An Xiaotian suddenly realized, and he put away the smile on his face, his brows slowly knitting together. Nars's reminder made him recall that there were not only Ren Yong'an in the command room at that time, but also high-ranking officials who were well aware of and had access to his identity information. Some of them might even have signed national confidentiality agreements back then. 0

However, General Jiang, who also signed a confidentiality agreement, held the management authority of the entire alliance and had the right to investigate any alien technology that had been cataloged at any time. These precious resources were absolutely protected information by the state. Even though there had been no public disclosure to the outside world, other developed countries were well aware of the existence of these mysterious technologies without needing to be explicitly told. Politicians would always find ways to disguise the so-called "sharing" of these technologies used for "human rights protection" under legal and moral pretenses. 0

On one hand, there was jealousy from peers regarding General Jiang's power; on the other hand, there was international political pressure and national security concerns. Therefore, General Jiang was a crucial figure. He not only had to maintain the operation of The Celestial Warriors Alliance but also protect the confidential information of its members. While being wary of petty individuals approaching great power, he also had to guard against potential monetary temptations from other countries. 0

In such a position, any slight deviation or wavering in belief could lead to disaster. If he allowed forces to infiltrate, it could result in irreparable harm to the nation and even humanity as a whole. 0

"Hiss..." The more An Xiaotian thought about it, the more he began to admire General Jiang. He took a deep breath and picked up a French fry dipped in ketchup. "So, what are your thoughts?" 0

"After March 1st, the general will definitely be released," Nars said. "Once we pick him up, we'll move to the Song Family. I've already spoken with Mr. Song from their family; they are ready to welcome us at any time." 0

"This is no small matter," An Xiaotian said. "Do you have evidence proving that those present in the command room with General Jiang had ulterior motives against us?" 0

"I don't have that evidence on hand, but I believe in two things," Nars sat up straight, resting his arms on the table and holding up two fingers. "One is Jiao An's information-gathering ability, and the other is my judgment." 0

An Xiaotian fell into thought again: Nars and Liu Xuan essentially held a purely distrustful attitude towards the leadership within Military Base. Aside from General Jiang, anyone else might be coveting their power. Moreover, Sister Jiao An, besides being a sniper, was one of the top agents in the country; her mastery of technology and knowledge was more than enough to pry into someone's private information whenever she needed to. If anyone wanted to do anything against General Jiang, Jiao An could easily find out. 0

As a former leader of Inner Beings, Nars's meticulous thinking was beyond doubt; his ability to judge and analyze situations was his trademark as a military strategist. On the battlefield, aside from direct confrontations between armies and equipment, there was also psychological warfare among commanders. Despite being relatively young in their civilization, having not yet reached middle age, Nars's battlefield command and adaptability made him someone whom none of their mortal enemies dared to underestimate. 0

An Xiaotian understood well the weight of Nars's words in this regard; wasn't this also a psychological game? How could Nars not see through those people's thoughts? 0

However, An Xiaotian was still the captain with responsibilities on his shoulders and was a firm follower of materialism. No matter how accurate Nars's judgment was, without concrete proof, An Xiaotian would always worry about that "what if." 0

After much contemplation, An Xiaotian finally put down his propped-up arm and made a request to Nars: "I'm not denying you, Nars, but it's better to be cautious in such matters. If you can provide me with evidence within three days proving that those present at that time encouraged or directly participated in prosecuting General Jiang, I will immediately allow our alliance members' relocation." 0

"Three days?" Nars widened his eyes in surprise at this deadline. 0

"Huh?" An Xiaotian thought he found the deadline too tight. "How about seven days? Fifteen days at most." 0

"No, no, no." Nars grinned widely without laughter as he grabbed another French fry and said, "What I mean is that there's really no need for a deadline. After all, Jiao An has already entrusted someone to send..." 0

Then Nars surprisingly stood up in front of An Xiaotian. Thinking he no longer wanted to eat, An Xiaotian stood up as well; however, halfway up he realized that Nars was waving towards someone inside the restaurant—he didn't react in time— 0

"Hehe! Is it my turn now? You guys have been chatting for quite a while; I've just assembled an entire 99A main battle tank back here!" Chen Hao came over with a plate in hand, his chubby face full of friendliness. "An Xiaotian, do you still recognize me? Look! The last time you saw me you were just staring blankly too! Hahaha!" 0

An Xiaotian looked in astonishment at Chen Hao's plate piled high with French fries shaped like a tank and incredulously examined Chen Hao's face and figure. In his impression, Dr. Chen was someone who didn't take care of himself very well; after not seeing him for nearly half a year, this middle-aged man had even shaved off his scruffy beard and put on what could be considered normal casual attire. 0

"Dr. Chen! Sorry for keeping you waiting!" Nars politely bowed to Chen Hao. 0

In recent years, due to an influx of captured alien equipment being stuffed into research projects, Chen Hao had been holed up at the base studying for quite some time without exercise; coupled with his fondness for sleeping when idle, Dr. Chen had become as round as a ball at 1.64 meters tall. However, his endearing demeanor and humorous words still made him quite likable. 0

More than two years ago, Nars had been constantly criticized by Dr. Chen Hao for monopolizing power in the laboratory because he did everything himself; this was very disrespectful towards top domestic scientists like Chen Hao. Later on, as more research projects were established at the base and Nars himself had higher-level Space-time arsenal decryption tasks to tackle, he realized that he couldn't accomplish everything alone. 0

With mediation from An Xiaotian and Liu Xuan, Nars apologized to Chen Hao for being overly confident and dismissive before and expressed his desire to integrate into Earth's top scientific organizations with a new identity. Through various collaborations afterward, they gradually found common ground; Nars began opening up to Dr. Chen Hao and shared many Inner Beings technologies with him and his team. Dr. Chen Hao's approachable personality also allowed Nars to regain a sense of security and belonging reminiscent of working alongside fellow researchers back in Inner Beings royalty. 0

Now, Nars's attitude towards Chen Hao has shifted from initial indifference and distrust to favor and respect. Chen Hao can now independently calculate the path integrals in any segment of the Pei Qi Curve without Nars's guidance. 0

After the three took their seats, Chen Hao remarked that it had been a long time since he last saw An Xiaotian. As they talked, he began to boast about his relationship with Nars, almost as if they were brothers. 0

Hearing how well the two got along now, compared to when Chen Hao used to complain about Nars, An Xiaotian felt quite pleased. It must be said that Nars has adapted well to Earth's environment; after spending time with everyone, no one considers the entity within Liu Xuan as a mysterious being that should not exist anymore. 0

"Hey!" Chen Hao suddenly exclaimed, lightly slapping his palm on the plate, causing a fry that was acting as a cannon barrel on the French Fry Tank to fall off. He hurriedly reached out to grab it, but his knuckles hit the tank's body, causing the entire turret to collapse. 0

"Damn it!" Chen Hao was so angry that he slapped both cheeks with his hands. "I spent an hour on this! I haven't even posted on social media yet!" 0

"What is social media?" Nars asked, puzzled, looking at the collapsed French Fry Tank. 0

"Never mind, we can just print another one with a 3D processor when we get back," An Xiaotian comforted him. "Dr. Chen, let's talk business. Your presence here must be part of Liu Xuan and Nars's plan, right?" 0

"Yeah..." Chen Hao decided to grab some scattered fries from the plate and stuffed them into his mouth. "I thought I wouldn't be needed anymore, but I didn't expect you to be so stubborn... Here, take this equipment back and have a look." 0

Chen Hao placed a Projection Disk on the table and pushed it towards An Xiaotian. 0

"I won't say much more; it's getting late, and you two should head back to rest," Chen Hao said while waving towards the counter. "Pack it up and bring me a plastic bag!" 0

What Chen Hao implied was for An Xiaotian to check it alone when he got back, just in case. After all, there were others in the shop; at ten o'clock at night, ordinary soldiers had already returned to their camps. Those who came out for leisure were mostly officials, making it hard to say whether anyone in the shop was observing them from the shadows. 0

"I already sent something to Ren Yong'an during dinner; he'll behave." 0

"And you?" 0

"Depends on the situation; Jiang Yan is a Generalissimo; it's not easy..." 0

As the view pulled away from the clear blue three-dimensional imaging, it gradually focused on An Xiaotian, who was resting his chin on his hand with a frown. As the images stored in the plate slowly played out in the dark room, a faint bluish light emitted from them flickered across An Xiaotian's right cheek. 0

"Do you all know about Jiang Yan's Superhero Alliance..." A very thin man spoke up. An Xiaotian recognized him as Captain Gao, whom Qin Weishan had mentioned before. He had mocked An Xiaotian during a meeting aimed at combating Viper and Reaction Group. It was said that his private life was quite debauched; even Jiao An had been harassed by him. However, Jiao An and Qin Weishan chose to avoid him because of his background as part of one of the eight major financial groups in the country: Gaoling Industrial Group. If they wanted to take him down, given Gao's connections, even if successful, they would suffer significant losses themselves. 0

"One person is this troublesome..." An Xiaotian thought gloomily. No wonder Nars suggested relocating everyone from the alliance. It wasn't that they couldn't confront their interests directly; it was just that from a broader perspective, such conflicts would lead to internal strife over trivial matters and waste precious time. After all, The Celestial Warriors were not here to negotiate business deals with aliens for profit. 0

After much contemplation, An Xiaotian closed the plate and turned on the lights in the room. He sent out a final command through the encrypted team channel on his phone: 0

"Everyone, start packing your things immediately. At three o'clock in the morning on March 3rd, we will depart from the rooftop helipad of the administrative command center—time to move!" 0
