Feren suddenly felt a tightness in his chest, he didn't expect Edric to be so agitated. A slight blush appeared on his face, but he also knew that Edric was not wrong. It was indeed quite dangerous to casually leave the tree hollow before confirming whether Asra Lion had completely left. He nodded in understanding, then slowly sat back in place, feeling somewhat displeased. 0

Edric looked at Feren's expression and also felt a bit reluctant. He knew that Feren was just worried about the situation outside and wanted to investigate, but in this situation, any unnecessary risk could cost them their lives. He took a deep breath, then slightly softened his voice, saying, "The situation is too dangerous right now, we can't act recklessly, you understand what I mean, right?" 0

Feren nodded. He knew Edric was right, but the restlessness in his heart was hard to dispel. He was afraid that if things continued like this, they would fall into an even more difficult situation. He also wanted to do something, even a small investigation would make him feel more at ease than waiting now. 0

Edric could see Feren's unease and worry. He knew he had to do something to distract him, so he called out to Feren: "Young man, can you check my back and see if there's anything there? It feels like something is stuck on it." 0

Feren heard Edric's call and immediately went over to him, squatting down to carefully inspect his back. Sure enough, he saw a deep wound on Edric's back, as if it had been pierced by something sharp, with the surrounding skin turning red and slightly swollen. Feren furrowed his brow, looking at Edric with concern, and said, "There are some fragments on your back, it looks like you might have been scratched by a branch while running away earlier. But don't worry, I'll help you get them out." 0

He looked up at Edric and said, "This wound needs to be treated, it may need to be cleaned and disinfected. We need to find something to take care of it." 0

Edric nodded, knowing that if this wound wasn't treated, the consequences would be severe. But given their current situation, how could they possibly find something to clean and disinfect the wound? A hint of a bitter smile appeared in his eyes as he said to Feren, "Alright, let's see if there's anything nearby that we can use, but be careful not to go too far." 0

Feren nodded, understanding that Edric was giving him something to do to ease his anxiety. He carefully got up and looked around, searching for anything that might be useful. His gaze fell upon some clean leaves and some thin vines that could be used for bandaging at the edge of a tree hollow. He carefully brought some back and did his best to clean Edric's wound, using the leaves and vines to cover it and minimize the risk of infection. Feren secured Edric's wound, used his fingers to grasp the fragments, and slowly pulled them out. He could feel Edric's body trembling, but Edric gritted his teeth and made no sound. 0

The fragments were finally removed, and Feren quickly used his own clothes to press on the wound, trying to stop the bleeding. He prayed silently in his heart, hoping that Edric would recover quickly. 0

Edric felt Feren's careful and attentive actions, and he was somewhat moved. He knew that Feren was a good person, but his living environment prevented him from seeing the wider world outside. He hoped that this experience would teach Feren something and help him grow into a stronger, wiser person. He gently patted Feren's shoulder and said, "Well done, young man." 0

Feren heard Edric's praise and couldn't help but feel a little happy. Although he knew the current situation was far from optimistic, gaining recognition from this mysterious knight still gave him a small sense of accomplishment. He took a deep breath and said firmly, "We will definitely make it out of this forest." 0

Then, Edric slowly exhaled and turned to Feren with a hint of curiosity and gratitude in his eyes. He said to Feren, "I don't even know your name, young man. I'm Edric, you can call me Ed. Also, why are you wandering in this dangerous forest?" 0

Feren smiled slightly and introduced himself, "My name is Feren, Mr. Edric. I'm a farmer, but this morning, one of my Terra Pigs somehow escaped into the forest. I was worried it might be in danger, so I followed its tracks all the way here and ended up meeting you." 0

Edric shook his head, with a hint of playful amusement in his tone, "Ah, Feren, that's quite a name. It's quite interesting for you to come to a place like this to chase after a Terra Pigs." 0

Feren awkwardly touched his head and honestly replied, "Yes, I know this place is dangerous, but I've been raising that Terra Pigs for several years, it's like family to me. I'm afraid it might be in danger..." 0

Edric's eyes softened for a moment, but quickly returned to his usual casual demeanor. He stretched lazily and joked, "You're really an honest person. Well, since fate has brought us together in this dangerous forest, we'll have to find a way to get out together. But before that, I need to rest for a bit, my injuries are aching." 0

Feren nodded, indicating understanding. He felt that Edric may not be serious on the surface, but he had a good heart. So he quietly sat beside Edric, waiting for his injuries to improve, while silently hoping to leave this dangerous forest as soon as possible. In Feren's eyes, Edric's unruliness and ease seemed to be a comfort and hope for him in this forest. 0
