Even more exciting for the Wolf King was that this fruit was attribute-less, meaning any magical beast could consume it. This was especially rare for mutated beasts like his own kind; finding something that could enhance their abilities was incredibly thrilling.
The Original Fruit had been growing for over three hundred years and would mature in just a few weeks. After three hundred years of recuperation, the wolf population on Wolf Island had reached a terrifying number of over six thousand. Fortunately, there were plenty of low-tier magical beasts in the forests of Wolf Island, providing ample food resources; otherwise, many would have starved.
