Outside the entrance of the Purple Cloud Palace, Fuxi and Nuwa were waiting for Ye Chuanze, while Di Jun, Taiyi, Zhen Yuanzi, Red Cloud, and others remained behind. " Ye Chuanze," Fuxi called out as he saw him, his expression relaxing.

Di Jun glanced at Ye Chuanze, his gaze flickering slightly as he said, " Mr. Ye sure takes his time."
"Heh heh... Di Jun, your patience is commendable," Ye Chuanze replied ambiguously.
Di Jun pretended not to catch the deeper meaning in his words and calmly asked, "What does Hongjun Daoist want with Mr. Ye?"
Ye Chuanze looked at him with a half-smile and after a moment opened his lips to say a few words, "Nothing much, just catching up."
Di Jun was slightly surprised by this response. " Mr. Ye and Hongjun Daoist are old acquaintances?"
"We have some connections," Ye Chuanze replied vaguely.
Hearing this, Di Jun's mind raced with thoughts as he said, "I have never heard Mr. Ye mention it before."
"You never asked, so I didn't bring it up," Ye Chuanze said.
Di Jun lowered his eyes slightly and chuckled softly, " Mr. Ye is indeed quite reserved!"
"Not at all, just some trivial past..."
In the Primordial realm where strength was paramount, during Hongjun's first sermon, few immortals came to the Purple Cloud Palace to listen due to his lack of fame and untested strength. Zhen Yuanzi cupped his hands and bowed to Ye Chuanze, his voice steady as he said, "Thank you for your concern, my friend. Zhen Yuanzi will remember this."
Ye Chuanze quickly replied, "Zhen Yuanzi, what are you doing? With the friendship between us, there is no need for such formality." Seeing this, Ye Chuanze couldn't help but sigh inwardly. Zhen Yuanzi's regard for Red Cloud was indeed remarkable; just for that previous remark from Red Cloud, Zhen Yuanzi performed such a grand gesture, acknowledging a favor. This clearly showed how much Zhen Yuanzi valued Red Cloud.
Little did Ye Chuanze know what was on Zhen Yuanzi's mind. Zhen Yuanzi was a person of calm demeanor and had an imposing presence.
