A strong golden light shone so intensely that Li Hong's vision went completely black for a moment.
Li Hong raised a hand to shield his forehead and looked ahead.
He realized he was not in a room, but in a strange, boundless void. At the center of the void was a brilliant orb of golden light, radiating with such brilliance that it illuminated the entire space in a golden-white hue, making it impossible to open his eyes.
Li Hong peered through his fingers at the dazzling golden light, feeling an overwhelming sense of astonishment.

Awareness spread throughout his body in an instant. With his Skyward Technique having reached perfection, Li Hong managed to halt his movement, desperately retreating to counteract the immense force pulling him forward.

Its features were indistinct, but those narrow, shining golden-white eyes glanced at Li Hong for just an instant, and he felt an intense attraction that made him unconsciously exclaim softly.
This person's face looked very familiar.
Li Hong found himself uncontrollably flying toward the humanoid flame. With a loud boom, he realized he had become a blazing fire, completely merging with the golden light.
Scorching heat surged into his skin, and every pore in his body felt like it was burning. The heat rushed into his veins, deep into his viscera, and surged into the Upper Dantian. Suddenly, a voice echoed from deep within: "Don't worry, you are me, and I am you. We will reconstruct the body."
Li Hong sneered, "Who are you? Why are you destroying my body?"
"It's not destruction; it's reshaping."
"Who exactly are you?"
"I am you."
"Bah!"
"Shh... don't rush; it's starting."
Strange images flashed through his mind: a brilliant starry sky, deep blue-blackness, large stars passing within reach... countless dazzling golden-white, red, blue, and vibrant lines... an endless Fire Sea...
Suddenly, Li Hong exclaimed in surprise.
The azure sea, the towering White Tower reaching into the clouds, and the clean, vast white platform had a figure standing against the wind, radiating an immense light like a deity.
Below, layers of white streets were filled with kneeling crowds, gazing up at the divine figure with reverence and fervor.
"Salute to the Fire Saint!"
"Long live the Fire Saint!"
Li Hong felt as if he were standing behind that person, watching this scene unfold, captivated by the divine light, feeling an inexplicable excitement that was beyond description.
That person turned around, and Li Hong was taken aback; what he saw was himself!
He was the Fire Saint!

"What proof do you have?"
"Just look at our appearance. You find me familiar because I am you."
The body felt as if it were melting like a mass of molten steel, and even all the treasures, including Yue Que, the Divine Slaying Monument, the newly acquired Cosmic Bag, and that strange Celestial Artifact flag, lost their connection. They floated out, quietly hovering above the melting body.

Li Hong sneered, "No, I am not you. I am not the reincarnation of the Fire Saint at all. You are mistaken!"

With a thunderous roar, the ten fiery orbs suddenly merged together. They then separated and merged again, repeating this process nine times.
In the void, Li Hong shone with brilliance; his entire being transformed into a pure golden-white energy form. Ten blazing orbs of incandescent flame swirled within his forehead before finally merging into a single humanoid shape.
It was a smaller version of Li Hong, identical to him.
Li Hong suddenly opened his eyes, and at the same moment, the small figure opened its eyes as well.
The Nascent Soul was complete.
It was just the beginning. The small figure quickly melted again, splitting into ten identical parts. The ten Nascent Souls surrounded Li Hong's forehead, rotating in relation to each other, each displaying different expressions: joy, anger, sorrow, calmness, wisdom, and strength. Li Hong felt as if his mind was divided into ten parts, yet strangely unified.
However, Li Hong found himself in a new dilemma.
He was now officially starting to cultivate the fifth chapter of the Six Spirit Salty Ritual. Yet, this chapter did not mention the cultivation method for the ten Nascent Souls; it only provided guidance for one Nascent Soul. In other words, everything now had to be explored on his own.
Li Hong thought quietly for a moment and felt somewhat confident. When he practiced the fourth chapter, there was no method for ten golden elixirs either; he had cultivated based on the method for one golden elixir up to this point. Initially, he thought the hope of forming ten Nascent Souls was extremely slim—so slim that sometimes he didn't even want to think about it and adopted a somewhat negative attitude toward cultivation.
