Through the conversation between himself and Old Huang, Bing Tianyi understood that if he had to choose a king in this campus, he might not even qualify. The only one who truly had the qualifications of a king was perhaps Old Huang.
Now, it was clearly impossible for these kids to deal with Old Huang.
Beside him, Wu Zhaojun, hearing Bing Tianyi's words, became interested and curiously asked, "Big Brother, why not? Are we really afraid of Old Huang? You know, we have already conquered the First Year and Sophomore grades. As for the seniors, they are preparing for their college entrance exams next year, so we can let them be for now. After Wu Zhaojun finished speaking, Bing Tianyi recalled what he heard in Old Huang's room earlier and frowned as he asked, "Brother, are you mistaken? It seems that the First Year and Sophomore haven't all been conquered by us yet?"
"Big Brother, what do you mean by that? Are you questioning our abilities?" Wu Zhaojun asked with righteous indignation.
Seeing Wu Zhaojun's expression, Bing Tianyi smiled lightly and said, "Of course not. I just heard that the First Year and Sophomore are currently fighting for dominance, and there have been violent incidents happening from time to time. If this continues, our place for studying will surely turn into a battlefield."
At this moment, Wu Zhaojun finally realized what was going on. He looked at Bing Tianyi and quickly smiled, "Big Brother, you've misunderstood. Those violent incidents weren't caused by us."
"Then who was it?" Bing Tianyi frowned and asked.
"Under our pressure, Peng Haifei and Chen Tian from the Sophomore have teamed up. They started gathering their brothers at school to prepare to fight against us. That's why you saw those scenes earlier; you can't blame us for that," Wu Zhaojun said innocently while smiling at Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi nodded, thought for a moment, then directly told Wu Zhaojun, "Tonight you, Pang Yu, Wang Peng, and Zhao Qiang should get ready. We are going to find Chen Tian from the Sophomore."
"Tonight? Big Brother, are you serious? How are we supposed to get to their third floor at night? Are we climbing out of the window?" Wu Zhaojun asked helplessly.
Bing Tianyi smiled lightly and said, "Don't worry; I have a plan."
Seeing the strange smile on Bing Tianyi's face, Wu Zhaojun was about to ask more questions when Bing Tianyi curiously asked him, "Today I noticed that two classmates seem to be missing from our class. Where did they go?"
"Don't mention it. After you taught Gao Pengjun a lesson last time, he behaved for a week or two. But now he's back to his old ways again; those two classmates were bullied by him for a week and had no choice but to drop out," Pang Yu said with a sigh of helplessness.
Hearing this, Wu Zhaojun also asked, "You're talking about Gao Pengjun from the First Year math group, right?"
"Yes," Bing Tianyi nodded in response.
"I actually have something to tell you about him, big brother. I heard from the classmates in Class Seven that Gao Pengjun told them during math class that they should never imitate you. He even seriously warned them that if anyone tried to oppose him, he would think of a thousand ways to make them leave the school," Wu Zhaojun said earnestly to Bing Tianyi.
As soon as he finished speaking, Zhao Qiang next to him angrily kicked over the water bottle on the ground and cursed, "That son of a bitch! If he dares to lay a hand on any classmate today, I'll kill him."
Hearing this, Bing Tianyi quickly stood up and smiled, "Don't be angry. I have plenty of ways to deal with him."
After saying this, Bing Tianyi picked up his phone and dialed Brother Kun's number. When the call connected, Bing Tianyi asked with a smile, "Brother Kun, do you have time right now?"
"Haha, I wouldn't dare to say otherwise, Brother Bing," Brother Kun joked back on the phone.
Bing Tianyi replied with a laugh, "Alright, enough joking around, Brother Kun. I'm at school preparing for exams and I need your help with something."
"Go ahead, are you looking for someone to help you get answers?" Brother Kun asked directly.
Bing Tianyi chuckled bitterly, "Of course not. I just want you to help me investigate someone's background."
"As long as it's within Huating County Town, just say it," Brother Kun assured Bing Tianyi confidently.
Bing Tianyi nodded and smiled, "Okay then. I'll be straightforward. This person's name is Gao Pengjun; he's a math teacher at No. 1 High School and is originally from the neighboring county. His wife seems to be named Cao Fei and teaches at Second Middle School."
As soon as he finished speaking, Brother Kun sounded surprised on the phone and asked Bing Tianyi, "Brother, are you talking about Cao Fei, the English teacher at Second Middle School?"
"What's wrong? Do you know her?" Bing Tianyi asked curiously upon hearing Brother Kun's tone. Meanwhile, several classmates gathered around to listen intently.
Unexpectedly, Brother Kun's next words made Bing Tianyi feel some sympathy for Gao Pengjun.
"Brother, I'm very familiar with that little flirt. She's currently with Crow Brother's nephew; their relationship is quite special. The last time I saw them together was at Sunshine Hotel where they booked a room. But why are you investigating him?"
Faced with Brother Kun's inquiry, Bing Tianyi was momentarily speechless. After a few seconds of silence, he awkwardly smiled and said, "Alright, Brother Kun, there's nothing else for now. If anything comes up, I'll contact you."
"Should I still look into his information for you?" Brother Kun asked curiously.
"Forget it," Bing Tianyi said with a gentle smile.
Brother Kun agreed on the phone and added, "Alright, after the exam, remember to contact me when you come out of school. I'll treat you to a few drinks."
Bing Tianyi nodded in agreement. After hanging up the phone, before he could speak, Pang Yu mischievously remarked, "I heard the crow's nephew is only nineteen this year. My goodness, Teacher Gao's green hat must be quite something."
Upon hearing this, Bing Tianyi firmly told the nearby brothers, "Alright, no one should say anything about this. If it gets out, don't blame me for being rude."
Seeing the expression on Bing Tianyi's face, the brothers nodded and laughed, saying, "Big brother, you can rest assured. We're not the type to spread gossip."
"That's the best."
Bing Tianyi agreed verbally but was thinking about how Gao Pengjun could find such a promiscuous woman. However, upon reflection, it made sense; a man like Gao Pengjun—short, poor, and unscrupulous in pursuit of his goals—perhaps deserved to have such a woman.
Soon it was midnight. As per their earlier agreement, when Wu Zhaojun arrived at his dormitory, Bing Tianyi took Pang Yu and Zhao Qiang and headed upstairs.
Wu Zhaojun felt a bit worried seeing the situation. Although Chen Tian from Sophomore had been beaten by them a few days ago and had promised to listen to them in the future, they had been numerous back then and had no reason to worry.
But now there were only four of them. If they barged into the Sophomore boys' dormitory and things escalated into a fight, it would be surprising if they didn't get beaten up.
Thinking of this, Wu Zhaojun looked at Bing Tianyi with concern and asked, "Big brother, if we go up like this and it turns into a fight, can we really take them on?"
"It'll be fine," Bing Tianyi confidently replied.
Hearing this, Wu Zhaojun could only grit his teeth and follow behind Bing Tianyi.
After they went upstairs, under Wu Zhaojun's lead, they headed straight to Chen Tian's dormitory. Although there were many people in the hallway watching, no one stepped forward to stop them.
Seeing this scene somewhat eased Wu Zhaojun's worries.
As previously agreed upon, after stepping into the dormitory, Bing Tianyi signaled for Wu Zhaojun to lock the door behind them. In the cramped dormitory, when the other students saw Bing Tianyi arrive, fear appeared on their faces.
Chen Tian was sitting on the edge of the bed, with his feet soaking in a basin, when he glanced at Bing Tianyi, who stepped through the door. He then quietly asked, "I didn't expect you to come by, Brother Bing."
"Chen Tian, I won't beat around the bush today. The school matters are now decided by Wu Zhaojun, including your sophomore class. In the future, if anyone fights without our consent, don't blame me for being rude." Although Bing Tianyi spoke with a smile, his tone left no room for rebuttal.
However, Chen Tian was taken aback after hearing this. He raised his head to look at Bing Tianyi and curiously asked, "Did Old Huang tell you to do this?"
Hearing this, Bing Tianyi thought that this kid seemed to have caught on to something. In order to create a better learning environment for more students in the school, Bing Tianyi outright rejected the idea.
After listening, Chen Tian glanced at Bing Tianyi and picked up a cloth nearby. He looked at Bing Tianyi and sneered, "Why should I listen to you? Who do you think you are?"
As soon as he finished speaking, Wu Zhaojun angrily shouted from the side, "Chen Tian, have you forgotten how scared you were when I beat you up that day? Now you're acting tough?"
"Kid, our business isn't over yet! Just wait until I find an opportunity." After saying this, Chen Tian prepared to walk outside with the foot-soaking water.
Bing Tianyi watched him and curiously said, "I think it's best if you listen to my advice on this matter; otherwise, if it involves your family, it won't end well."
"Oh really, Bing Tianyi? You think you're so impressive? You actually dare to threaten me. What do you plan to do about my family?" Chen Tian put down the foot-soaking water and looked at Bing Tianyi with disdain.
Bing Tianyi had already thought about it; if he really fought with Chen Tian over this matter, it would inevitably lead to chaos between the two grades. If that day ever came, he didn't know how many students would suffer because of their conflict.
To avoid such an outcome, Bing Tianyi could only resort to a more underhanded method to force Chen Tian into a compromise.
After a brief consideration, he took out his phone but quickly put it away. He had originally planned to call Crow and use Crow's connections to find a way to pressure Chen Tian.
