The black bear blinked its large eyes, looking at me and Xianxian with surprise. It swallowed hard and said, "Indeed, one cannot judge a person by their appearance. I really didn't see that coming!"

"Okay." I nodded and asked, "But why did you choose this season to come here?"

Pei Zi looked helpless. "We did consider that issue, but there are fewer people during this season. Besides, we can't waste several months waiting to come back again."
