At this moment, there was no thought of eating. After the city management officer finished speaking, Bing Tianyi smiled and said, "Big Brother, let's forget it. I just ate and I'm not hungry."

"Then let's go. I've already prepared the dining table in advance," Liu Qian said as he began to help Bing Tianyi tidy up the things in front of him.

With that, the two quickly packed up their things. After standing up, Bing Tianyi followed Liu Qian as they walked directly across the street.
Soon, they arrived at a Northeast Braised Pork Bone Shop on the East Side of Shuangqiao. Upon entering, a strong aroma of braised bones filled Bing Tianyi's nostrils.
To be honest, Bing Tianyi had been holding off on eating meat for quite some time now, and he had long been craving it. Now that he was in a shop that specialized in meat dishes, he felt even more uncomfortable.
Helpless, he could only stand his ground and whispered to Liu Qian beside him, "Liu Ge, can we find another restaurant?"
Liu Qian paused, curious as he asked, "What's wrong? Don't you like eating meat?"
Bing Tianyi smiled wryly and said, "It's not that I don't like it; it's just that I can't eat meat recently. I'm on a fast."
Upon hearing this, Liu Qian quickly replied with an awkward smile, "I'm sorry, Big Brother. I didn't know and ended up bringing you to a place like this. Let's go; I'll take you to another restaurant right now."
After saying this, Liu Qian turned around and led Bing Tianyi out the door. When they reached the entrance, Liu Qian told the waiter standing there directly, "Tell your boss that the private room I booked today won't be needed. I'll come back another day."
The waiter nodded with a smile after Liu Qian finished speaking.
Once outside, Liu Qian took Bing Tianyi to a small stir-fry restaurant. After entering and choosing a private room, they sat down. Liu Qian handed the menu to Bing Tianyi, who casually ordered a few vegetarian dishes before passing the menu back to Liu Qian.
Taking the menu back, Liu Qian quickly ordered several vegetarian dishes before handing it over to the waiter nearby.
After the waiter left, the two began to chat casually.
About half an hour later, when all the dishes were served and the waiter had exited, Liu Qian stood up to lock the door. He then sat next to Bing Tianyi and smiled, "Let's eat, Big Brother."
Seeing the table full of delicious food, Bing Tianyi smiled as he picked up his chopsticks and said to Liu Qian beside him, "Then I won't hold back."
"We're all brothers here; there's no need to be polite!" Liu Qian said cheerfully as he picked up his chopsticks and started eating alongside Bing Tianyi.
Before long, Liu Qian put down his chopsticks and took out an envelope from his pocket, slowly placing it in front of Bing Tianyi.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi also set down his chopsticks and quickly smiled at Liu Qian in front of him, "Liu Brother, what are you doing?"
"Take a look; there's two thousand yuan inside. Could you help me calculate something?" Liu Qian said directly to Bing Tianyi.
Bing Tianyi was taken aback, looking at Liu Qian in surprise and asking, "Liu Brother, even if I help you with fortune-telling, it shouldn't cost this much money!"
"Consider it a token of appreciation; just take it," Liu Qian replied earnestly with a smile.
Bing Tianyi didn't think much of it. After pulling out two hundred dollars from the envelope, he handed the remaining money to Liu Qian beside him. Upon seeing Bing Tianyi's actions, Liu Qian's expression suddenly changed. He stood up and looked at Bing Tianyi, saying clearly, "Brother, if you do this, it means you look down on me. This amount of money is really not much for me; just keep it."
Bing Tianyi didn't expect Liu Qian to be so emotional. Helplessly, he could only look at Liu Qian and say, "Liu Brother, since you put it that way, it would be unreasonable for me not to accept the money. However, you must take this for good luck."
Although Bing Tianyi said this, he still pulled out eight bills from the envelope and handed the remaining one thousand dollars to Liu Qian.

He chuckled and nodded before telling Liu Qian, "Wait a moment; I'll go wash my hands in the restroom."
Liu Qian quickly nodded in agreement. Shortly after, Bing Tianyi returned to the private room. Once inside, he opened his backpack and cleared some items off the table to make space by placing them on the windowsill. After creating enough room for himself, he lit three sticks of incense and took out some copper coins from his pocket. He looked at Liu Qian and said, "Please tell me your home address and date of birth."
Liu Qian nodded and promptly shared his date of birth and home address.
After memorizing them, Bing Tianyi picked up five copper coins from the table, raised them above his head, and began to chant silently.
Moments later, Bing Tianyi scattered the five copper coins onto the table. They were arranged in order, all showing heads.
Seeing this, Bing Tianyi quickly smiled at Liu Qian and said, "Liu Brother, good fortune!"
Upon hearing this, Liu Qian quickly asked, "Brother, is there a chance?"
"The phoenix brings good fortune, the qilin descends upon the capital, misfortune is removed and blessings arrive, joy fills the courtyard," Bing Tianyi said. After finishing this statement, he looked directly at Liu Qian and said, "If I haven't miscalculated this year, Liu Brother, you will definitely achieve great success."
Hearing this, Liu Qian immediately smiled and replied, "Good, that's great. Then I’ll trouble you, Big Brother."
"Trouble me with what? However, I must clarify something to you, Liu Brother, to avoid future disasters," Bing Tianyi's expression suddenly changed as he spoke seriously to Liu Qian.
Liu Qian frowned upon hearing this and asked directly, "What do you mean, Big Brother?"
"People's words can be frightening, Liu Brother. As long as you remember this point in the future, I can guarantee that you will rise smoothly," Bing Tianyi said word by word to Liu Qian.
After Bing Tianyi finished speaking, Liu Qian furrowed his brows tightly and asked Bing Tianyi directly, "Big Brother, do you mean I should be cautious of those around me? To prevent them from exposing anything about me?"
Bing Tianyi shook his head and smiled. "That's not what I mean."
"Then what do you mean?" Liu Qian continued to ask.
Bing Tianyi did not think much and said directly, "Since you came to me for divination, you must believe that heaven has a benevolent nature."
"I understand."

This speech left Liu Qian sitting beside Bing Tianyi completely confused. His expression was blank and his brows were tightly knitted. After a long while, he finally asked with a wry smile, "Big Brother, can you simplify what you've just said?"
