Chapter 366: 0

"Footprints?" Freya looked around warily. "Does this mean it's trying to lead me somewhere?" 0

The strange attitude of the Spirit left her somewhat puzzled about its intentions. 0

However, aside from the thirteen massive pillars and the enormous seat, there was nothing else in this hall worth exploring. 0

Moreover, the creature sealed within those pillars was clearly not something the Spirit would allow her to approach. 0

Quietly reaching for a light golden Sphere at her waist, Freya pondered for a moment before slowly walking toward the footprints. 0

The footprints on the floor extended to a hidden stone door on the left side of the hall. 0

There was nothing particularly special about the stone door; Freya pushed it open with force. 0

Behind the door, the wall glowed faintly with blue light, allowing her to see some details inside. 0

It was a small stone chamber, and in the center of the chamber was a beam of blue light projected from an unknown source. 0

Freya noticed that under the blue light lay a black coffin. 0

Next to the coffin was an intricately crafted altar, and atop the altar was a stone platform that seemed to hold a thick, open book. 0

Freya furrowed her brow as she gazed at the stone platform on the altar. 0

The platform was outside the blue light, and in her line of sight, thick black tendrils were continuously emanating from that area, as if that strange Spirit were standing right there. 0

After a pause, she flicked her hand. 0

A flame shot towards the edge of the stone platform, instantly illuminating the entire stone chamber, and the entangled black tendrils seemed to be dispelled by the light of the fire. 0

Although she couldn't see those things, Freya knew they were there. 0

Calming her mind, she did not immediately investigate the stone coffin and the books on the altar but instead scanned the entire stone chamber. 0

The walls of the chamber were engraved with numerous patterns, not the distracting designs from before, but rather an abstract depiction. 0

The content of the pattern appeared to be a vast battlefield, with armies running towards each other for an impending clash. In the center of the armies was an image of a black longsword. 0

It seemed that the two armies were fighting over this longsword. 0

After glancing at this pattern, Freya stopped her examination and noticed some raised square objects on the wall beneath the pattern. 0

In confusion, she reached out and knocked on one. 0

With a 'thud,' the raised section broke open, revealing emptiness inside. 0

Freya knocked again, and large chunks of debris fell away, exposing a square space within. 0

By the light of the flame, she vaguely saw what appeared to be a delicate Short Staff inside. 0

Beneath the Short Staff lay a black Thin Book. 0

After confirming there was no danger, she reached out to take the two items. 0

However, when Freya reached to touch the Short Staff, it suddenly made a 'crack' sound, and the shaft of the Short Staff shattered like glass, leaving only a round Crystal at the top. 0

Frowning slightly, Freya looked at the two items she had taken out. 0

The black round Crystal seemed like an ordinary decorative item, showing no abnormalities. After placing the Crystal into her waist pouch, she opened the book. 0

The first page featured a woman with long black hair and slightly squinted eyes. 0

The woman was very beautiful, indistinguishable from a human. Her black hair lay flat against her cheeks, giving her a delicate appearance. 0

However, Freya noticed that the woman's skin in the drawing had an almost transparent pallor, which was somewhat strange. 0

"Is this the intelligent being of Hell World?" 0

After observing the beautiful Face for a while, she continued to flip through the pages. 0

The following pages contained some incomprehensible symbols that resembled Hellkind language but were quite different. Moreover, some parts had been deliberately smudged, making them unclear. 0

Freya spent quite some time trying to decipher a few simple words. 0

"What does 'Hell's Will' and 'Eternal Death Black Flame' mean?" 0

After flipping through a few more pages, she found large blocks of text. 0

Until the last page, there was another illustration: a pitch-black longsword. The sword was surrounded by dense and menacing bone spikes, and in the center of the Blade was a giant Wide-eyed eye filled with bloodshot veins, resembling a living creature. 0

Looking at the eyes on the Blade, Freya felt an inexplicable malicious gaze within. 0

Frowning, she reached out and tore off the page depicting the Black Sword, and with a thought, a flame suddenly ignited it. 0

Watching as the image of the Black Sword slowly turned to Black Ash in the flames and fell to the ground, she put away the booklet and began to survey the stone chamber again. 0

After a turn around, Freya confirmed that aside from the hidden compartment, there was nothing else concealed in the entire stone chamber. 0

The open book on the stone platform was part of the platform itself. It was also made of stone, with inscriptions in an incomprehensible Hell Language on it. 0

Finally, she walked to the center of the stone chamber, beside the stone coffin. 0

Freya narrowed her eyes slightly, looking at the altar and stone platform next to the coffin. 0

"Since you drew me here, you must want me to open this coffin, right?" 0

She spoke in Hell Language so that the other party could understand, but the expected response did not come. 0

Although the other party was an intelligent Advanced Spirit, Freya had prepared quite a few corresponding items for this operation. 0

If they were to attack, she was confident she could withstand it. 0

Moreover, from the gaps in this stone coffin, a dense Bloodline Power was leaking out, clearly the scent she had detected earlier. 0

After waiting a while longer without any response, Freya stopped waiting and reached out to fiercely grab at the top of the coffin. 0

Five streaks of dark blue wind immediately sliced through. 0

"Hiss!!" 0

After the sound of teeth grinding, five white marks suddenly appeared. 0

This made Freya pause slightly, seemingly not expecting that this seemingly ordinary stone coffin would be so hard that even her witchcraft couldn't penetrate it. 0

Her expression darkened a bit as she reached behind her and conjured a black Cross Sword. 0

Then she directly thrust it into the gap at the top of the coffin. 0

"Shh!" 0

Although it was somewhat difficult, the Cross Sword did indeed penetrate. 0

A dim light suddenly flashed. 0

"Bang!" 0

It seemed like something was triggered, and the coffin lid opened a crack. 0

A thick red mist immediately emanated from within, automatically merging into the King Cobra Mark, causing the imprint to shine brightly. 0

"This concentration..." 0

As Freya absorbed this Bloodline Power, a hint of joy appeared on her face. 0

Just now, she felt her Bloodline Power surge suddenly, and the Fourth Royal Serpent Gift seemed to show signs of awakening. 0

Calming her emotions, she exerted force once more. The entire coffin lid was suddenly pushed open. 0

The central Blue Light immediately illuminated the inside of the coffin. 0

Freya lowered her head to look into the coffin, but was slightly taken aback. 0

Inside, there were no bones or anything she had expected, but rather a living person. 0

It was a woman in black full armor with black hair, her beautiful face almost identical to the first page of the Thin Book. 0

Compared to just seeing it in a picture, the real person appeared much more vivid. 0

This woman had her eyes gently closed, showing no signs of breathing or heartbeat, yet Freya felt an illusion that she was merely asleep and not dead. 0

Moreover, most importantly, Freya sensed a strong Bloodline Power emanating from this woman. 0

This Bloodline Power was even several times denser than any creature she had ever encountered. 0

"What kind of being is this woman?" 0

Freya murmured in surprise. 0

The intensity of Bloodline Power is generally proportional to one's own strength, and she found it hard to imagine what level this woman belonged to in life. 0

Suddenly, as Freya was lost in her thoughts, a bright light flashed before her forehead. 0

A fine crack was slowly opening, and it seemed that a green liquid was flowing within it, shimmering with a sparkling light. 0

Freya's vision suddenly felt as if it had expanded; all objects became extremely clear, transforming into another form before her eyes. 0

"The fourth gift of the King Cobra's eyes, it's happening so quickly." 0

Freya felt her Bloodline Power rising at an astonishing speed. 0

As the absorption aura activated automatically, a visible crimson mist appeared between the woman lying in the coffin and Freya. 0

Freya lowered her head to look at her chest. 0

At some point, a blood-colored Crystal was slowly forming there, with a twisted emerald-green snake in its center. 0

The snake coiled there, seemingly in slumber, with its eyes half-closed, occasionally flicking its tail. 0

The Bloodline Power she absorbed seemed to be nourishing this snake. 0

"Emerald Serpent Hatchling." 0

Freya knew that when this snake fully awakened, her first form would be complete. This meant she would have completely transcended her human essence and transformed into a pure Royal Serpent Bloodline. 0

As the Bloodline Power continued to be absorbed, the sleeping snake began to stir restlessly. 0

Crack! 0

A fine fissure started to appear in the center of the blood-colored Crystal. 0

"Almost there, just a little more, just a little more." 0

However, just as the Crystal began to slowly crack, the woman lying in the coffin suddenly frowned. 0

This unexpected scene startled Freya, and a bad premonition surged in her heart. 0

Suddenly, the woman who had been keeping her eyes closed opened them wide. 0

"Ah!!!!" 0

A piercing scream erupted from the coffin. 0

It was like a massive explosion going off beside her; Freya felt a powerful Force Field slam into her. 0

The Bloodline Power that had been gathering also exploded violently, scattering into countless wisps of blood mist. 0

With a loud bang, her entire body was thrown backward and crashed against the hard stone wall, sliding down slowly. 0

Freya widened her eyes, unable to believe what she was seeing in the direction of the stone coffin. 0

She saw that the woman who had just been lying there was now slowly floating up, her mouth wide open as a shrill scream erupted from it. 0

The woman's once beautiful face was now covered in dark cracks, and her opened eyes were completely black with no trace of white. 0

Crack! 0

It sounded like glass shattering as the woman began to fragment from her feet, piece by piece. 0

"No!!!" 0

Seeing this phenomenon, Freya suddenly opened her palm. 0

"Whoosh!" 0

A large green snake lunged directly at the woman, its massive jaws wide open, ready to swallow her whole. 0

However, just as the King Cobra Phantom was about to reach the woman, 0

"Crack!" The woman's body shattered completely, and a strange Black Key emerged from the fragments, which was instantly engulfed by the King Cobra Phantom. 0

"Boom!!" 0

A loud muffled sound echoed, followed by a cloud of dust. 0

After a long while, Freya slowly stood up from the ground with a dark expression. Amidst the thick dust, a faint green light flickered from the crack on her forehead. 0

"Damn it! Damn it! It was just one step away!" 0

She looked at the Black Key in her hand with a complex expression. 0

Suddenly, it seemed she sensed something and raised her head to look outside the stone chamber. 0

An exceptionally dangerous aura emanated from there, like an endless sea of blood surging towards her, carrying the scent of blood and slaughter. 0

A sound like chains dragging on the ground suddenly echoed. 0

Hearing this sound, Freya's expression changed, and she immediately recalled the terrifying figure she had seen using the Shadow System's witchcraft. 0

Without a moment to think, she quickly stowed away the key in her hand and ran toward the outside of the stone chamber. 0

In the hall outside the stone chamber, among the thirteen massive pillars, one on the far left had actually cracked open a hole over a person's height. 0

Black liquid flowed from the bottom of the hole, mixed with a decaying, cold odor, as if something inside was trying to escape. 0

Freya scanned her surroundings warily, preparing to take action. 0

Suddenly, a sharp object appeared behind her, instantly slashing toward her neck. 0

With a loud bang, the Power Field surrounding her shattered immediately. However, at that moment, a burst of Blazing White light erupted from her waist. 0

With a clang, a powerful force from behind propelled her forward violently. 0

Her body skidded across the smooth floor, leaving a long trail and kicking up a cloud of dust. 0

Freya turned around and raised her hand, only to see that the White Rune ring on her index finger, which could withstand several attacks from Third-Level Witchcraft, had shattered in that instant. 0

Just as she was stunned, a pitch-black Giant Cleaver came slicing down from above her head once again. 0

Freya's expression darkened slightly as she suddenly opened her palm and made a fierce grab. 0

A massive hand formed from a swirling mass of dark blue wind appeared right in front of her. 0

"Rip!!" 0

The Storm Palm actually tore apart, and the violent Wind Element Particles transformed into a storm that swept through, dispersing the gathered dust and smoke. 0

It was only then that Freya could clearly see who had attacked her. 0

It was a Terror Giant, standing at least three meters tall, with its upper body completely bare. The giant's head was bald and covered in cracks, with numerous black iron spikes embedded in it. Black chains were inserted into the muscles of its waist and back, hanging down to the ground and clinking noisily. 0

In the giant's hand was a rusted Giant Cleaver, its blade covered in chaotic bloodstains, with wisps of smoke swirling around it, resembling the vengeful spirits of the dead. (To be continued.) 0
