However, as these fish demon beasts emerged from the Mysterious Cave Entrance along with the black water, they began to reveal their terrifying forms. As he swung the axe with all his might, Vital Energy surged forth, creating large waves of water that shattered the approaching Fish Demon Beasts.
However, after just a few swings, the axe-wielding man began to show signs of exhaustion.
When fighting on land, the weight of the giant axe could inflict significant damage on opponents. But in the water, its weight became a burden. Moreover, those Fish Demon Beasts were incredibly agile and always managed to evade at the last moment when the axe came crashing down.
Another man wrapped in a Blue Energy Shield seemed much more relaxed. He wielded a slender Silver Sword and displayed impressive swordsmanship. Even under the immense Water Pressure, he could still exert about fifty percent of his strength. As he swept through with his sword light, numerous Fish Demon Beasts were sliced in half, filling the lake with a strong smell of blood.
As the scent of blood spread, more and more Fish Demon Beasts were drawn to them. Although the swordsman was exceptionally powerful, he too began to struggle against what seemed like an endless onslaught.
