The Brahma Demon King suddenly realized what was happening and looked at the only Giant Ape present that had not sustained any damage.
"What is going on? Have you, Giant Ape, already been bought off by Innovation? Have you forgotten our agreement? How dare you betray me!" The cave echoed with the furious roar of the Brahma Demon King. Fortunately, with the protection of the Golden Radiance Treasure, otherwise, just his shouts would have been enough to collapse this place.

The Demon Lord of the Great Blade wore a playful smile: "Why would I betray you?"
"No, why are you being so foolish? What do you think standing out like this will accomplish? While I am quite surprised at how you managed to convince the Giant Ape to betray me, if you could turn all of the Four Great Ancient Beasts, then you might have a fighting chance against me. But now you dare to betray me relying solely on one Giant Ape. This truly surprises me! It is not your boldness but your stupidity!"
"Haha, is that so?" Hearing the intentional provocation from the Brahma Demon King, the Demon Lord of the Great Blade did not rush to retort. His laughter was filled with boundless confidence. "In my opinion, the foolish one here is you. Although I don't know much about this 'Demon Lord of the Great Blade,' I doubt he is someone exceptional if he can be dealt with so easily by me. I really don't understand how you lost your composure. Do you still think that a Giant Force Demon Lord like you can confront me? That you can rescue this Ancient Beast from your control?"
"Aren't you a Giant Force Demon Lord?" At this moment, the truth finally came to light. "You are mistaken. First, I don't need to defeat you; I only need to annoy you. My goal has never been to reclaim the title of Demon Lord but simply to make you feel pain. If after being trapped for so many years I still can't understand this principle, then what qualifications do I have to seek revenge on you now? Second, the situation is chaotic; those two divine clan leaders could escape at any moment. Do you think once they break free they will join forces with you against me? Or will they prioritize eliminating or sealing away you, the Brahma Demon King?"
"Damn it! I won't give them time! Attack!" Upon hearing this, Brahma Demon King's expression changed; he no longer wanted to engage in verbal sparring and shouted as he charged forward.
"One Slash to End All!" With a simple yet powerful slash, all your Spiritual Essence was sealed within that blade's edge, carrying an overwhelming force directly towards the Abyssal Demon.
However, the Abyssal Demon remained unhurried as he formed hand seals. Although he was directly struck by Brahma Demon King's blade power which broke open a seal momentarily, Brahma Demon King found himself genuinely blocked by an invisible force at a distance where he could not harm the Abyssal Demon!
"What kind of magic is this?"
"Distance sealing," the Abyssal Demon replied calmly with a smile. "It merely keeps you 'locked' at a distance far enough away from me. You haven't made a move in many years, have you? It seems your current blade force is not as fierce as it used to be. After all these years, you've gained immense Spiritual Essence but lost quite a bit as well. However, I must say that I find your past self even more formidable."
Wang Long and the others were spitting blood in disbelief.
Is this for real? The Brahma Demon King is already an almost invincible existence, and someone from back then was even more powerful? What kind of terrifying being would that be!
Not only them, but even the Brahma Demon King himself was shocked to hear this. However, he had to admit that the Abyssal Demon made a valid point.
Over the years, he had been pursuing greater power and stronger Spiritual Essence, unknowingly dulling the fierce drive he once had. Now, he indeed could not unleash the same terrifying swordsmanship as he did back then.

The Abyssal Demon’s eyes sparkled with admiration: “Exactly! This has a bit of that old feeling. You’re performing splendidly. Second round of sealing!”
The Abyssal Demon shouted coldly, but this time the Brahma Demon King was not caught off guard again. With a slash of his long knife, he shattered that Spiritual Essence! There was no longer any sealing ability.
“If you want to fight, stop just talking and come fight me!”
