In the midst of the chaos, one of the police officers shouted, "I am a police officer!"
However, this declaration had no effect on the group of young men; instead, they became even more aggressive.
The reason for this was quite simple. Bing Tianyi had previously beaten Chen Sian in front of Mad Dragon, and for a long time, Chen Sian had been looking for an opportunity to take revenge. Now that he finally had the chance, he certainly would not let it slip away.
Moreover, after Bing Tianyi had beaten Chen Sian, Chen Sian informed Mad Dragon that Bing Tianyi and Old Huang were likely undercover police officers. Therefore, when they heard someone shout that they were police, it was no surprise that Chen Sian and his group reacted as they did.
The two police officers were quickly beaten to a pulp. However, Bing Tianyi did not suffer much harm; he continuously took down the young men who charged at him.
His movements were sharp, akin to those of a retired special forces soldier.
When he heard the two officers calling for help, Bing Tianyi glanced at the two injured officers on the ground. Without hesitation, he rushed forward and knocked down several young men around him. Then he snatched a dagger from one of them and shouted angrily, "Stop it! If any of you dare to make another move, I won't hold back!"
Upon hearing Bing Tianyi's words, the group of young men immediately ceased their actions. The two officers quickly got up and urged Bing Tianyi, "What are you waiting for? Hurry up and subdue them all!"
Bing Tianyi turned his head and smiled wryly at the two officers, asking, "Is what I'm doing illegal?"
"No, you're acting heroically."
"Then I don't need to explain why I took down those two earlier, right?"
The two officers felt awkward and replied, "No need for an explanation; you were right."
Hearing this, Bing Tianyi chuckled and then used his weapon to swiftly take down the remaining ruffians in front of him.
When only Chen Sian was left, Bing Tianyi rushed forward and slapped Chen Sian's face twice, asking sternly, "Where is Mad Dragon?"
"He... he is on his way here now," Chen Sian replied, his voice trembling.
Seeing Chen Sian's demeanor, Bing Tianyi smirked and asked, "Why didn't he come with you?"
"He is busy with something outside and told us to come first. He will bring people over later," Chen Sian continued in the same trembling tone.
Bing Tianyi nodded with a smile and turned to the two officers behind him, saying, "Did you hear that? What should we do now?"
Without hesitation, the two officers quickly took out their equipment to notify other officers for backup. After finishing the notification, Bing Tianyi noticed that the injuries on the two officers' heads were not light. He smiled and said, "Why don't you two go to the hospital first? I'll wait here."
The two exchanged glances; they weren't fools. From Chen Sian's words, it was clear that Mad Dragon would definitely come. If they went out now and ran into Mad Dragon, wouldn't they just get beaten again?
Thinking this, they quickly said, "Forget it, these minor injuries are nothing. Let's wait until we catch Mad Dragon."
Bing Tianyi smiled without saying anything. He sat down in a chair, took out two cigarettes from his pocket, handed one to each of the officers, lit one for himself, took a deep puff, and then asked Chen Sian with a grin, "You're still mad at me for hitting you that day, right?"
"No, I'm not," Chen Sian replied insincerely.
Bing Tianyi laughed again and told Chen Sian directly, "Come on, stop lying. It's not true that you're not angry."
Chen Sian fell silent, standing anxiously in place with a fearful expression as he looked at Bing Tianyi.
Of course, ever since he joined Mad Dragon, he had always been the one beating others and had never been beaten so badly himself. But just two days ago, he had been beaten into a pulp by Bing Tianyi; his facial injuries hadn't fully healed yet, and today he had received two more slaps from Bing Tianyi. It dawned on him what it meant to be outmatched by someone stronger.
A few minutes later, hurried footsteps were heard outside the door again. Bing Tianyi glanced at the two police officers and curiously asked, "Is someone coming to reinforce us?"
The two police officers frowned, showing signs of unease, and said to Bing Tianyi in a low voice, "It shouldn't be; they wouldn't be this fast."
"Damn it, that must be Mad Dragon then," Bing Tianyi said with a bitter smile. He picked up a dagger from beside him and retrieved two more weapons from the ground, handing them to the two police officers as he continued, "Get ready."
The two police officers nodded in agreement. At this moment, they were also filled with fighting spirit; after all, they had just suffered a humiliating setback, and as enforcers of the law, they couldn't help but feel angry.
"Get your ass over here quickly!" Mad Dragon's arrogant shout came from outside the door.
Upon hearing this, Bing Tianyi was truly exasperated. He had seen bold individuals before, but never anyone this audacious. They actually knew his intentions and still dared to come looking for him. Wasn't that clearly jumping into the pit he had dug for them?
However, since the other party wanted to seek their own demise, Bing Tianyi could only play along with their intentions.
With that thought in mind, Bing Tianyi stepped outside and shouted loudly to the group outside, "Alright, come over! I'm right here."
Mad Dragon's expression changed noticeably upon hearing this. However, what first crossed his mind was that Chen Sian probably hadn't come here. He thought that if Chen Sian had brought people along, Bing Tianyi wouldn't be standing there unscathed and agreeing to open the door.
"Damn it, that bastard Old Chen didn't come," Mad Dragon cursed loudly as he approached.
Bing Tianyi smiled calmly and replied, "He’s here; he's in my room having tea right now."
At the same time, Mad Dragon had reached Bing Tianyi and as he stepped into the room, Bing Tianyi returned to his seat.
Once Mad Dragon entered and saw the scene on the ground, he was stunned. After a few seconds, he finally raised his head and angrily asked the group in front of him, "What on earth is going on?"
At this moment, Chen Sian said with a trembling voice, "Dragon Brother, we are no match for him."
"Come on! You think you can boost someone else's morale while diminishing your own? Are you really that useless?" Mad Dragon slapped Chen Sian's face again, angrily scolding him.
Bing Tianyi, hearing this, sneered and said, "Since you’re so capable, why don’t you come at me?"
Upon hearing this, Mad Dragon didn’t think much and directly pulled out a baton from his pocket, charging fiercely at Bing Tianyi.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi smiled without hesitation and said, "Sorry about that."
In just a few moments, Mad Dragon was knocked to the ground. The group of guys who had followed Mad Dragon saw the scene on the ground and had already fled without a trace after Bing Tianyi took him down.
Bing Tianyi observed this, dusted off his hands, returned to sit on the nearby chair, and then smiled at Mad Dragon, saying, "Dragon Brother, I apologize for this. However, your actions have truly angered me. If you had done something good, I wouldn’t have treated you like this."
"Don’t talk to me like that. Do you think this will take me down? Let me tell you the truth: I have people backing me. Even if you catch me, it’s just a matter of being locked up for a few days," Mad Dragon still boasted defiantly and continued to curse after Bing Tianyi finished speaking.
Bing Tianyi chuckled and turned to the two officers beside him, saying, "Did you hear that? He has people backing him. Are you scared?"
The two officers had wounds on their heads that were still bleeding. Filled with anger already, they didn’t think twice before stepping forward to cuff both Mad Dragon on the ground and Chen Sian standing nearby. They then coldly said, "Alright, save your words for the station."
"Fine! I’ll remember you two for this. How dare you lay hands on me? I’ll make your lives worse than death," Mad Dragon continued to shout loudly.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi directly told Mad Dragon, "Dragon Brother, how about this? Since you have people backing you, why not call them now and see if they can save you?"
"Heh heh, if you're so capable, hand me your phone," Mad Dragon said with furrowed brows and a slight twitch at the corner of his mouth, filled with hatred as he coldly laughed.
Bing Tianyi handed his phone to Mad Dragon without a second thought.
After receiving the phone, Mad Dragon quickly dialed a number. Within a few minutes, the call was answered.
"Hello, Uncle Zhang, I've been arrested by the police. You need to think of a way out for me..."
Before Mad Dragon could finish his sentence, he heard a cold laugh on the other end: "How did you get caught? If you want help, you might as well figure out how to die in there yourself."
After saying this, the caller hung up.
Bing Tianyi couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Dragon Brother, it seems like they don't care about your situation at all."
"Damn it, those bastards! How dare they treat me like this! Have you forgotten all the favors I did for you in the past?" Mad Dragon shouted angrily at the phone. As soon as he finished speaking, he smashed the phone onto the ground.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi completely lost it. That was a new phone he had just bought not long ago. More importantly, it contained many important contacts!
"What the hell? Did you get kicked in the head by a donkey? Why did you smash my phone?" Bing Tianyi exclaimed as he hurriedly picked up his phone from the ground.
Mad Dragon, upon hearing Bing Tianyi's question, looked at him with disdain and coldly replied, "Let me tell you, don’t just talk about smashing your phone. Once I get out of the police station, I’ll find someone to smash you to pieces."
Bing Tianyi was left speechless. Fortunately, his phone still turned on. Although the screen was cracked, he could still access his contacts without any issues.
