The smiles of the two beauties surprised Lingfeng. Although their smiles were still somewhat stiff, it at least showed that Lingfeng's words had touched them a little, and it indicated that her purpose had been partially achieved.

Lingfeng smiled slightly, finished the last bit of rice in her bowl, and asked, "What were you doing?"
Fei Fei chuckled and waved the bouquet in her hand. "The flowers are blooming beautifully this morning, so I went to pick some!"
Lingfeng nodded and then set down her bowl and chopsticks as she walked toward the yard outside.

After wandering around the front yard for a while, he did not see anyone, so he turned and walked towards the back. "Five Element Hero is up so early!" Hezi turned around, but the gloomy air on his face had not dissipated.
"Is there something bothering you, Senior?" Lingfeng asked politely and indirectly about what was troubling Hezi.
Hezi gave a bitter smile and turned to look at the sparkling lake surface. After a moment of silence, he sighed and said, "The Demon Relic has appeared!"
"The Demon Relic?" This statement struck Lingfeng like a bolt from the blue, leaving him momentarily stunned. After a while, he turned back and asked, "Are you sure the Demon Relic has appeared?"
The Demon Relic is an essential object for the awakening of Demon Lord Reincarnation. It is said to be a magic pearl within Chiyou's body, resembling a sutra from the Buddhist realm, hence it is called the Demon Relic.
The Demon Relic contains half of Chiyou's life energy; although it is only half, it can still reach a high level of Demon Cultivation. Moreover, this Demon Relic is quite peculiar; whenever its possessor dies or ascends, it disappears until the next generation of demon lords is about to emerge.
Although it was only a matter of time before the Demon Relic appeared, Lingfeng was still startled to hear Hezi say such a thing.
Hezi nodded firmly and said, "Last night I observed the stars and found that the Demon Spirit Star was dim and then transformed into a shooting star. Clearly, the Demon Relic fell last night!"
Lingfeng agreed with Hezi's reasoning. The Demon Spirit Star is located above Spirit Sect and is one of the main guardian stars for Demon Cultivators. Long ago, during his exploration of Shenzhou, Lingfeng had already learned about the knowledge related to the Demon Spirit Star.
Once the Demon Spirit Star falls, the Bright Demon Relic will have arrived in the human realm.
"Then, the Spirit Sect must have discovered the descent of the Demon Relic," Lingfeng murmured with concern.
Hezi nodded heavily. "Yes, the Spirit Priest of the Spirit Sect not only manages the affairs of the Spirit Sect but is also responsible for observing the movements of the Demon Relic throughout the year. Moreover, now that the Demon Lord Reincarnation has appeared, he will definitely be observing the stars every night. It's possible..." He paused, his expression grave. After some thought, Lingfeng looked at Hezi and asked, "Where does the Demon Relic usually appear?"

"The Barbarian Lands?" Lingfeng was taken aback again; the Barbarian Lands were home to the Barbarian Sect and also where Man Qing and Man Pillar's sects were located.
Hezi did not expect such a strong reaction from Lingfeng but continued, "Yes, in the Barbarian Lands."
Lingfeng still held some suspicion towards Hezi, wondering if he was being deceived.
"Why are you so sure?"
"Because throughout history, Demon Relics have appeared in the Barbarian Lands!" Hezi answered almost without thinking.
Lingfeng was skeptical of Hezi's response. Although he had studied knowledge related to Demon Relics, he had never heard of any specific locations where they appeared. Even in the Scripture Pavilion of the Demon Suppression Sect, the books about Demon Relics clearly indicated that they were merely legends.
There were naturally two possibilities regarding this phenomenon. One was that Demon Relics indeed existed, but the Demon Suppression Sect was intentionally concealing something. The other was that Demon Relics were truly just a myth and had never appeared.
But no matter what the truth was, Lingfeng had no way to verify it. He couldn't decide whether to believe Hezi's one-sided account or trust the historical records of the Demon Suppression Sect.
"It seems I can only return to the Spirit Sect!" Lingfeng thought to himself.
"Five Element Hero, what are you thinking about?" Seeing that Lingfeng was somewhat unresponsive, Hezi curiously asked.
"Oh," Lingfeng returned to his usual demeanor and casually said, "I was wondering what season it is now."
Hezi was taken aback, not expecting Lingfeng to shift from the topic of Demon Relics to seasons so quickly. However, Hezi didn't suspect anything and replied casually, "The Cultivation Realm hasn't had seasonal divisions for a long time; even I can't distinguish them."
Lingfeng initially wanted to take this opportunity to ask about the seasons in the Cultivation Realm but didn't expect such a response.
"However," Hezi added, "there is someone who should know what season it is now!"

"But why are you asking such questions?" Hezi asked again.
Lingfeng smiled mysteriously but did not answer Hezi's question. He winked at Hezi and ran towards his residence. After taking a couple of steps, he turned to Hezi and said, "Can you help me prepare three horses and some provisions?"
Hezi nodded, indicating it was no problem.
Since arriving in the Mandala Demon Realm, Lingfeng felt happier than ever. As long as he knew the current season and month, by autumn and winter, Stone Mountain on Demon Spirit Mountain would appear in the nearest corner to Spirit Sect, making it easy for Lingfeng to find Monkey Head.
Upon returning to his residence, Lingfeng instructed Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao to tidy up a bit, preparing to set off soon.
Although the two were somewhat puzzled, they obediently followed Lingfeng's arrangements.
Before long, everything was ready, and Lingfeng headed to the front yard.
Hezi, Dragon Slayer, and several others were standing in the yard, along with many horses and provisions.
