The road gradually became quieter, and the trees increased in number. Looking through the car window, it appeared dim, making Anna feel a bit uneasy. 0

"Where are we going?" Anna asked nervously. 0

"Don't worry, I'm not going to sell you," Park Chan-yeol said with a smile. 0

Seeing Anna's worried expression, Park Chan-yeol continued, "Every time I come to Beijing, I go to a place for late-night snacks. You can just regard it as accompanying me for a meal." 0

Anna nodded and softly said, "You've helped me so many times; what's a meal with you?" 0

"If you really feel like you owe me that much, then promise me one thing," Park Chan-yeol said. 0

"What is it?" 0

Park Chan-yeol smiled and said, "Give me your phone." 0

Anna took out her phone and handed it to Chan-yeol. With one hand on the steering wheel and the other taking the phone, he dialed a number. Before long, his phone in his pocket rang. After hanging up, the ringtone disappeared, and he returned the phone to Anna. 0

"Now we have each other's contact information. From now on, we're friends. If there's anything you need help with or if something fun or sad happens, we can share it with each other as friends, okay?" 0

Anna looked at him and nodded, smiling happily. She had always felt indebted to Park Chan-yeol and didn't know how to repay him. Now, however, he had opened up a heavy heart knot with this unconventional way of repayment. 0

"Alright, my friend," Anna said with a smile. 0

The car stopped at a roadside stall. They got out and sat at a small outdoor table. The Boss Lady was a plump middle-aged woman who seemed particularly happy to see Chan-yeol, likely because he had visited a few times before, despite the language barrier. Park Chan-yeol's Chinese was much more fluent than one would expect. 0

"Boss Lady, I'll have a serving of chicken feet, grilled pork intestines, and some skewers," Chan-yeol said. 0

The Boss Lady nodded and began to get busy with her hands. 0

"Your Chinese is really good," Anna remarked. 0

Chan-yeol smiled and replied, "I often come to China for events, and Zhang Yixing is with me, so he frequently teaches me some Chinese. By the way," Chan-yeol suddenly said with a mysterious look, "do you know why I know about this place?" 0

Anna shook her head. 0

"When I was younger, my dad and my uncle often came to China for business. We had our factory over there. Every time they returned, they would bring me and my cousin along to play in China. We would pool our money together to come here to eat. Hmm... it's been over ten years now, and this place is still running," Chan-yeol explained. 0

Anna looked in the direction Chan-yeol was pointing. In the distance, there was indeed a vague outline of a large building, but it appeared completely dark and seemed abandoned. Anna pointed there and asked, "Is it that one?" 0

"Yes, the factory had an explosion back then. My dad escaped, but my uncle died inside. After that, my dad mainly returned to do business domestically." 0

"What about your cousin?" 0

Chan-yeol shook his head and said, "My aunt passed away two years after my uncle, and then my cousin just disappeared." 0

"The food is here." Boss Lady placed the marinated chicken feet on the table, interrupting their conversation. 0

Chan-yeol picked up a piece of chicken foot with his chopsticks and popped it into his mouth. The taste had remained unchanged over the years. He continued, "So, every time I come to China, I make sure to come here whenever I have the time." 0
