Chapter Three Hundred and Forty: 0

Without a word, Freya's figure suddenly vanished, and when she reappeared, she was already in front of the Stone House. 0

She abruptly opened her palm. 0

With a 'whoosh,' five azure lines shot out from between her fingers, fiercely slashing towards the Stone House. 0

'Tear!' 0

The Thin Line effortlessly sliced the Stone House into several pieces. However, immediately after, a massive gray figure, nearly three meters tall, leaped out from within the Stone House with a roar. 0

With a 'bang,' it crashed heavily onto the ground, sending countless fragments flying. 0

“Damn it, who is it!!” 0

It was a middle-aged man completely wrapped in gray rock, with only his head exposed. His entire body resembled a colossal armor made of stone, looking incredibly powerful. 0

He scanned the surroundings with a fierce gaze and quickly noticed Freya not far away. 0

“Who are you! Why did you attack me!?” 0

His questioning roar stirred up dust and sand around them. 0

Freya, hidden beneath her hood, frowned slightly. She realized that her previous strike had only left five shallow white marks on the back of the Crystalized Wizard before her. 0

'The corruption from hell seems to have intensified. Normally, this guy would have been sliced into pieces by that blow. Since energy control has decreased to this extent, I need to change my combat strategy.' 0

Ignoring the wizard's roar, Freya quickly took out several small square blocks from her waist, each the size of a fingernail, covered in dense runes that glowed with a white aura, flickering like breathing. 0

After a brief incantation, she threw the blocks directly at the wizard. 0

With a faint hissing sound, the White Cubes suddenly emitted two beams of Blazing White light from both ends, rushing towards him with intense heat. 0

Meanwhile, Freya didn’t even glance at the outcome. She pulled out a silver short staff from her body. After murmuring an incantation, she snapped the staff in half. 0

A flame with a strong odor of decay shot out from the middle of the broken staff, charging towards the wizard. 0

Finally, Freya extended her hand again and grasped forcefully, causing an Azure spear to appear in her hand. The spear formed from Energy Particles looked very unstable, flickering in and out of existence. However, just as it was about to dissipate, Freya exerted her strength. 0

With a whoosh, an Azure flash shot from her hand. 0

Despite having rock armor that enhanced her defense and strength, it reduced her agility. 0

Watching the three spells flying towards him, the wizard crossed his arms. The gray rocks on his forearms quickly gathered to form a thick stone wall in front of him. 0

With a sizzle, the Azure spear cast by Freya pierced the stone wall first. The immense piercing force created a deep hole in it; however, due to the wall's thickness, it still did not harm his body. 0

But then, the White Cube emitting White Light took advantage of this moment and forcefully penetrated through the stone wall. 0

A scream from the wizard immediately followed from behind the wall as the flame corroded through the large hole, sending thick black smoke rising up from behind the wall. 0

With a loud bang, the stone wall exploded, sending wisps of black flames into the air. 0

"Die!" 0

A roar echoed from behind the crumbling stone wall. Immediately, a massive torrent of rocks surged toward Freya. 0

Seeing the overwhelming earth magic, Freya's expression hardened as she transformed into a white shadow and swiftly retreated. 0

However, the torrent of rocks seemed to have a tracking ability, relentlessly following her as she tried to evade. 0

Just as Freya was about to be engulfed by the torrent, she suddenly swung her right hand. 0

"Wind!" 0

A powerful Azure Gale suddenly surged forth in front of the rock torrent, creating a fierce whirlwind that swept up a large number of stones. 0

Taking cover behind the whirlwind, Freya swiftly turned and disappeared once more. 0

All that could be seen was a white figure closely following the front of the rock torrent, racing toward the Source at an astonishing speed. 0

Boom! 0

A muffled sound erupted as the rock torrent quickly collapsed, turning into ordinary stones that fell to the ground. 0

Amidst the thick dust, a gust of wind rapidly blew it away. 0

Freya coldly gazed at the wizard beneath her, a Black Dagger burning with flickering flames firmly embedded in his neck, yet no blood flowed from the wound. 0

At this moment, pieces of gray stone slowly peeled away from the wizard's body, revealing his original skin. 0

His eyes widened in disbelief as he looked at Freya. 0

"At my current level, if I don't use Bloodline Power, even with Cursed Items, I would only be equivalent to a first-level Crystallization Level, and a weak one at that. It seems that soon I will drop to Liquefaction Level. The speed of this contamination..." 0

With a slightly somber expression, Freya extended her hand, pressed lightly on the dagger, and the flames on it gradually dissipated. Only then did she pull it out and insert it into her waist, covering it with her robe. 0

Clapping sounds came from a distance as Soulbug walked over quickly. 0

"Truly worthy of Goat Sister. I thought the barrier spell I set up would help a bit, but I didn't expect you to handle this guy yourself." 0

Hearing his compliment, Freya interrupted directly. 0

"Enough with the nonsense. Give me the information; we owe each other nothing." 0

"Please wait a moment while I confirm something." 0

He brushed past Freya and reached out to search the wizard's body. 0

Soon, some materials from his waist pouch were thrown onto the ground, followed by some close-range weapons and Magic Stones being unearthed. 0

Freya stood nearby, frowning slightly, sensing that this guy seemed to have intentions of backing out. 0

However, thinking about the images he had previously provided, which indeed contained information about the Spring of Life, she patiently waited. 0

As time passed, fewer and fewer items were found, and Soulbug began to grow impatient. 0

"Not right! It can't be missing!? Is it still in that person's hands?" he murmured to himself. 0

Suddenly, he straightened up and spoke to Freya with a serious expression. 0

"I'm sorry, Goat Sister, but I don't think I can give you any information for now, unless you help me kill another person." 0

"Oh?" Freya lifted her hood, her expression suddenly turning exceptionally grim as she quietly stared at the Underworld Sorcerer in front of her. 0

A strange atmosphere enveloped the two, and Soulbug watched Freya nervously, clearly afraid she might refuse. 0

However, after a long pause, Freya suddenly broke into a light laugh. 0

"Well, who is it this time? But this will be the last time." 0

"Of course." Hearing Freya speak, Soulbug seemed to breathe a sigh of relief. "I swear on my honor, this will be the last time." (To be continued) 0
