Sure enough, after a while, just as they were about to start, they heard Kwang-soo's desperate cries.
"Hey? Where's my heating pad? Where's my heating pad?!"
The four of them exchanged glances and smiled to themselves.
"Kwang-soo, what's wrong?" Yoo Jae-suk asked with a knowing smile, pretending to help look for it.
"Brother Jae-seok, have you seen my heating pad? It was on the table?" Lee Kwang-soo asked.
"Oh dear, so busy, who has time to pay attention to that?" Haha chimed in.
"Brother Jae-seok, Haha Brother, Brother Kwangsoo, it's time to start filming," Anna said.
"Oh, coming!" Jae-seok replied, pulling the still confused Kwang-soo along to the shoot, preventing him from discovering the truth.
Ji-hyo secretly gave Brother Jae-seok a thumbs up.
"The first scene is ready to start, 1, 2, 3." Dong Wan clapped the slate, and filming officially began.
"Anna, tonight we will be filming Name Tag Ripping from the eighth to fifteenth floors of Mugyeongdong SBS. Is everything arranged?" Miao PD came over to ask Anna, who was organizing the scene notes.
Anna looked up, put down what she was holding, and said, "I just spoke with Dong Wan; he said everything is ready. I'll head over early and go over everything with him."
"Okay." Miao PD nodded in approval and then went back to his work.
After organizing the script notes, Anna checked the filming progress and time. Soon, it would be time to head to Mugyeongdong SBS.
In winter, it gets dark particularly quickly. Before she knew it, the light began to fade, and soon delicate snowflakes started to fall.
Noticing that Miao PD was busy, Anna briefed Park Soo Eun on a few things and asked her to relay the message to Miao PD. She then took a taxi to the final filming location ahead of time.
At SBS in Mugyeongdong, there were significantly fewer people, making it the perfect place for filming the Name Tag Ripping battle indoors.
The elevator was slowly descending from the upper floors, and Anna patiently waited.
Ding~~
The elevator arrived, and as the doors slowly opened, the sight inside left Anna momentarily stunned, her eyes widening in surprise.
Was it that familiar face? That familiar person? At this moment of reunion, she truly didn't know how to greet him properly.
"Miss Anna? Hello!" KAI stepped out of the elevator, smiling as he greeted Anna.
"Oh, yes, hello." Anna snapped back to reality and greeted him with a nod.
Standing behind KAI, Chan-yeol paused for a moment before stepping out of the elevator with a slight smile.
"Long time no see," Chan-yeol said.
"Long time no see," Anna said.
KAI smiled happily and said, "Miss Anna, why did you cut your hair short? We haven't seen you at the gym we often go to."
"I've been too busy, so..." Anna said shyly.
"Yeah, Running Man is really popular now. Our manager also mentioned that if possible, we should come back to this show again sometime," KAI said with a laugh.
"I see, that's great," Anna replied awkwardly, glancing at the elevator. "I have something to do, so I'll head upstairs first. Hopefully, we'll meet again." Anna bowed to them as a farewell.
"Okay, goodbye," KAI said.
Chan-yeol turned around and looked at Anna, who was calmly smiling in the elevator. The doors slowly closed, disappearing from their view.
KAI seemed to be deep in thought and said, "Hey, do you think Miss Anna might like me? Every time she sees me, she acts a bit strange, and she even said she likes watching me dance?" KAI asked Chan-yeol with a mysterious frown.
"What?" Chan-yeol asked incredulously.
"Isn't it? How do you explain her reactions?" KAI rubbed his chin, pondering something. "Should I clarify things with her? Although Miss Anna is beautiful, I prefer cute girls with long hair. Miss Anna isn't my type; I don't want her to get too deep into this."
Chan-yeol looked at him sideways, shook his head helplessly, and sighed. "I really can't believe you." After saying that, he walked away, completely ignoring KAI's persistent questions behind him.
