The feeling of being misunderstood is truly unpleasant. Fei Hu really wanted to find a hole to hide in. Seeing that his method was ineffective, the driver decisively called the police. As a result, the Seductive Woman and the two men with her became agitated, shouting that they needed to get off the bus immediately because they had urgent matters to attend to. The driver, of course, refused to open the door. One of the men even began to stomp on the door in a fit of rage, causing chaos in the vehicle.
At that moment, a young girl standing next to the elderly lady and Fei Hu started shouting, "What kind of people are you? Engaging in such shameful activities, looking decent but actually being thieves!" Her voice was loud, and as everyone turned to look at her, she suddenly shot a fierce glare at the Seductive Woman. With that glare, the smart ones quickly understood what was happening, and murmurs began to spread among the passengers.
In this situation, the Seductive Woman could no longer hold her composure. She raised her eyebrows and pointed at the young girl, yelling, "Who are you calling a thief? Be careful or I'll tear your mouth apart!"
"The thief knows who they are," the young girl retorted sharply, her words cutting deep.
The Seductive Woman was completely enraged. Suddenly, she pushed her way through the crowd and slapped the young girl across the face with a loud crack. Many people were startled and instinctively moved aside, creating an unprecedented space at the door.
"How dare you call me a thief! Just because you're pretty doesn't mean you can insult others!" she shouted as she lifted her foot to stomp on the young girl's stomach, looking just like a shrew.
The young girl was stunned by the slap and didn't even try to dodge as the foot came toward her. Fei Hu could no longer bear to watch. In an instant, he used his right foot to kick from the side with lightning speed. The Seductive Woman let out a shriek as she pulled her leg back mid-air.
The two men causing trouble at the door immediately turned around upon seeing their accomplice thwarted and approached Fei Hu. One of them, sporting a buzz cut and slightly overweight, glared menacingly and said, "Kid, you want to be a hero and save the damsel in distress? Then I'll help you with that." He pulled out a switchblade from his pocket; with a click, the sharp blade sprang out menacingly. Those afraid for their lives squeezed toward both sides of the bus in fear of getting hurt.
The Seductive Woman shouted to the knife-wielding man, "Hurry up! Make it quick!" Just as she finished speaking, Buzz Cut lunged at Fei Hu's thigh with his knife. The timid passengers screamed in terror.
Fei Hu remained calm. When the knife tip was still five or six centimeters away from his thigh, he moved like lightning. He swiftly turned his body and struck down with his palm. With a clang, Buzz Cut's knife fell to the ground, prompting some passengers to gasp in relief.
Once Fei Hu made his move, he wouldn't give anyone a chance to retaliate. He kicked out again; Buzz Cut let out a muffled groan and collapsed at the bus door. Meanwhile, another accomplice had just begun reaching into his pocket for his own knife when Fei Hu elbowed him in the waist. The man staggered like a drunkard for two steps before suddenly sitting down at the bus door beside his partner like two guard dogs.
Seeing this, the Seductive Woman's expression changed instantly. Cornered like a dog jumping over a wall, she pointed at Fei Hu and shouted loudly, "Everyone look! They are in cahoots! That old lady's money was stolen by them working together!" She truly believed that everyone on board were timid fools who would not respond to her cries; however, very few people reacted.
The young girl finally regained her senses. She hadn't expected that this seemingly honest Young Man beside her would be so skilled and brave enough to take action in such a situation. Seeing someone helping her, she immediately pointed at the Seductive Woman and shouted, "That money is hers! I saw it with my own eyes!" With one wall falling down prompting another push from everyone else, seeing Fei Hu subdue both of the Seductive Woman's accomplices led others to start shouting insults at her; some remarks were particularly harsh.
The woman was not someone who would easily give in; she shouted angrily, "How can you be so stupid to believe what this ** said? I stole money? Where did I hide it? Look at some people, with their backpacks and dressed so thickly—where could they possibly hide two thousand dollars?"
The Seductive Woman said this while raising her hands and spinning around in the car. However, it was hard to deny her innocence because she was wearing a very short skirt, and it was thin with no pockets. If she was the one who stole the money, where could she possibly hide it?
Fei Hu quickly scanned her body but couldn't find any place where she could hide money. Seeing this, the Seductive Woman shouted, "Driver, open the door! I'm innocent; I want to get out!" Everyone gasped at her outburst, but no one could provide stronger evidence to convince her otherwise.
However, the driver was competent enough; he said loudly, "Whether you're innocent or not will be clear when the police arrive."
Upon hearing this, the Seductive Woman cursed loudly, "Don't keep bringing up the police! Your grandfather won't come that quickly! You're delaying my business; you'll regret it!" She stepped forward, preparing to forcefully open the car door.
Fei Hu stretched out his arm and coldly said, "Your time is yours; others' time is not. I hope you don't act recklessly; otherwise, don't blame me for being rude."
"Oh! A gunman comes out of nowhere; you're meddling too much! Don't think you're tough just because you have skills; just don't walk alone at night," the Seductive Woman's face turned fierce as her true nature finally showed.
"Ha ha, threatening me? Useless. Either take out the money yourself or wait for the police to arrive," Fei Hu replied gently; he didn't want to get angry with someone like her.
When the Seductive Woman heard this, she threw a tantrum and shouted, "Where's the money? You find it yourself!" As she spoke, she pressed her ample chest against Fei Hu.
This movement revealed a flaw to Fei Hu. The woman's originally full chest suddenly had a slight bulge in one area. Could it be…? As he thought of this, Fei Hu finally understood that even the cleverest fox would eventually reveal its tail.
Excitedly, he reached out toward the Seductive Woman's chest, intending to retrieve the money and show everyone that although the wallet was at his feet, the money had indeed been stolen by this woman.
The Seductive Woman never expected that her secret would be discovered by Fei Hu. However, her reaction was quick; she immediately screamed, "Assault! He’s trying to assault me!"
Fei Hu hurriedly retracted his hand from mid-air. How could he be so careless? Knowing that there were certain places on a woman that should not be touched, how could he fall for such a trick? Just as he felt extremely embarrassed, a little girl beside him suddenly said to Fei Hu, "Big brother, let me help you; you hold her hands down."
Seductive Woman rushed towards the car door as if she had gone mad upon hearing it. It seemed that Fei Hu's guess was correct. Just then, the driver suddenly opened the car door, and Seductive Woman fell forward onto the door, causing her to tumble down with a thud. Everyone shouted, of course blaming the driver for letting her go. When they realized what had happened, there was an uproar; two police officers were standing right at the car door. As soon as Seductive Woman got up, she was seized by the police.
Soon, the two men with knives in the car were handcuffed. After the police conducted on-site inquiries and took notes, Seductive Woman and her two accomplices were taken away amidst the sound of police sirens. An elderly lady, holding two thousand yuan, expressed her gratitude to Fei Hu and the young girl.
As the bus drove back onto the road, cheers erupted from everyone. Fei Hu looked at the young girl, and they exchanged smiles.
After all this commotion, by the time Fei Hu arrived at the hospital, it was nearly ten-thirty. He hurried upstairs and quietly approached Sun Li's office door. He gently opened it a crack and saw Sun Li in her nurse's uniform, sitting quietly at her desk, engrossed in a book.
Fei Hu slowly pushed the door open wider and slipped inside. It seemed that Sun Li didn't notice him at all. Just as he was about to approach her after closing the door, Sun Li suddenly looked up, and the book in her hands flew out. Fei Hu quickly reached out to catch it.
Sun Li burst into laughter: "Look at you! You thought you could sneak up on me? Not even close!"
"It's not funny. I wanted to surprise you, but I didn't expect you already knew I was coming," Fei Hu said a bit disappointedly as he placed the book back on the desk.
Sun Li replied with a smile: "I'm not an idiot; I have some awareness. The moment you opened the door, I noticed."
Fei Hu stepped closer to Sun Li, taking a good look at her. He noticed that she seemed even more beautiful than before; truly, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Sun Li shot a glance at Fei Hu, pretending to be angry: "What are you doing here? I don't know you, ungrateful wolf."
Seeing Sun Li's angry expression was incredibly adorable to Fei Hu. He couldn't help but reach out and pull Sun Li into his arms, whispering: "I'm not an ungrateful wolf; I'm a big pervert. I want to devour you." As he spoke, he leaned in closer.
