Father Bing and Mother Bing stood at the door for a moment, watching as their son walked away before turning to enter the house.
Bing Tianyi's current residence was located five hundred meters to the left from the entrance, where there was a T-junction. Standing in the corner near the east side, Bing Tianyi quickly hid himself.
After a few minutes, someone indeed appeared. With the dim light from the roadside, Bing Tianyi saw that the person was wearing a pink coat. Although they looked like a woman, their build was rather robust.
“Mei Fenfeng!” Bing Tianyi couldn't help but call out.
Sure enough, as soon as Bing Tianyi's voice fell, Mei Fenfeng turned around directly, staring at Bing Tianyi standing in the corner.

“Didn't you ask Pang Yu?” Bing Tianyi replied with a wry smile.
“I did.”
"Since you asked, why did you come looking for me?" Bing Tianyi felt somewhat speechless. After saying this, he directly squatted down on the curb beside him.
Mei Fenfeng stepped forward and stood in front of Bing Tianyi for a long time, hesitating before asking, "Are you with Chen Qian now?"
Bing Tianyi never expected Mei Fenfeng would ask him this question. He was taken aback, sitting by the roadside for a long time before finally lifting his head to give Mei Fenfeng a wry smile and saying, "Mei Fenfeng, does this matter have anything to do with you?"
Mei Fenfeng still looked down, but Bing Tianyi could now hear her sobbing.

As soon as he finished speaking, Mei Fenfeng changed the tone she had when she first started talking. She stared intently at Bing Tianyi and after a few seconds said, "Then why did you say you wanted to marry me back then?"
Bing Tianyi smiled again, genuinely feeling like his world was falling apart.
"Mei Fenfeng, I was out of my mind back then, really, you have to believe me," Bing Tianyi said seriously, looking at Mei Fenfeng and speaking each word clearly.
"Even if you were out of your mind that day, what about the day before? There were so many First Year girls around; why did you only care about me?" Mei Fenfeng continued to press Bing Tianyi.
Recalling that day, Bing Tianyi now wondered what had compelled him to say that.
Seeing Mei Fenfeng's inquiry, Bing Tianyi looked up at the stars in the sky, wearing a bitter smile. Once he calmed down, he looked at Mei Fenfeng and asked directly, "Alright then, tell me, what do you really want?"
"I want you to take responsibility for what you said," Mei Fenfeng replied firmly, though a hint of shyness showed on her face.
"Is it going to thunder tonight?" Bing Tianyi was taken aback again. He stared blankly at Mei Fenfeng and tried to suppress the urge to vomit, asking curiously.
"It shouldn't."
"Why shouldn't it? Why wouldn't it thunder?"
Hearing Bing Tianyi's question, Mei Fenfeng, whether genuinely confused or pretending, curiously asked him back, "Why would it thunder?"
"I might as well let the thunder strike me dead; that way everyone would be spared the trouble," Bing Tianyi said sharply before turning to walk away.
Mei Fenfeng quickly stepped forward and blocked his path again. She directly stated, "Bing Tianyi, I will only marry you in this lifetime."
Mei Fenfeng naively thought her words might touch Bing Tianyi. However, unexpectedly, after she finished speaking, Bing Tianyi hardened his heart and slapped her across the face while sternly saying, "Go to school right now. Come back when you score first in your grade; then we can talk about fulfilling your promise."
Mei Fenfeng stood her ground, covering her cheek with her right hand. Tears streamed down her face as she looked at Bing Tianyi and emotionally said, "I knew you cared about me. I will study hard, but please remember what you said today."
After saying this, Mei Fenfeng turned and ran off into the distance.
Seeing this scene, Bing Tianyi squatted by the roadside again, constantly pondering that perhaps only in this way could Mei Fenfeng's life path change.
The next day, Bing Tianyi got up early and went directly to the Business Administration Bureau to apply for a Business License.
The person at the desk was a Fat Man, sitting at the computer desk like a pile of meat. Bing Tianyi glanced at him and politely asked, "Is this where I can apply for a Business License?"
"Can't you read?" the man asked irritably without looking up from his computer game.

After Bing Tianyi finished speaking, the man continued to play his game as if he hadn't heard him.
After two or three minutes of waiting, Bing Tianyi couldn't help but say again, "Hello, I would like to apply for a Business License."
"Can't you see I'm busy? Wait a moment!" the man snapped at Bing Tianyi.
Hearing this, Bing Tianyi could only obediently sit on a nearby chair, watching the Fat Man happily play his game.
Time passed slowly; after waiting for a full hour and a half, Bing Tianyi realized that although he had arrived at ten in the morning, it was now eleven-thirty.
When Bing Tianyi saw the Fat Man finally stretch and get up, he quickly took out the prepared documents and approached him with a smile. "Is this everything you need?"
The Fat Man glanced through what Bing Tianyi handed him, then tossed it onto the desk and asked quietly, "Is this all you brought?"
"Oh, I also have four hundred seventy dollars," Bing Tianyi replied as he pulled out the money from his pocket.
Fat Man looked at the cash in Bing Tianyi's hand with a strange expression, smacked his lips, and then said quietly, "You know, there are many people applying for a Business License now, and the process is quite complicated. It won't be done anytime soon. I think you understand that wasting time is equivalent to wasting life, and life cannot be measured by money."
Fat Man kept talking, making gestures as if counting money.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi wasn't foolish and naturally understood what Fat Man was getting at. Without much thought, he nodded and smiled, "Alright, I get it. How about I come back to find you this afternoon?"
"Good, good. I'm just about to get off work too. I'll wait for you this afternoon," Fat Man said with a smile while patting his big belly. After Bing Tianyi left, he leaned back over his computer desk to play games.
After stepping outside, although Bing Tianyi was furious, there was nothing he could do. When he arrived at the restaurant, he had some noodles to eat. Seeing that it was still early, he set up a stall in the square with his backpack. In just an hour, he earned six hundred dollars. As he stuffed the money into his pocket, a plan formed in his mind.
Without much hesitation, he shouldered his backpack and hurried into a tobacco and alcohol specialty store.
He ordered a pack of Cigarettes for three hundred dollars and a bottle of liquor for two hundred eighty dollars. After packing them up, he rushed towards the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.
Back in the office of the Fat Man from this morning, Bing Tianyi casually placed the items he was carrying on the desk and smiled at the Fat Man in front of him, "Boss, I'm here."
The Fat Man looked up at the items on the desk, beaming with joy. He quickly nodded and said with a smile, "Great! I'll take care of it right away; bring me the things."
Upon hearing this, Bing Tianyi swiftly handed over the prepared relevant documents to Fat Man.
