In the following days, Huang Mang organized personnel to conduct a large-scale inspection of the entertainment venues under the Three Tiger Group. To their surprise, they discovered that many of these venues were secretly involved in drug trafficking. It seemed that if the source was not cut off, these drug dealers were practically everywhere. Through some investigations, it was found that the drugs were supplied by someone named Brother Zhu.
Huang Mang reported this finding to Xin Yi, who instructed him to hold off on any actions and wait for a unified arrangement and deployment. "What are you afraid of? We're just picking up goods and paying as usual; we're not doing anything else. Don't be so nervous; if we expose ourselves, we're done for!" the other replied.
These two were A Dong's brother, Green-Haired Monster, and one of his subordinates. Today was their scheduled time to receive goods from Brother Zhu, and they were waiting for him to deliver.
"Brother Xi, do you think those guys from the Three Tiger Group might turn against us? Last time we offended their Third-in-Command; if I had known those women were connected to them, I wouldn't have dared to act so recklessly," said the subordinate.
Green-Haired Monster took a drag from his cigarette, its glowing tip flickering in the dark, reflecting his still slightly swollen face. After a moment of silence, he replied, "I don't think so. The Third-in-Command of the Three Tiger Group is too important to stoop to our level. Have you seen how tough their men are? I dare say even an average army wouldn't match their combat skills. They can take a brick to the head without flinching; that's not what gangsters do—it's more like a high-quality special forces unit. If they wanted to deal with us, it would be as easy as squashing a few bugs. Besides, my brother said that if we perform well this time, there's a good chance we could be absorbed into the Three Tiger Group. Honestly, I really want to join them."

"Hehehe... Brother Xi has ambition! But can you handle training like theirs? They really hit hard with bricks! Just one hit could crack your skull! Forget it; I don't want that kind of life," said the subordinate while shaking his head.
"With your attitude, you're naturally suited to be a coward. Just stick to your girls; if you got in there, you'd embarrass me!"
As they chatted back and forth, an old Pulsar car drove up from down the road and stopped about twenty or thirty meters away from Green-Haired Monster and his companion. Green-Haired Monster tossed away his cigarette butt and said, "They're here; let's signal them."
The young man turned on the motorcycle's headlights, adjusting the focus three times from far to near. The Pulsar also adjusted its headlights in the same manner before slowly approaching them. As the vehicle reached their side, a bald man leaned out from the passenger seat and asked casually, "Hey kid, where's the money?"
The Green-Haired Monster quickly pulled out a black plastic bag and handed it over, smiling as he said, "Here you go, brother. Count it; there’s a total of thirty thousand."
The bald man took the black plastic bag, opened it, and carefully counted the cash inside before handing over another black plastic bag. He said bluntly, "I mean, can you guys play a little bigger? "Don't worry about it! Have a good trip! Hey, when did your shoelace come undone?" The Green-Haired Monster said as he squatted down to tie his shoelaces while adding, "When will you have time to come to Longchuan? I'd like to treat you to some fun; you have no idea how lively the girls in our venue are! Non-mainstream and full of variety!"
"Hahaha... Sure, when I have time I'll come find you! Just make sure to find me someone with a decent chest size!" The bald man laughed lewdly as he rolled up the car window.
The Pulsar didn’t turn around but continued driving forward until its taillights disappeared into the darkness. The young man then said to the Green-Haired Monster, "Brother Xi, why did you say so much to him? This isn't our last time dealing with him, right? Why are you bargaining? Are you planning on doing this again? But the Three Tiger Group won’t let us continue."
"Damn! If I say you're a pig head, you're really a pig head!" The Green-Haired Monster gave him a smack on the head and looked around to ensure no one was watching before saying, "We’ve always been doing small transactions; we’ve never ordered more than thirty thousand at a time. If we immediately agree to his demand for one hundred thousand orders without hesitation, they’ll definitely become suspicious. Just then, the Pulsar had driven several kilometers down the road before turning back toward its original route. A few hundred meters behind the Pulsar was a black SUV following closely. As he noticed the red dot moving back again, Lu Hanmeng said to Xin Yi who was driving beside him, "They turned around."
"That's fine; let them go. With this device in your hand, we won’t lose them anyway. Let's just keep our distance for now," Xin Yi replied while driving.
As they spoke, the Pulsar had already brushed past Xin Yi's car. The bald man inside the Pulsar glanced at Xin Yi's vehicle and said, "Damn! I've wanted that car for a long time, but I can't afford it!"
The driver next to him turned his head to take a look and replied, "That car must cost over three million. Let's ask Brother Zhu to get us one. Brother Zhu is so wealthy, yet every time he takes us out, he drives this junk Pulsar without even air conditioning. It's really a pain, Brother Qian. You have a good relationship with Brother Zhu; you should mention this to him."
"You don't understand anything. We can only drive cars like this that don't attract attention for business. If we drove something like that nice car from earlier, we'd draw attention wherever we go. However, despite Yongzhou Province's economic development, its public security situation is among the worst in all of Heavenly Pride Nation. Criminal organizations run rampant, monopolizing high-profit industries. The Ministry of Public Security has organized crackdowns multiple times but has failed to eliminate them for various reasons. The information network of criminal organizations in Yongzhou Province is highly developed; often when police take action, they just retreat temporarily and can only catch some small-time thugs or low-level members.
