According to what Qilin said yesterday about Mad Dragon, although Bing Tianyi was initially very angry, after a night of careful consideration, he felt that the possibility of Mad Dragon being that kind of person was not very high.
There were at least three reasons for this. First, if Mad Dragon really was such a character, then at the very least, he would have heard of this guy's reputation before. However, thinking back to his years at Lan City University, he had never heard of anyone named Mad Dragon. Second, there was the geographical factor; according to what Bing Tianyi knew, there was a police station not far from the school. If Mad Dragon were truly committing crimes, the police would not turn a blind eye. The third point was Mad Dragon's age; being so young and still a university student, it seemed quite absurd to think he would be involved in such activities.
But when Bing Tianyi and Old Huang arrived in front of the hair salon on the east side of the school that Qilin mentioned, after a moment of thought, Bing Tianyi recalled that he had once been beaten up by a small thug in this very place.
After remembering this, Bing Tianyi looked at Old Huang and smiled, saying, “Old Huang, let’s take it easy today.”
What surprised Bing Tianyi was that after he finished speaking, Old Huang looked at him with some disdain and laughed, “Come on, Bing. This kind of place is for kids like you. Someone like me, an old man, should probably stay away.”
“What? Don’t you like places like this?” Bing Tianyi asked with a silly grin.
“Of course not,” Old Huang shook his head and then directly told Bing Tianyi, “Actually, I prefer to have fun in more legitimate places.”
Hearing this from Old Huang, Bing Tianyi burst out laughing. A legitimate place? Looking for a legitimate place to come to such a place seemed ridiculous.
“I mean, Old Huang, don’t joke around. I want to know if there’s any legitimate place around here?” Bing Tianyi asked helplessly.
Old Huang chuckled helplessly and said, “You just don’t know.”
“Alright then, I guess I really am quite ignorant. How about you take me to your so-called legitimate place another day?” After saying this with a bitter smile to Old Huang, he then looked serious and whispered, “Jokes aside, when we go in later, you must keep your mindset right. Just make sure we don’t get taken advantage of.”
“Don’t worry; as long as I’m here, you won’t get taken advantage of,” Old Huang confidently assured Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi nodded in agreement, glancing around at the terrain. This place was definitely secluded. Although it was on the east side of the school, reaching it required navigating through several alleys and identifying various landmarks, twisting and turning to finally arrive here.
While such places were hard to find, it was worth mentioning that they were absolutely safe.
After a moment of contemplation, Bing Tianyi stepped forward and pushed the door open.
As soon as he entered, two slender men approached him. They looked pale and emaciated, as if they hadn't eaten in days. Upon seeing Bing Tianyi and Old Huang enter, one of them curiously asked, "What brings you here?"
"We're not here for anything in particular; we came to find Mad Dragon," Bing Tianyi replied straightforwardly.
No sooner had he spoken than one of the men sneered at Bing Tianyi and said, "Sorry, we don't have Mad Dragon here, only Dragon King."
Bing Tianyi felt helpless; the so-called Mad Dragon mentioned by Qilin turned out to be the Dragon King he had heard about before. With this realization, his previous concerns dissipated.
"Alright then, let your Dragon Brother come out for a moment," Bing Tianyi said with a smile.
"First, tell us what you need our Dragon Brother for," one of the men frowned and asked Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi chuckled and replied innocently, "It's nothing much; I just want to discuss a few matters with him."
Although Bing Tianyi said this, he was thinking that perhaps bringing three hundred thousand was a bit excessive. Looking around the room's decor, it hardly resembled a hair salon. The cramped space contained a tea table and a sofa, with a television cabinet on the left side holding what appeared to be a small TV.
In such a small place, Bing Tianyi felt that even offering thirty thousand would be somewhat difficult.
"Let's hurry up and go; don't create unnecessary trouble. Without an appointment, none of our Dragon Brothers will see you," the other man waved his hand at Bing Tianyi with a laugh.
Bing Tianyi, hearing this, smiled helplessly and said, "Alright, since that's the case, let's go in and find it ourselves."
"Who exactly are you two?" The two individuals suddenly frowned and moved closer to Bing Tianyi and Old Huang.
Without thinking, the two replied directly, "Hehe, I'm a freshman at Lan City University. I came to find Dragon Brother today to discuss something about the school."
"How can you prove that you're a freshman?" one of the men asked curiously.
"Do I need to show you my student ID?"
"Sure." The guy didn't hesitate at all and smiled at Bing Tianyi.
As soon as the words left his mouth, Bing Tianyi took out his student ID from his pocket and handed it over. The man then sneered, "So you're a student? You really startled me; I thought you were..."
At this point, he didn't continue but instead gave Bing Tianyi a wry smile.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi waved his hand and said, "Come here, come here."
The guy asked curiously, "What do you want?"
"What do you think we are? Police?" Bing Tianyi said with a strange smile, looking at him with feigned curiosity.
Upon hearing this, the man coldly laughed and said, "Kid, be careful when talking in front of us. Even if you were police, what could you do to us? Are you going to lock me up for a few days? I haven't committed any crime."
If this had been in the past, the man's teeth would probably be gone by now. However, today Bing Tianyi's target was not this guy but the elusive Dragon King. If this guy could come out now, Bing Tianyi would find that today's task would be much easier.
"Who would have thought you guys are this impressive? Not even afraid of the police?" Bing Tianyi continued to ask.
"What’s there to be afraid of? We haven't done anything illegal," the guy said with a smug smile at Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi didn't say much more and simply smiled, asking, "Alright, hurry up and let your Dragon Brother come out."
"Just sit tight over there. Our Dragon Brother is out doing something, and he should be back in about ten minutes," the two guys said before sitting on the nearby sofa and lighting up a cigarette.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi exchanged a wry smile with Old Huang, who was sitting beside him, and they began a long wait.
About twenty minutes passed when three people walked in through the door. The leading man was holding an absolutely stunning woman in his arms, swaying her hips dramatically as she walked, looking incredibly alluring.
Following behind them was a young man. When Bing Tianyi saw this man, his heart skipped a beat. This was the same guy who had hit him back in college; Bing Tianyi remembered him well because of the distinctive black mole on his left cheek.
"Damn it, looks like today is the day for revenge," Bing Tianyi thought to himself with a smirk.
At that moment, the two men sitting on the sofa stood up and greeted the incoming man with polite smiles, saying, "Dragon Brother, you’re here."
"What are these two doing?" Mad Dragon appeared to be of average height, around 1.72 meters, wearing glasses and not at all resembling the fierce figure Bing Tianyi had imagined.
After Mad Dragon finished asking, the thin man on the left spoke up directly: "This person here is a student from school; he says he has something to discuss with you."
However, Dragon Brother did not focus his gaze on Bing Tianyi but instead turned to Old Huang beside him. After glancing at him, he continued to ask the man, "And what does this gentleman do?"
"This gentleman... um... I’m not sure either."
As soon as he finished speaking, Mad Dragon unexpectedly stepped forward and slapped the man twice across the face, angrily shouting, "You idiot! You don't even know what the other party does, and you let him sit here? Hurry up and get these two out of here!"
Seeing this scene unfold, Bing Tianyi couldn't help but marvel internally. Although this guy didn't look particularly intimidating, his actions were quite unexpected.
"You're Dragon Brother, right?" Bing Tianyi asked as he approached.
"What’s up? Are you curious about something?" Mad Dragon frowned tightly, staring at Bing Tianyi with a cold smile.
Bing Tianyi chuckled, sitting down on the nearby sofa. He looked at Mad Dragon and said directly, "I'm not curious about anything. I'm just here to have some fun with you. What do you think?"
"Have fun? What do you mean by that? Are you trying to mess with me?" Mad Dragon finally revealed his arrogant demeanor, glaring fiercely at Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi shook his head and smiled, "Of course not. I want to have some fun with the girl in your arms."
Upon hearing this, Old Huang couldn't help but laugh inwardly. Wasn't Bing Tianyi just looking for trouble? It was clear that the girl was very close to Mad Dragon, and now he wanted to mess with someone else's girlfriend. If it were him in this situation, he would probably be six feet under by now.
But to Old Huang's astonishment, after Bing Tianyi finished speaking, Mad Dragon actually frowned and glanced at the girl beside him. Then he turned back to Bing Tianyi and coldly said, "Heh heh, do you know how much it costs to play around here?"
Without a second thought, Bing Tianyi pulled out ten thousand yuan from his backpack and tossed it on the table, asking curiously, "Is this enough?"
