Chapter 289:
This island called Toy Room, according to Freya's speculation, is either located far from the mainland or is an independent space altogether.
The surrounding wizards, although powerful and some of them carrying a strong scent of blood, mostly coexist peacefully. It seems that the security conditions here are quite good.
If further investigation reveals no other issues, she plans to temporarily advance to Crystallization Level here before leaving.
After thinking for a moment, she raised her head and looked around at the island that truly resembled a toy world.
After a moment of contemplation, she asked, "By the way, how can I enter this place again?"
The toy head that Rand had given her was clearly a one-time item, and Freya thought that if this place met her requirements, it could serve as her own private space.
"You can choose to compete for or purchase access items, or you can join Toy Room as a member," Milly replied truthfully.
"Oh? How many Magic Stones are needed to purchase an access item?" Freya continued to inquire.
"Three hundred thousand Magic Stones or items of equivalent value."
Upon hearing Milly's words, Freya was taken aback. Although she understood that as levels increased, the value of Magic Stones would not be overly significant to wizards, she did not expect that simply entering would cost three hundred thousand Magic Stones.
This was a sum she had never obtained from her apprenticeship to becoming a wizard.
"Indeed, as a member of a prominent family, you casually throw down a starter card worth three hundred thousand Magic Stones."
Freya couldn't help but recall Rand's nonchalant demeanor at that time.
After a pause, she furrowed her brow and asked, "Did you just have a competition for item rights? What was that about?"
"It was in the Gladiatorial Arena area, divided into levels one to four based on wizard rank. There are no restrictions on registration, and the one who achieves final victory can obtain an item with rights."
Freya fell silent.
She considered herself relatively strong among First-Level Wizards, but she wasn't confident enough to believe she could be the strongest among them.
The strength of wizards, aside from crossing ranks, is mostly determined by age within the same level; older wizards tend to be stronger.
This is due to the accumulation of their own cards and their understanding and application of magic.

Gently closing her eyes, various neatly arranged squares filled with letters appeared in her mind.
After a brief moment of memorization, she opened her eyes and addressed Milly.
"Alright, I'm all set. You can go now."
"Sure. If you need any further assistance, just call my name 'Milly' three times, and I will appear."
"Got it," Freya nodded lightly.
"Then I wish you a pleasant transaction."
With that, Milly gave a slight bow and pressed her hand to her chest.
With a soft sound, her body melted into a liquid form and soon seeped into the stone tiles beneath her feet.
Freya watched the trace of her disappearance before turning back to re-enter the bustling street.
"First, let's take out what Rand stored."
According to the map in her mind, she quickly arrived in front of a shop that seemed to be pieced together from various blocks.
Next to the shop, there was a white wooden sign stuck in the ground, with a few letters written on it in a crooked manner.
“Sam's Entertainment Castle,” Freya read the name of the shop with a frown.
This was the only establishment in the area called Uncle Sam.
After glancing at the half-open colorful door, she paused for a moment and then walked straight in.
Gently pushing the door open, Freya discovered that this room was entirely white, devoid of any furniture or clutter.
The only unusual feature was a short, stout man with a nearly floor-length red beard standing in the center of the room.
He stood alone in this white space, appearing particularly out of place.
“Hello, guest. May I ask what brings you here?”
Noticing Freya's arrival, the bearded man spoke loudly, his deep voice echoing in the room with remarkable resonance.
Looking at the man, she stood at the doorway and cautiously replied.
“I’m here to collect something; the storage keeper is Rand Benifen. Here is the mark.”
Freya extended her hand and lightly flicked it, causing a Blue Light point to instantly merge into the man's forehead.
“Alright, I Understand, please wait a moment.”
After receiving the mark, the bearded man closed his eyes and soon opened them again.
"Please provide the password."
"June fourteenth," Freya thought for a moment before speaking.
"The password is correct."
After receiving the response, the red-bearded man reached into his beard and rummaged for a while before pulling out a fist-sized Black Box.
"This is the stored item."
He directly tossed the object toward Freya.
She quickly reached out to catch it.
Carefully opening it, she found six diamond-shaped crystals glowing with a faint blue aura inside.
This surprised Freya, and a smile soon appeared on her face.
"Ritual Crystals? That guy..."
Ritual Crystals are the main component of Crystallization Level, considered a precious resource that is difficult to obtain even in ordinary markets.
Previously, Rand could only provide her with a few basic resources, and she never expected the final result to be this.
Freya sighed lightly and shook her head.
With a 'snap,' she closed the lid and glanced at the still motionless red-bearded man before leaving the Shop.
Walking down the street, Freya cautiously placed the box on her person.
"Now that the main items are secured, it's time to purchase the other secondary items."
The resource area of the Toy Room's Shop is exceptionally rich; basically, anything that isn't particularly rare can be obtained. The abundance of resources here is even much higher than that of Cloud City's Sky City.
After selling some items and exchanging them for Magic Stones, she finally gathered all the resources needed for the Crystallization Ritual.
Two hours later.
Carrying a large white box, Freya turned and walked toward a massive building resembling a castle.
Inside the spacious building, there were several counters made of obsidian, and not many people were present. Only a few wizards dressed in Robes were scattered about.
Freya's arrival did not attract much attention.
She glanced around and headed toward the counter on the left.
Behind the counter stood a girl dressed in an exquisite Maid outfit, standing upright like a statue.
As Freya approached the counter, the girl's eyes moved, and she smiled as she said, "Milly Number 241 is pleased to serve you."
"Milly 241?" Upon hearing this name, Freya realized that the girl before her, like the previous receptionist, emitted no aura whatsoever.
If it weren't for her eyes, she would almost seem like air.
'She doesn't seem to be human; perhaps a projection or some other being,' Freya thought as she observed the girl and speculated about her aura.
However, she had no intention of delving deeper into this matter.
"Alright, I'm here to rent a house. Do you have any suitable places?"
The girl’s eyes flashed with a hint of light, and she quickly replied, "Yes, there are two vacant rooms in the first level area. There are six in the second level and ten in the third level."
Freya understood that the levels referred to the comfort of the housing, ranging from the luxurious first level to the more ordinary third level.
However, aside from these distinctions, there wasn't much difference in terms of safety.
Calculating the number of Magic Stones she had, she continued, "For a third-level house, I want to rent it for two months. How many Magic Stones will that be?"
"For two months, it will cost eighty-two Medium Magic Stones."
"That's so expensive?" Freya frowned at the quoted price.
She had only managed to gather enough materials for the Crystallization Ritual after selling some Cursed Items and materials at the shop. The remaining Magic Stones were just over three hundred.
She hadn't expected that renting a third-level house would require eighty-two Magic Stones given their purchasing power.
However, thinking about the safety measures in this place...
Glancing at the expressionless girl, Freya tossed a black bag onto the counter.
"Alright, here is one hundred Medium Magic Stones."
After collecting the Magic Stones from the counter, the girl took out a brown wooden plaque from beneath the counter and handed it to her.
"This is your room key, please keep it safe. If there are any issues with the room, you can contact us through this wooden sign, and we will address it immediately."
"Mm."
Nodding lightly, Freya turned and left.
The Third District is located on Third Street, a street dedicated to the sale of various slaves. It is much noisier than the other two areas.
Freya did not linger and quickly arrived at an area filled with massive trees, as indicated on the sign.
These trees appeared to be Banyan Trees, each one thick and unusual in its own right.
In the center of each tree was a door-like protrusion, as if it could be opened directly.
There were fewer wizards encountered in this area; most of those Freya met along the way were elegantly dressed Third-Rank Wizard Apprentices, looking much prouder than the apprentices she had previously encountered outside. They also exuded a faint aura of energy, suggesting they possessed quite a few valuable items.
After wandering around for about ten minutes, Freya stopped in a relatively secluded corner.
She glanced at the enormous Banyan Tree in front of her, which looked no different from the others surrounding it.
This place had fewer people; there was hardly anyone around, which made Freya nod in satisfaction.
Taking the wooden sign from her waist pouch, she approached the protruding wooden door of the Banyan Tree and swiped it.
With a 'click,' the wooden door opened automatically.
A faint sound of plants floated out from inside the room.
Inside, the room was filled with furniture made from trees, looking exceptionally simple.
However, Freya did not mind. After observing for a moment, she walked straight in.
After putting down what she was holding, she closed the door and took out a white circular Rune Sphere from behind her, pressing it against the wall of the treehouse.
"Hiss."
The Rune Sphere quickly merged into the wall, and soon the entire room was enveloped in strands of white Thin Line, which slowly wrapped around the treehouse to form a kind of isolation Force Field.
This was a Rune Array that Freya had improved after her last experience in Sarula.
It was specifically designed for temporary residences and could effectively block perception-type magic.
After completing these tasks, she finally opened the white box.
Inside was a fist-sized Black Eye sculpture, a large transparent glass cup filled with numerous Red Beads, two green scales, and a brown book.
After checking the items needed for the Crystallization Ritual, Freya also took out the Black Box that Rand had gifted her and placed it on the table.
"With this, all the resources for the Crystallization Ritual are complete. Two months should be enough for me to reach the peak level of Liquefaction."
Compared to Liquefaction, Crystallization Level requires not only an increase in mental power but also preparation for the second Empowerment Spell and access to Second Level magical knowledge.
So far, Freya had only seen a few Second Level wizards, including those from Crimson Eagle.
Especially during the incident with the Ancient Beasts, there was a guardian named Isaac who was a Second-Level Wizard.
Even from a distance, one could feel his overwhelming power.
Moreover, Freya was certain that the Red Crocodile he transformed into at that time was itself a type of magic derived from Bloodline, making it even more powerful than typical Second-Level Sorcery.
"After the Crystallization, the Crimson Eagle library contains knowledge related to Second-Level Sorcery and the corresponding Witchcraft Model. However, with my current contribution level, I do not have the authority to access that level of knowledge. It seems I need to find a way."

Freya's strength lies in the combination of physical prowess and witchcraft, with a focus on energy compression spells. Her penetration power and Casting Speed are unmatched by ordinary wizards.
