Qin Qi and Bing Tianyi arrived at the Fangqing Cosmetics Store. Upon entering, Qin Qi began to inquire about the situation.
Of course, Qin Qi was different from other police officers in that she always considered matters from a legal perspective. Although the incident was caused by the goat, Bing Tianyi had acted a bit excessively. After much deliberation, she ultimately had to follow procedure and temporarily take Bing Tianyi to the police station for processing.

Hearing this from Shi Tao, Qin Qi could only nod in agreement. Although they were not from the same department, Shi Tao, as the Deputy Secretary of the County Committee, still held some power.
Seeing this, Crow chuckled and said, "Alright, Secretary Shi, let's head over now."
Shi Tao nodded unsteadily and went with Crow toward the Golden Flower Hotel again.
Meanwhile, Mother Bing rushed forward but could only watch helplessly as her son was taken away by the police.
Before long, both Bing Tianyi and Chen Qian were brought to the police station.
After being separated for questioning and recording their statements, Chen Qian was released early.
In the interrogation room, Bing Tianyi sat helplessly in a chair, looking at Qin Qi. He thought that since he was Qin Qi's lifesaver, there was no way he would end up being taken to the police station for this incident.
Qin Qi saw the expression on Bing Tianyi's face and naturally understood what Bing Tianyi was thinking. As soon as he entered the room, he said directly, "Bing Tianyi, my current identity is a police officer, so your act of saving me has to be set aside for now."
Bing Tianyi nodded and didn't say much more.

Seeing this situation, Bing Tianyi smiled wryly and said to Qin Qi, "I mean, Officer Qin, for such a small matter, couldn't you just ask me at the store entrance? Why bring me all the way here?"
After Bing Tianyi left, Qin Qi helplessly smiled and said, "You know I'm a police officer; everything I do must adhere to the principles of fairness and justice."
"Well, actually I quite like you this way," Bing Tianyi said softly.
Qin Qi stopped in his tracks and stared intently at Bing Tianyi, asking, "Are you serious?"
"Of course I'm serious."
"I can tell from your eyes that you're lying," Qin Qi replied with a smile, revealing two cute dimples.
Bing Tianyi felt embarrassed and laughed awkwardly, saying, "You actually noticed?"
"Of course! You know I've interrogated countless criminals," Qin Qi said with a hint of pride. However, right after saying that, she quickly added, "Do you have time tonight?"
"What’s up?" Bing Tianyi asked while turning to walk forward.
Qin Qi lowered her voice and said, "I've been wanting to treat you to a meal but could never find the time. If you're free tonight, would you do me the honor?"
"That’s not a problem at all. But I don’t have any money right now; just make sure you’re prepared to pay," Bing Tianyi replied without any hesitation, smiling.
Qin Qi nodded in agreement, and the two set a time. After Qin Qi escorted Bing Tianyi out of the police station, just as Bing Tianyi was about to leave, Qin Qi suddenly shouted, "Bing Tianyi, wait a moment."
Bing Tianyi stopped, turned around with a curious expression, and asked softly, "Is there something else?"
At that moment, Qin Qi walked up to Bing Tianyi, looking somewhat mysterious. He stood still and said earnestly, "You’ve offended the Goat this time; you need to be careful from now on."
"What do you mean?" Bing Tianyi feigned ignorance.
"You’re still a student. Although you know a lot of people, you still have to go home alone sometimes. I’ve looked into the Goat before; he’s quite ruthless in his dealings. I don’t think he’ll let this matter rest easily," Qin Qi candidly warned Bing Tianyi.
"Don’t worry, it’s nothing," Bing Tianyi replied and turned to leave.
In truth, although Bing Tianyi said that, he was very aware that having offended the Goat meant he would definitely not have a peaceful life in this small county from now on.
After returning to his family’s Small Restaurant and spending some time with the crows and others, the dinner gathering quickly came to an end.
Around seven in the evening, after everyone had left, Bing Tianyi sat in the small shop and smiled at his parents, saying, "Mom and Dad, this restaurant is just the beginning for our family."
"Tianyi, I really didn’t expect you to be so capable," Father Bing said, slightly tipsy and with a flushed face.
Bing Tianyi smiled and looked at his father seriously as he said, "Dad, I mentioned earlier that this is just the beginning."
After saying this, Bing Tianyi stood up and smiled at his parents. "I’ll be back late tonight; you two should get some rest."
Seeing their son getting ready to leave, the elderly couple couldn’t help but ask with concern, "It’s so late; what are you going out for?"
"Just a little something," Bing Tianyi replied with a smile as he turned to leave with his backpack.
After leaving, Bing Tianyi took a taxi directly to the agreed location.
Fifteen minutes later, Bing Tianyi arrived at the small shop of Fortune Restaurant. Upon entering, he approached the front desk and asked the cashier, "Is there a woman named Qin Qi who reserved a table?"
"Room 203 on the second floor," the attendant replied impatiently while playing with her phone.
Hearing this, Bing Tianyi quickly headed upstairs.
Upon reaching the second floor, he pushed open the door to find Qin Qi already seated in the room. Seeing him enter, she quickly stood up and smiled, "Why did you take so long? You're fifteen minutes late."
"Sorry, the shop just opened today, and I was busy getting everyone settled," Bing Tianyi replied with a smile.
Qin Qi invited Bing Tianyi to sit down. They faced each other, and the atmosphere felt somewhat awkward.
For Qin Qi, it was her first time inviting a boy out for a meal alone, especially someone who looked so young. She wasn't sure what to say.
After a brief silence, Qin Qi finally asked softly, "Did you drink today?"
"No, I can't drink alcohol lately," Bing Tianyi answered.
"Why not?" Qin Qi inquired.
"I'm currently fasting," Bing Tianyi replied honestly.
"You’re fasting?" Qin Qi asked in surprise as she looked at him.
Bing Tianyi smiled and nodded in response.
"Does that mean I can't eat meat either?" Qin Qi looked at the large portions of meat on the table, feeling a bit awkward.
Bing Tianyi nodded, but when he saw the expression on Qin Qi's face, he quickly smiled and said, "It's fine. I see that you ordered some vegetarian dishes too."
"But there are only these two. Why don't you order a couple more dishes that you like?"
"There's no need to spend so much. These two dishes are already enough." Bing Tianyi had eaten a bowl of vegetarian wontons at his Small Restaurant before coming, so he wasn't hungry now.
Seeing Bing Tianyi say this, Qin Qi nodded. After a few seconds of silence, she asked Bing Tianyi, "Did you happen to pass by that day and save me?"
In response to Qin Qi's question, Bing Tianyi swallowed his food and looked up with a smile. "No, actually I knew something like that would happen, so I specifically went to the lake to save someone."
"How did you know?" Qin Qi felt that Bing Tianyi was lying, so she asked skeptically.
Bing Tianyi noticed the tone in Qin Qi's voice and said seriously, "Do you remember the last time you brought me to the station? After I met you then, I knew you were in danger, and after some calculations, I realized something would happen to you that day."
Bing Tianyi's words were completely absurd because he couldn't tell the truth now. Even if he did reveal the real situation, Qin Qi would definitely think he was crazy.
This girl already had some doubts about Bing Tianyi and had even advised his parents to have him checked for mental issues.
Now hearing Bing Tianyi say this, Qin Qi looked up and smiled as she asked, "So you can tell fortunes too?"
"You could say that," Bing Tianyi replied with a smile.
As soon as Bing Tianyi finished speaking, Qin Qi took on a police officer's tone and said, "Bing Tianyi, you're still young; you mustn't believe in these superstitions. After all..."
Before she could finish her sentence, Bing Tianyi interjected helplessly, "What? You think this is superstition?"
"Isn't it? A person's fate relies entirely on their own efforts; how can anyone predict the future?" Qin Qi said to Bing Tianyi with utmost seriousness.
After Qin Qi finished speaking, Bing Tianyi directly countered, "You're wrong. If you truly believe that fortune-telling is a superstition, then you must have been deceived by a fraud or witnessed their tricks to think that way."
"From what you're saying, it seems like you're not a fraud?" Qin Qi's face broke into a charming smile, though there was a hint of seriousness in her expression. Bing Tianyi could understand this; after all, Qin Qi's profession had some influence on her views.
"Then let me ask you, is weather forecasting a superstition?" Bing Tianyi brought up the theory he had discussed with his parents previously.
Upon hearing this, Qin Qi smiled helplessly and said, "I can't believe you're trying to compare weather forecasting with your fortune-telling."
Bing Tianyi responded immediately, "Why not?"
Qin Qi was at a loss for words; she hadn't expected Bing Tianyi to make such an absurd comparison.
After a moment of silence, as Qin Qi ate her food, she directly asked Bing Tianyi, "Alright then, explain to me why these two can be compared."
"I want to ask you, is weather forecasting a form of prediction?"
"Of course, but I must remind you that it is based on scientific evidence," Qin Qi replied earnestly.
Bing Tianyi laughed and said, "Actually, the fortune-telling I mentioned is also a form of prediction. To be precise, it similarly uses the experiences of ancient people to make corresponding predictions."
Upon hearing this, Qin Qi became somewhat curious. As a police officer, she found herself wondering how she ended up sitting in front of someone so eccentric and listening to their nonsensical talk.
