A tall man in black sat atop high stone steps, looking down at the Nanshan Sect and Nanyue Sect members along with several elders below him. He spoke slowly; his voice carried an imposing authority without anger, and his appearance was shrouded in obscurity.
The elders of the Nanshan Sect and Nanyue Sect looked at this representative of the Heavenly Court in the Dragon Python Celestial Domain with only fear in their hearts and could only obey. Although they had never seen this representative act, his overwhelming pressure made it impossible for any of the Great Powers present to harbor even a hint of rebellion!
In a sense, this representative also embodied a certain Heavenly Might!
The elders understood that this representative was one of the Eighteen Envoys of the Outer Court of Heaven, unmatched in cultivation within the Dragon Python Celestial Domain. He referred to himself as Hong Wujing.

The elders responded in unison, and Hong Wujing waved his hand, instructing the elders of the two sects to disperse and arrange for personnel to hunt down Guan Yue.
When Guan Yue arrived at the Wilderness, the two major sects immediately appeared and surrounded him. Feng Zhi Yi also made her entrance. This saintess of the Nanyue Sect was graceful and stunning, with skin like snow, a face like a peach blossom, a slender waist and ample bosom, long legs that captivated the eye, and she stood proudly in a flowing white gown, resembling a celestial being.
At that moment, when she looked at Guan Yue again, she could hardly believe her eyes. The person who had harmed her yesterday was such a young individual? He was handsome and charming, with a complexion like white jade and an air of elegance. It was hard to imagine he was the heir of the Demon Emperor!
A sense of righteous indignation rose within Feng Zhi Yi, a feeling of justice as a defender of the way. "Did others slander you? Then why did you come to steal treasures yesterday? Isn't that the act of a little thief?" Feng Zhi Yi retorted confidently.
Guan Yue coldly responded, "May I ask why the four Major Powers issued an unjust warrant for my arrest? And why was there a widespread bounty notice? Is it only permissible for officials to set fires while commoners cannot light lamps? Is it wrong for me to retaliate slightly? Am I not allowed to resist while waiting for them to come and capture me?"
Feng Zhi Yi was taken aback; she had not expected such reasoning. However, she still said, "They are pursuing you for a reason. It indicates that you have committed numerous wrongs and have consistently acted recklessly, provoking public outrage which led to your pursuit."
"You are mistaken," Guan Yue stated firmly. "In the Dragon Python Celestial Domain, there is no talk of right or wrong, no discussion of justice; only strength matters. Therefore, various gangs, families, and empires act wantonly, oppressing the common people and harming their neighbors. I believe even you as a saintess must have heard of this? When we see injustice on the road, we naturally must speak out against it, fight for righteousness, oppose evil, and eliminate wicked people. This has nothing to do with practicing the Magic Supreme Technique."
"Nonsense! If you do not practice the Magic Supreme Technique, you would lack the ability to harm our disciples," Feng Zhi Yi immediately countered.
Guan Yue then mocked her: "Saintess, it is not a fault of practicing the Magic Supreme Technique. Even without it, I could still use the Dragon Python Divine Realm Technique to kill them. The reason they are pursuing me is simply because I eliminated their unruly disciples. Tell me, in the Dragon Python Celestial Domain, should we not speak of justice? As Feng Zhi Yi pondered how to deal with Guan Yue's arguments, an elder from Nanshan Sect spoke up: "Guan Yue, regardless of anything else, this time there is no escape for you. Save your words for the Heavenly Court. No one has ever been able to resist its Willpower; they all perished."
The elder's words clearly conveyed to Guan Yue one fact: do not think you can change anything; this is all at the behest of the Heavenly Court; we are merely executors.

Guan Yue's voice was very loud, carrying far and wide, attracting many participants of the Trade Fair to come and watch. The Nanshan Sect and Nanyue Sect drove them away, so they could only watch from a distance.
A Disciple from the Nanshan Sect stepped forward and shouted, "You little thief, you came yesterday to disrupt the Trade Fair hosted by my Nanshan Sect. Your crime deserves death a thousand times over. I am here to capture you; surrender quickly, and you may avoid death."
Guan Yue quickly took a step back and said, "Are you really willing to be a dog for the Celestial Court?"
