better than the names you gave them, and besides, I’m used to this name now."
Everyone was stunned; how bold of her!
The strategist couldn't help but think, "This Little Princess is truly extraordinary."
As for Luo Bingbing's so-called older siblings? Their resentment deepened even further. Even though they were filled with dissatisfaction, they dared not voice their objections.
"Alright! I won’t change it; Luo Bingbing is indeed a lovely name. However, little girl, you should call me Father now, right?" Lord Lo An smiled as he gazed at the Luo Bingbing in his arms. He hadn’t forgotten that this little girl had always referred to him as "you" and never called him Father.
Luo Bingbing shot him an eye roll and reluctantly mumbled, "Father." If it weren't for the fact that you were so agreeable and had promised my request, I wouldn't bother calling you at all!
"Little girl, that Young Boy from the Purple Bamboo Forest outside the city last night was you, wasn’t it? You knew I was your father when you came to my rescue, right?" Lord Lo An whispered into Luo Bingbing's ear in a tone only they could hear.
Luo Bingbing raised an eyebrow and replied with a challenging look in her eyes, "What’s wrong? Do you have a problem with that?"
