Sito Hai approached Mo Ming with a gun in hand, but at that moment, Mo Ming was still caught up in the fight, completely unaware of the impending danger. 0

"Little Green Society's lackeys, with your pathetic skills, you can only bully the weak and sick. You really bring shame to the name of the Little Green Society," Mo Ming taunted while engaging in combat. 0

With another swing of his weapon, he struck down a thug blocking his path, leaving him incapacitated. Mo Ming had no time to feel sympathy for such pitiful cannon fodder. He swung the iron pipe behind him to drive away the approaching attackers and turned to dash into his BMW. 0

Just then, Sito Hai was very close, confident in hitting Mo Ming. The moment Mo Ming turned to run, Sito Hai pulled the trigger repeatedly. Bullets tore through the air with loud gunfire, swiftly passing through the crowd of thugs and heading straight for Mo Ming's chest. 0

When the gunshots rang out, all the thugs panicked and crouched down, covering their heads. Mo Ming reacted immediately upon hearing the gunfire; he turned slightly and quickened his pace. 0

Mo Ming's reaction was quick, but Sito Hai was too close and fired again in rapid succession. Naturally, a person's speed could not match that of a bullet. Although Mo Ming managed to evade some bullets aimed at vital areas, two bullets embedded themselves in his right arm. 0

The pain caused veins to bulge on Mo Ming's forehead as he gasped for breath from the excruciating agony. Gritting his teeth against the pain in his arm, he took advantage of the thugs' distraction and quickly dove into his BMW. 0

"Damn it, I'm out of bullets!" Sito Hai shouted in frustration as he attempted to fire again but found his gun empty. Angrily, he yelled, "He's injured! Hurry up and catch him! Don't let this bastard escape!" 0

The Little Green Society's underlings reacted quickly and chased after him. However, Mo Ming had already started his vehicle and swiftly reversed out. Some of the younger thugs rushed forward too eagerly; as they reached the back of Mo Ming's car, they were knocked down by the reversing BMW. 0

As the BMW roared out of its parking spot, its engine sounded like a beast's roar piercing through the sky. Mo Ming quickly maneuvered out of the parking space, hit the gas pedal, and sped off towards Sito Hai. 0

While Sito Hai was reloading his magazine, he noticed Mo Ming driving straight at him. Panicking, he leaped aside just in time to avoid being hit by Mo Ming's BMW. However, Mo Ming wasn't trying to run him over; he was simply escaping in his car. 0

"Damn it! This bastard actually dared to drive at me!" Sito Hai cursed as he got back on his feet and pointed angrily at a group of thugs. "You useless bunch! How could you let him escape with so many of you? What are you waiting for? Go after him! I want him dead!" 0

After saying that, Sito Hai quickly jumped into his sports car, started the engine, and took off in pursuit. Behind him followed a convoy of cars—mostly cheap vans—chasing after him. 0

"Did Mo Ming get hurt? I think I saw him get shot. Is he going to be okay? Will he die?" Murong Lian crouched on the ground with her hands over her head, tears streaming down her face as she acted frantically, running her fingers through her disheveled hair. 0

"He'll be fine; Brother Mo won't be hurt... He'll definitely come back safely," Lin Yuan'er said while clutching her chest in disbelief, shaking her head as tears glistened in her eyes like crystals. 0

Ruolin helplessly curled up on the ground, burying her head in her knees and crying. 0

"Alright, don't cry. From what just happened, Mo Ming has enough ability to shake off their pursuit. I think Mo Ming only suffered some minor injuries; it’s nothing serious." 0

Seeing this situation, Night Peak felt a bit at a loss, unsure how to comfort them, so he could only say something that might serve as consolation. 0

"Miss Murong, why are you still here?" Yang Yuan, walking out with Liu Hu, happened to see Murong Lian squatting on the ground. He felt a bit puzzled and quickly approached her, asking with concern, "What happened? Who bullied you?" 0

Murong Lian rejected Yang Yuan's comfort and continued to cry. 0

Knowing that Murong Lian didn’t want to talk, Yang Yuan frowned and could only ask Night Peak beside him, "Mr. Night, I want to know what exactly happened. What’s wrong with them?" 0

Night Peak was unclear about Yang Yuan's relationship with Mo Ming and thought it was fine. He sighed and said, "When Mo Ming went out, she was ambushed by the Little Green Society and is now injured and fleeing. They are scared something happened to Mo Ming, which is why they are crying... I really don’t know what to do; please help me persuade them." 0

Upon hearing this, Yang Yuan feigned sympathy and said, "Well, I'm not a local of Nanhua City; otherwise, I might have been able to help Mo Ming. Now all I can do is hope for the best and that nothing happens to her." 0

"Get lost!" Lin Yuan'er angrily pointed at the door and cried out, "Stop pretending here! Brother Mo is in trouble; aren’t you happier about that? Are you satisfied now?" 0

"Director Lin... what you're saying isn't right. I'm just concerned about Mo Ming; how did it become pretending? I don't understand if you have misunderstood me; I just hope nothing happens to Mo Ming," Yang Yuan was quite good at acting at this moment, playing the role of a good person. 0

Who would have thought Lin Yuan'er became even angrier and shouted, "Get out!" 0

"Young Master Yang, please leave..." Murong Lian sniffled as she raised her head to say this before falling silent again, filled with sorrow and unsure how to express it; she could only let her sadness flow as tears. 0

Night Peak understood Yang Yuan's relationship with Mo Ming and immediately adopted a colder expression. "You should leave now; I'll naturally send them back later." 0

Yang Yuan realized that continuing the conversation would only bring more trouble upon himself. He stopped talking and left with Liu Hu while secretly thinking with malice, "Hmph, Mo Ming, look at you now. With your arrogant nature, you don’t need me to take action; someone else will deal with you." 0

On the other side, Mo Ming was driving away casually, while Sito Hai and others were closely pursuing him, seemingly determined to take Mo Ming's life tonight. 0

"Hmph, Sito Hai, if you want my life, it won't be that easy!" Mo Ming glanced at the vehicles in the rearview mirror, a sinister smile creeping onto his face. "I, Mo Ming, am the kind of person who repays grudges and returns favors. The pain of today will surely be repaid in the future!" 0

If anyone had been watching, they would have noticed that the light blue jacket on Mo Ming's right arm had turned dark red. A small drop of blood was coalescing into a larger droplet, waiting to fall, while a pool of crimson had already formed below. 0

Mo Ming's complexion was pale, drenched in sweat from the pain. 0

Ahead appeared a fork in the road. Mo Ming glanced at the sign: to the left was Panlong Road, and to the right was Feiyun Slope. He remembered the map of Nanhua City; Panlong Road was rugged and led directly out of the city, making it easier to escape, while Feiyun Slope wound back into Nanhua City. 0

Mo Ming pressed down on the accelerator and turned left onto Panlong Road, speeding up rapidly. The dark mountain road was illuminated only by the car's headlights; those unfamiliar with the terrain usually slowed down. 0

However, Mo Ming couldn't afford to think about that now. He drove at breakneck speed, drifting through sharp turns like a flash of lightning, two beams of light racing into the darkness ahead. 0

"This kid is really clever; he knows he can't stay in Nanhua City and wants to leave! How naive! But I, Sito Hai, want your life—can you escape?" Sito Hai followed him onto Panlong Road and quickly realized Mo Ming's intentions. He stepped on the gas to catch up. 0

Suddenly, lights appeared ahead on the dark mountain road. As they got closer, Mo Ming saw a large group of people gathered there. One person waved a racing flag, signaling him to stop. But instead of slowing down, Mo Ming accelerated and charged forward. 0

The person quickly jumped aside in fright and shouted angrily, "What the hell! Do you not understand the rules? We're in a race here; why are you barging in?" 0

"Jordan, don't get angry; that kid can't catch up with Yun Song anyway. Just let him go," someone else said. 0

The one holding the racing flag was nicknamed Jordan. Although he nodded in acknowledgment, he cursed under his breath: "If I knew who that was, I would give him a beating—I'd share his last name!" 0

The roar of engines filled the air again as Jordan's previously calmed emotions flared up once more. 0

"Hey, it's not over yet tonight, is it? If you anger Yun Song, I wonder how you'll live from now on!" Jordan was once again trying to stop a speeding car. 0

"You bastard, get the hell out of my way, or I'll run you over!" Sito Hai shouted in fury, still not stopping as he charged forward with a group of cars behind him, chasing after Mo Ming. 0

Jordan was a bit stunned and said, "Was that just now Sito Hai?" 0

"That's right, Jordan, that person just now was indeed Sito Hai. It seems he's chasing the person in that BMW ahead," one of the younger members immediately informed. 0

After passing by where Jordan and his group were hiding, Mo Ming drove for a while longer, drifting several times. He could see two cars going downhill. At this moment, he wasn't thinking much; he only had one belief: to shake off Sito Hai. 0

Sito Hai seemed to be enraged and was determined to catch up with Mo Ming. He drove recklessly but controlled his speed; his vehicle was modified and better suited for this kind of mountain road. In terms of straight-line distance, Mo Ming simply couldn't outrun him. 0

With his skilled racing techniques, Mo Ming managed to create a little distance between himself and Sito Hai during the turns with perfect drifts. However, this distance was minimal and quickly closed again on the straightaway. 0

"If this continues, Sito Hai will catch up. Given his personality, he'll definitely try to ram into my rear. At that point, on these rugged mountain roads, my life won't be safe," Mo Ming felt a bit worried. In terms of skill, he was confident, but the difference in their cars was a crucial factor that was hard to compensate for with technique alone. 0

As they entered the downhill section, Sito Hai got even closer to Mo Ming. It looked like he was about to rear-end him. Fortunately, after the downhill stretch, there were several sharp turns ahead like flashes of lightning. Mo Ming, controlling his car, immediately turned and executed a perfect drift while flashing his brake lights before continuing to drift... 0
