The Rat stood still, wondering if he had any important tasks left to complete. If there were, he probably wouldn't have time to finish them anyway. Although he was free during the day, he taught martial arts at Ouyang Xukong's gym at eight o'clock in the evening. Despite the agreement to end at ten, he would become so engrossed that by the time he finished, it would often be one or two in the morning.

Now hearing Bing Tianyi's inquiry, The Rat awkwardly smiled again and said, "Brother Bing, look at me—a rough guy like this can't accomplish much. I can handle fights and conflicts, but anything else is better left alone."
At this moment, Bing Tianyi realized that The Rat had a serious issue with his self-perception. Considering that there were only a few capable assistants around him, he planned to fully understand the county's situation before leaving The Rat in charge here while he focused on developing the urban area. But with The Rat feeling this way, how could he trust him to face situations alone?
Change was necessary; The Rat needed to alter this mindset from deep within.
With this thought in mind, Bing Tianyi smiled at The Rat and said, "Brother, you are actually quite capable. Just think about it—why does Ouyang Xukong easily comply with me? Isn't it because of your presence? Without your intimidating influence, Ouyang Xukong would probably still be opposing me."
"Brother Bing, this is really thanks to Nan Hao. If Nan Hao hadn't sent me to find Ouyang Xukong back then, I wouldn't have thought of it," The Rat replied with a silly smile.
"Otherwise, think about it—there were quite a few brothers around us at that time. Why did Nan Hao choose you? Isn't it because you have that kind of strength?" Bing Tianyi gradually guided him from this perspective.
The Rat chuckled but didn't respond.
Bing Tianyi felt a surge of joy inside; he sensed a shift in The Rat's attitude. Without overthinking it, he continued, "Today I'm assigning you an important task."
"What mission is it?" Mouse's expression changed slightly as he looked at Bing Tianyi and asked.
Bing Tianyi took a sip of his drink and smiled, saying, "It's very simple. Aren't you working at Ouyang Xukong's gym every day? Recently, I need you to help me find four or five people."
"What kind of people?" Mouse asked curiously, looking at Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi chuckled and replied directly, "It's simple. I need someone skilled, with good character, who is willing to join us in building our own world, a Young Man."
"I don't think I can do that," Mouse said hesitantly in a low voice.
"What's the problem? Can't you tell how capable someone is?" Bing Tianyi said with a helpless smile.
Mouse shook his head and said, "That's not it. The main issue is that I can't judge someone's character."
"Just find someone similar to you," Bing Tianyi continued. After saying this, he emphasized his words and said to Mouse clearly, "No matter what, you have to agree to this. Otherwise, I might be really disappointed in you."
Mouse thought for a moment before nodding and saying, "Alright, I'll give it a try."
"Good, let's leave it at that for now." After saying this, Bing Tianyi revealed a sincere smile and poured a glass of wine for Mouse. The two then began a heartfelt conversation.
After chatting for nearly half an hour, Bing Tianyi noticed the time was getting late and decided to leave with Mouse.
The next day came quickly. Bing Tianyi sat in his office listening to Li Qinxue report on Qiangzi's movements from the previous night. Just as he finished speaking, there was a knock on the door.
"Come in," Bing Tianyi said softly.
As soon as he finished speaking, the door was pushed open. When Bing Tianyi looked up, he smiled. To his surprise, Old Huang had actually come into his office carrying a suitcase.
"Boss Bing, I'm here to report for duty," Old Huang said seriously, pretending to be earnest as he looked at Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi was momentarily speechless, then stood up and smiled at Li Qinxue, saying, "Alright, you worked hard all night last night. You should head home and rest early."
Li Qinxue nodded in agreement and turned to leave. Bing Tianyi quickly stepped forward to take the suitcase from Old Huang's arms and placed it on the ground, smiling helplessly as he said, "I mean, Old Huang, are you serious? You really plan to come to my Brick Factory to drive a tractor?"
"Isn't that right? After you mentioned it yesterday, I resigned overnight. Although the school didn't agree, I didn't care whether they agreed or not; I just came," Old Huang said with a carefree smile, pulling out two cigarettes and offering one to Bing Tianyi while lighting the other for himself and taking a deep puff before sitting down.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi could only smile wryly and said, "Well then, since you're here, I can't let you sit idle. Let's go to the Brick Factory now."
"Sure!" Old Huang genuinely thought Bing Tianyi was going to let him drive a tractor at the Brick Factory and happily nodded in agreement.
Bing Tianyi felt a headache coming on. Why would someone leave a good job just to come here and suffer? This old guy was truly something else. There probably wasn't anyone else like him in the world.
"Sigh... I really don't understand you sometimes," Bing Tianyi said with a bitter smile as he and Old Huang headed outside.
Once downstairs, Bing Tianyi casually handed the car keys to Old Huang and said with a grin, "Aren't you supposed to know how to drive? Come on, take me to the Brick Factory."
"What location?" Old Huang asked curiously as he opened the car door.
Bing Tianyi told him the location of the Brick Factory. Old Huang drove off at high speed directly toward their destination.
What Bing Tianyi didn't know was that Old Huang wasn't just a soldier in the army; he had been a special guard for an important leader in his unit and also served as a part-time driver. Even though his leader had a dedicated driver, Old Huang was someone his leader trusted more.
After spending over ten years in the army and feeling somewhat bored, Old Huang retired and returned home to work as a building manager at a school. He had been doing that for several years.
Now that he had some free time recently, Old Huang felt it was time for a change in his work life; he couldn't just drift aimlessly until he passed away.
Just yesterday, Bing Tianyi had said something that Old Huang took as an opportunity to follow along naturally.
On the way, Bing Tianyi was quite impressed with Old Huang's driving skills. The county town was bustling with traffic, yet Old Huang managed to overtake vehicles without exceeding the speed limit, maneuvering like a swift cobra as they headed out of the county.
However, once they drove outside the county, a foreign off-road vehicle sped past them in the blink of an eye, leaving Old Huang's car behind by over a hundred meters.
Seeing this, Old Huang smirked slightly and whispered to Bing Tianyi, who was sitting in the passenger seat, "Bing, buckle up and hold on tight."
Curious, Bing Tianyi asked, "What? Are you planning to overtake?"
Though he said that, Bing Tianyi checked his seatbelt as Old Huang suggested.
As soon as he finished speaking, Old Huang shifted gears and the car's speed shot up.
In just a few seconds, the speed increased from sixty to one hundred thirty.
Just as they were about to overtake the off-road vehicle, it unexpectedly refused to yield and deliberately tried to block Old Huang's car in the middle of the road.
Old Huang saw this and shouted angrily, "Damn it! You dare block my car? Do you want to die?"
Bing Tianyi was secretly astonished; he hadn't expected this old guy to have such a fiery temper at his age.
"Slow down, don't rush," Bing Tianyi said with a smile for safety's sake.
Old Huang nodded and assured him, "Don't worry; nothing will happen."
While speaking, Old Huang pressed down hard on the accelerator again and shifted from high gear to low gear. The car roared as it charged toward the off-road vehicle ahead.
In the rearview mirror of the SUV, Bing Tianyi clearly saw a bald man taking a glance. The vehicle in front accelerated again; after all, it was a high-displacement vehicle, and its acceleration was slightly faster than theirs.
However, while the car was important, skill also had a significant impact on speed.
Thus, another high-speed car chase unfolded on the road.
As they completely left the county town and passed through a tunnel, the SUV slowed down after exiting. The vehicle in front continued to press Bing Tianyi and the others, gradually moving toward the roadside.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi felt curious and couldn't help but ask Old Huang beside him, "What's going on? Are they looking for trouble?"

After both vehicles stopped by the roadside, Old Huang opened the car door and smiled at Bing Tianyi, saying, "You wait for me in the car."
Bing Tianyi worriedly asked Old Huang, "Don't act impulsively if something happens; it's best not to get into a fight."
Old Huang smiled without replying and walked directly toward the SUV. Just as he reached the other vehicle, three young thugs got out of the SUV. One of them was bald and shouted at Old Huang in a thick accent, "Old man, are you looking to die?"
"Heh heh, yeah, come and hit me," Old Huang replied dismissively with a laugh.
Upon hearing this, Bing Tianyi was completely speechless. This old guy was being way too reckless with his words!
