The collaboration between Junxing Group and Three Tiger Group has been finalized, with Three Tiger Group investing two billion and holding forty percent of the shares in Junxing Group's real estate company. Xin Yi's reprimand was intentional; he first praised them as elites to boost their confidence and then sharply criticized them to suppress their arrogance. The implication was that although they may have been among the better ones in Three Tiger Hall before, now they were nothing and had to start from scratch.
There was complete silence in the crowd; many lowered their heads in silence. They had witnessed the Third-in-Command's might; whatever he said was undoubtedly true, and no one dared challenge his authority. Even if someone wanted to challenge him, they needed the strength to do so.
"Is there anyone from the military in the ranks? Step forward!" Xin Yi called out once he felt the effect had set in.
Immediately, over twenty men stood out from the ranks. Xin Yi nodded secretly; it seemed that the overall quality of the group was not bad since there were more than twenty individuals with military backgrounds.
"Good, you will demonstrate! Prepare... line up!"
In unison, over twenty individuals lined up straight within ten seconds. Although they were not as sharp as soldiers who trained daily, it was still impressive considering these individuals had likely been away from military life for some time.
"Good! What is your name?" Xin Yi asked a burly man. From his stride, Xin Yi could tell that this person should possess decent skills and had a solid foundation.
"Reporting, sir! Zhong Kai!" The burly man clearly got into character and responded loudly while standing at attention.
"Good, Zhong Kai step forward!"
Zhong Kai immediately took a step forward, waiting for further instructions from Xin Yi.
"You will lead the team in practicing formation today! I want to see a proper company before dinner!"
"Yes!" Zhong Kai replied loudly and saluted Xin Yi.

Huang Mang walked alongside Xin Yi as they exited the estate. Huang Mang turned to Xin Yi and said, "Third Brother, are you planning to train them like an army?"
Xin Yi smiled slightly and replied, "Yes, Second Brother. These kids are too undisciplined; they lack teamwork skills for combat. They might manage against ordinary thugs, but if they encounter a strong opponent capable of team tactics, they would be utterly defeated."
"Why do you want to train them?" Huang Mang asked, puzzled. Having come from a military background himself, he understood the advantages of teamwork, but did it really require forming a regular army to muddle through? He couldn't figure out what Xin Yi was really up to.
"Second Brother, there will naturally be a need for them later. Perhaps with these hundred or so brothers, we can conquer all of Binhai, or even more..." Xin Yi replied thoughtfully as he gazed into the distance.
"It seems that Third Brother is not an ordinary person!" Huang Mang mused inwardly. "Will the Three Tiger Group achieve greatness under his leadership?"
Before dawn the next day, over a hundred people had already gathered in the open space. Xin Yi stood at the front of the line with a serious expression. Although some were reluctant to crawl out of their warm beds and grumbled, they quickly swallowed their complaints when they saw the Third-in-Command already standing there, putting on a spirited demeanor.
