Wang Yun stood outside in her railway uniform, looking both neat and beautiful. She dragged a small suitcase behind her, and sweat trickled down her lovely cheeks.
Fei Hu hurriedly pulled Wang Yun inside and closed the door behind them. He was only wrapped in a bath towel, with nothing else on. If anyone saw him like this with a woman standing at his door, they would surely think the worst.
"Wow! You're here so soon. I thought it was hotel staff looking for me. Why don't you sit down for a moment while I get dressed?" Fei Hu said as he turned to head toward the bathroom.
Suddenly, Wang Yun dropped her suitcase and lunged forward, gently rubbing her sweaty face against Fei Hu's back. The fire within him slowly ignited as Wang Yun made contact. Fei Hu quickly turned around, lifting Wang Yun's beautiful face and gently wiping the sweat from her brow.
Wang Yun gasped for breath, causing her ample chest to rise and fall. In an instant, her fitted railway uniform seemed to shrink, almost bursting at the seams.
"You look hot; you should take a shower first!" Fei Hu said, trying to suppress the flames of desire within him.
Wang Yun lowered her head, blushing as she softly said, "I want you to join me in the shower." Fei Hu thought he misheard her, but when he saw Wang Yun take his hand and lead him toward the bathroom, he realized it was true. He couldn't help but feel excited; over the past few days, he had reached crucial moments but never succeeded. Today should be different; even if something happened, he wouldn't care.
Once inside the bathroom, Wang Yun shyly turned off the lights and left the door slightly ajar so they could still see each other. She began to slowly undress, but Fei Hu couldn't wait any longer. He rushed forward, pushing Wang Yun against the sink and quickly removing her clothes from behind. With a soft gasp from her, the bathroom transformed into a scene of intimacy.
Accompanied by the sound of rushing water, they forgot they were just taking a shower. The peak of passion allowed them to enjoy one of life's most beautiful moments. When the sound of water ceased, Fei Hu emerged looking exhausted and placed Wang Yun's suitcase at the bathroom door for her to change.
He lay back on the bed and casually checked his phone. To his surprise, there were two missed calls. Upon checking, he saw that Chen Hui had called. What a coincidence! He chuckled to himself and dialed Chen Hui's number. A lazy voice came through: "Hello! Fei Hu! Are you saying you've arrived in Shanghang?"
"Yes, I'm staying at 78 Nanping Road, Eight and a Half Hotel. Are you sleeping? You didn't answer my call," Fei Hu asked with a smile.
Chen Hui laughed heartily and replied, "Yes, I'm still in bed and haven't fully woken up yet. My mom checked a phone number on my phone earlier, so I turned it on and saw your message right away. I didn't expect you wouldn't answer; are you mad?" Chen Hui sounded very cheerful.
"No, there's no reason to be upset. I just went out to buy some supplies and didn't expect it to be so hot outside. I took a shower as soon as I got back; I was in the shower when you called. Since you've just finished your shift, you should rest well! I'm going to stay in Shanghang for a while longer; just come over when you have time," Fei Hu thought to himself that Wang Yun definitely wouldn't be leaving tonight, so there was no need to insist on Chen Hui coming over.
On the other end of the line, Chen Hui chuckled and said, "Are you with some beautiful lady again? Is that why it's inconvenient for me to come over?"
"No, no, there's nothing inconvenient about it. I came here alone this time," Fei Hu hurriedly said, not knowing why he felt the need to explain himself so clearly to Chen Hui.
Chen Hui yawned on the phone and said, "Then I'll get up now. I'll be there in at most an hour." After saying that, she hung up, leaving Fei Hu at a loss. What should he do? What would Chen Hui think when she saw Wang Yun?
Fei Hu sat at the head of the bed, looking confused. Wang Yun had already changed her clothes. While drying her hair, she smiled and said, "Is Chen Hui coming? You look so worried. It's fine; I'll go back soon. If not today, I can come over tomorrow or whenever. As long as I don't put you in a difficult position."
Fei Hu didn't expect Wang Yun to be so understanding. He quickly smiled and said, "You really know how to understand people; otherwise, I wouldn't know how to explain it to you."
"It's okay. But I remind you that Chen Hui is different from me; she hasn't had a boyfriend yet. So you should understand that some things can't just be taken lightly. I like you, but I understand that you don't belong to me. So I only care about what I've had, not about forever. But Chen Hui is different. You should understand what I mean," Wang Yun said as she sat down on the edge of the bed.
Fei Hu nodded without speaking, but Wang Yun's words stirred something within him.
Wang Yun was very straightforward in her actions, which made Fei Hu see her in a new light. She quickly packed her clothes into her suitcase and said, "I'll come find you tomorrow. Don't mention that I was here to Chen Hui. She's a good girl, but I can tell you won't end up with her because you're a responsible person. The kind of life you lead isn't something most women can adapt to."
"What? Do you know what I do?" Fei Hu was taken aback; Wang Yun's words surprised him since he had never mentioned this to her or Chen Hui.
Wang Yun smiled and said, "Yesterday afternoon, my brother—the one who's been messing around in A City—called me and said he ran into you. He mentioned you're some kind of big shot and quite skilled in fighting. He also said he wouldn't bully me anymore and told me not to mention him to you because he's afraid you'll beat him up." Wang Yun said this with a cheerful smile on her face.
Fei Hu suddenly realized that some time ago when he was at New Joy World and had a fight with Little Four, that brother of hers had suffered a loss that night. He hadn't expected that this incident would have such a connection and that it would come back around so quickly. Thankfully Wang Yun mentioned it; otherwise, he wouldn't have known why he had gotten into trouble.
Wang Yun glanced at Fei Hu's surprised expression and gently laughed, "Don't worry about it; I don't pay any attention to that jerk of a brother of mine, let alone tell him you're in Shanghai. So just focus on being yourself." With that, Wang Yun dragged her suitcase out the door.
This woman was truly clever, leaving Fei Hu momentarily speechless. After a moment of hesitation, he hurriedly got dressed and chased after her, seeing her off at the bus station before slowly walking back to the hotel.
Lying on the bed watching TV for a while, Fei Hu was about to call Chen Hui when suddenly there was a gentle knock on the door that sounded very soft. Fei Hu's heart leaped; he knew it must be Chen Hui. He rushed over and flung open the door. Outside stood Chen Hui with a bright smile on her face, looking incredibly charming. After not seeing her for several days, Fei Hu noticed that Chen Hui seemed even more beautiful than before.
"Hey! Is it really okay for you to leave someone waiting outside?" Chen Hui laughed as she squeezed herself through the door.
Fei Hu casually closed the door and laughed, "Wow! You are getting more and more beautiful. Let me take a look." As he spoke, he placed his hands on Chen Hui's shoulders and straightened her up.
Chen Hui, blushing, shot Fei Hu a glance but did not resist. She stood still, allowing Fei Hu to admire her. She wore a light yellow dress that perfectly highlighted her graceful curves and long legs, with no embellishments above except for a pair of red high heels that made her appear even taller. Her dark hair cascaded over her shoulders, and there were a few beads of sweat on her lovely face. Fei Hu was momentarily stunned, standing there as if he had forgotten what he was doing.
Chen Hui pushed Fei Hu away and shyly said, "Are you dazed? Look at you!"
Realizing he had lost his composure, Fei Hu quickly collected his thoughts and invited Chen Hui to sit on the bed. Feeling a bit embarrassed, he said, "You just finished your shift; you might not be fully awake yet! I'm really sorry for calling you here."
Chen Hui placed her small bag on the bedside table and smiled, "It's fine. I can't sleep during the day; there's always the night, right? But what's going on with you? Suddenly coming to Shanghang and planning to stay for two or three months—what's the situation? Tell me!" Chen Hui's innocent curiosity made it clear she had no idea that Fei Hu was seeking refuge.
After a moment of thought, Fei Hu gently replied, "It's nothing much; I just wanted to come here to relax."
"That's nonsense! You're not being honest at all. Are you looking for something to do here or just planning to play around? You don't seem like a rich second generation or a government official's child. If this continues, you'll spend a lot of money; have you thought this through?" Chen Hui's straightforwardness made Fei Hu realize how careless his own thoughts were. Was he really just here to escape? With nothing to do but eat and sleep, wouldn't that be boring? Moreover, how much money would he spend over two or three months?
Fei Hu deliberately raised his head and laughed heartily, "How did you figure out that I'm not from a wealthy or official family? I can tell you that my family members are all high-ranking officials; we have both money and power. Aren't you envious?" Unable to answer Chen Hui's question directly, he intentionally changed the subject.
"Envious of your big head? You haven't said a single honest word! Let's go out for dinner; I'm hungry," Chen Hui pouted her lips adorably.
Fei Hu was at a loss for words but quickly replied, "Sure."
As they walked out of the hotel together, the sun was already setting in the west. The two walked side by side, chatting and laughing as if the world's troubles had nothing to do with them. They wished time could stop at that moment.
