She smiled at me, "Manman, you are the bravest little girl I have ever met." 0

I almost cried out in pain, "But do you know? Just now, I almost killed Shen Jing." 0

"I only realized that my intense hatred for him comes entirely from my love for him." 0

I choked up and could barely speak, "I love every character I write about, even him as the villain, I have a special fondness for." 0

"But everything has spiraled out of control... it's all my fault..." 0

The car stopped by the roadside. 0

Bai Qing reached out to embrace me, gently patting my back. 0

"Xiao Man, you did nothing wrong. If it weren't for you, we wouldn't exist." 0

She tenderly stroked my cheek. 0

Her smile was firm and powerful. 0

"I will ensure you get home safely." 0

Bai Qing took me back to her house. 0

Suddenly, her phone received a message from Bai Man. 0

"Sister, bring what I want, and let's meet up, shall we?" 0

Bai Man, also known as the white moonlight Manman, is indeed Bai Qing's sister. 0

In the original comic, Shen Jing treated Bai Qing as a substitute for his white moonlight and planned to exploit the female lead. 0

Engaging in a series of competitions with the male lead, Fu Jing. 0

Bai Qing had long since drawn a line with her sister, who had become malicious after regaining her health. 0

She replied, "Is there a need to meet?" 0

But then, Bai Man sent a photo. 0

In it was Fu Jing, bound and restrained. 0

Bai Qing's expression changed drastically. 0

Her hand holding the phone began to tremble uncontrollably. 0

The female lead in my painting, Bai Qing, is stubborn and proud, with an extraordinary calmness. 0

She is perfect and possesses an indomitable will. 0

Yet, Fu Jing is her only weakness. 0

I knew she hesitated. 0

Bai Man wanted to meet because Bai Qing still held other criminal evidence against Shen Jing. 0

Moreover, Fu Jing and Shen Jing are sworn enemies. 0

What she was doing was merely to win Shen Jing's favor. 0

I took her phone and said, "I'll go meet her. Compared to you, the one she wants to kill more is me." 0

Bai Qing shook her head, gripping my hand tightly. 0

I patted the back of her hand to comfort her, saying, "We still need you for our B Plan, Bai Qing. Anyone can die, but you and Fu Jing cannot." 0

She gritted her teeth and still wouldn't let go. 0

I smiled lightly, "You're silly. Did you forget that I can't die?" 0

"Once the comic is finished, I can still go home." 0

Only then did Bai Qing let out a sigh of relief, but she still looked worried. "Really?" 0

I nodded. 0

Once the comic is completed, I can rely on the Manuscript to return home. 0

But that was in the past. 0

Before I had my blood drawn, I would hold the Manuscript and dream every night of a glowing door. 0

It felt warm. 0

That was the door to home. 0

But ever since I had my blood drawn, 0

even holding new sketches, I haven't dreamed of that warm yellow door for a whole year. 0

So, I'm not really sure if I can still go back. 0

But none of this is important anymore. 0

In any case, Bai Qing cannot encounter any accidents, after all, the plot of the previous comics was entirely under my control. 0

In the end, Bai Qing was able to live happily ever after with Fu Jing, they even returned to Beijing to get married and had a pair of lovely children. 0

Now, however, these events are beyond my control. 0

I absolutely cannot let Bai Qing and Fu Jing take even the slightest risk. 0

Two days after meeting with Bai Man. 0

In the morning, Bai Qing made breakfast for me: milk and fried eggs. 0

After we finished our milk, Bai Qing solemnly patted the back of my hand. 0

"Xiao Man, I still can't let you take risks alone; I added a sleeping drug to the milk." 0

"Don't worry, by the time you wake up, I'll have already brought A-Jing back." 0

She stood up, but as she grabbed her handgun, she suddenly became unsteady: "What's... happening..." 0

I immediately rushed forward to catch her and helped her onto the bed in the bedroom. 0

I gently comforted her: "I know you well enough to guess that you must have added something to the milk, so I switched it out." 0

In the end, Bai Qing couldn't resist the effects of the drug. 0

"Sweet dreams, Bai Qing." 0

I took Bai Qing's handgun, quietly closed the door behind me, and set off alone for this banquet of intrigue. 0

In the past two days, a sudden attack occurred, and I fell asleep. The news of Shen Jing's serious injury has spread throughout Myanmar. 0

Northern Myanmar has long been plagued by gang divisions, and with Shen Jing injured, other suppressed gangs have begun to stir. 0

This is the result we wanted. 0

With Shen Jing being held back by other gangs, his attention will be diverted from Bai Qing and Fu Jing. 0

I drove towards Northern Myanmar, Wa State. 0

On the streets at night, a breeding ground for crime, there were girls standing on the corners, their expressions vacant and lost, dressed provocatively. 0

Ruffians stood in small groups nearby; they had no hope of rescue. 0

At this moment, I couldn't afford to pay attention to any of that. 0

I glanced in the rearview mirror and deliberately slowed down my speed. 0

I was being watched. 0

A headache formed. 0

I was here to meet Bai Man. 0

If I got targeted by someone else along the way, it would be over. 0

I pressed the accelerator to the floor and sped up desperately. 0

On the narrow street, my car was careening wildly as if it had lost control. 0

The car behind me also accelerated. 0

Due to my unfamiliarity with the terrain, my car turned into a dead end. 0

The car behind blocked my way, and the thugs got out. 0

They were from Bai Man. 0

I felt a sense of relief. 0

Now, besides Bai Man, anyone else getting involved would only complicate the task. 0

Bai Man was originally drawn based on my own features. 0

Bai Man and Bai Qing are sisters, so I naturally resemble Bai Qing as well. 0

The thugs shone their flashlights on my face a few times and reported to Bai Man over the phone: "Sister Man, we have located Bai Qing." 0

Just as I was about to speak, a sharp pain shot through my neck. 0

Someone had injected something into my neck. 0

I was dreaming again. 0

A very long dream. 0

It was a dream within a dream, yet it clearly felt like something that had happened in the past. 0

I dreamed about the scene where Bai Man and Shen Jing met in the cave. 0

But the reality seems different from what I remember. 0

In my dream, I was still in the real world, and the editor kept calling me repeatedly for the manuscript. 0

The editor shouted, "Climax! Climax! You're drawing a comic that's not suitable for children! I need some big, bold moments!" 0

And I was stuck, not knowing how to illustrate that part of the story. 0

While drinking beer, I suddenly fell asleep holding my manuscript. 0

My manuscript suddenly glowed with a warm white light. 0

I was pulled into it. 0

I found myself at the edge of a cliff. 0

At this point in the dream, I was quite surprised. 0

I clearly remembered that this situation was inspired by a spring dream I had before drawing it. 0

How did it become so immersive? 0

Did I somehow enter the comic back then? 0

As the dream continued, I stood at the edge of the cliff with a bamboo basket on my back. 0

Suddenly, a boy with a strong smell of blood ran out from the woods and grabbed my neck. 0

I was taken hostage by him. 0

The boy's voice was dry and hoarse: "Don't move. If you dare to move, I'll kill you." 0

It's been a long time. 0

This is eighteen-year-old Shen Jing. 0

He was being hunted by other warlords. 0

Shen Jing's father was the largest Drug Lord in Southeast Asia. 0

With power at his fingertips, he suddenly fell ill and died, leading to the collapse of his family. 0

As the sole heir, Shen Jing naturally became a thorn in the side of countless people. 0

They wanted him gone quickly. 0

And I, who was being held captive by him, thought this was a scene from a dream. 0

I said, "Um, big brother, you're still bleeding." 0

Shen Jing wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. 0

His red lips curled into a terrifying smile: "I won't die." 0

Footsteps drew closer. 0

He tightened his grip on me and slowly moved toward the edge of the cliff, his eyes like those of a ravenous wolf, unyielding and fierce. 0

The person across from me actually recognized me and looked quite anxious. 0

"Girl! What are you doing here!" 0

Then he said to Shen Jing, "Please don't hurt her, I beg you, let her go." 0

Shen Jing coughed a couple of times and spat out some blood. He smirked wickedly, "Let her go? Will you let me go then?" 0

The person across replied, "Yes, yes, yes!!" 0

Shen Jing laughed and tightened his grip on me as we leaned towards the cliff. "Ha, who would believe that?" 0

"I'll come back as a ghost to take your lives even if I die!" 0

Just as he was about to drag me down to hell with him, I suddenly heard him release his grip and push me away. 0

With a light laugh, he said, "Finding a woman to die with me is too unlucky." 0

By some twist of fate, I suddenly turned around and reached out to grab him. 0
