Wuhua Island is located offshore, covering an area of about ten miles in circumference, surrounded by dozens of scattered islands, all belonging to the Wuhua Island industry. Cultivators who wish to borrow an island for seclusion must pay a hefty rental fee.
To show respect, participants from various sects were arranged to stay and dine on the main island, while the competition venue was held on the training island of Wuhua Island, which was temporarily renamed Huiwu Island.
On October 15th, in the morning, the Liuxiang Immortal Path Conference officially began.
At the training ground of Huiwu Island, the leaders of the Seven Sects sat side by side, with Wuhua Island Master Hua Guinian seated in the center. The main viewing platform was elevated above the training ground, providing a panoramic view.
Two Golden Core Cultivators from each sect's team sat opposite the main viewing platform with their respective teams. Between the main platform and the teams were four twenty-meter square Meeting Platforms lined up in a row, each occupied by a Golden Core Stage cultivator serving as a judge for the competition.
"The time has come!" shouted a disciple from Wuhua Island.
Hua Guinian raised his hand, and the announcer continued, "The Liuxiang Immortal Path Conference has begun!"
The four judges stepped to the center of the stage and took out a list.
"First match: New Moon Sect's Zhou Mengdie versus Wan Jian Sect's Song Ning."
"Wuhua Island's White Dragon versus Guo Shan Sword Sect's Shao Minglei."
"Star River Sword Sect's Ouyang Fu versus Loose Cultivator Alliance's Tian Buguang."
"Guiyi Sect's Zhang Shan versus Wan Jian Sect's Suren."
The disciples called upon stepped onto the stage, where the judges reiterated the competition rules. With a loud shout, the match began, and immediately fierce sounds of combat erupted from all four platforms.
In the First Round of matches, each team selected an elite disciple to ensure that every sect had representation in the second round. Out of seventy participants, sixty-three were competing. Due to Guiyi Sect's Arched Eyebrows being injured by Xu Feng's sword yesterday, they could have participated but decided to withdraw that spot out of embarrassment.
Originally, there was a chance for a bye in the First Round due to the withdrawal of Arched Eyebrows, resulting in Sixty-Two Participants competing, perfectly paired. The first three rounds of the competition are elimination rounds, with adjustments made in the fourth round as needed. Today's First Round will produce Thirty-One Strong participants, plus the Seven People drawn beforehand, bringing the total number of competitors down to Thirty-Eight People after one round.
After each round, there will be a break. Regardless of injuries, all participants must continue competing afterward. If someone realizes they are severely injured and unable to fight, they can choose to forfeit.
There are Four Fighting Platforms, where thirty-one matches will be completed within them, with eight matches on each platform, four in the morning and four in the afternoon. Xu Feng is scheduled in the Fourth Group of the Third Arena for the last match of the morning.
In the First Round, everyone has a share; even those disciples who have not yet taken the stage lack the energy to cheer for their teammates. They are all analyzing various sects' fighting styles and adjusting their tactics accordingly. The first match of the First Round only took half an hour to conclude. The second match immediately follows, causing some time discrepancies. The disciples who lost in the first match join in cheering for their teammates, creating a lively atmosphere filled with cheers and sighs.
The Seven Great Leaders at the main viewing platform remain unfazed; victories and defeats are common occurrences. This is just the First Round; the real show has only just begun.
In the second match, a Tiger Warrior named Tan Zhengxiao secures the first victory for Loose Cultivator Alliance.
In the third match, a mid-stage Foundation Establishment Tiger Warrior loses. With three battles fought and only one victory achieved, Loose Cultivator Alliance finds itself at a disadvantage.
"In the fourth match, Loose Cultivator Alliance's Yan Da faces Guo Shan Sword Sect's Zhang Yulang."
Xu Feng steps onto the stage, immediately drawing suspicion due to his Foundation Establishment Stage cultivation level.
"This kid is only at the Foundation Establishment Stage; does he think he has a long life to waste?"

A member of the Guo Shan Sword Sect stepped forward, leaping onto the stage with agile movements, prompting cheers from the disciples of the Guo Shan Sword Sect below.

Xu Feng currently had two Medium-Grade Spirit Swords, one Low-Grade Spirit Sword, and two unusable Superior Spirit Swords.
"That doesn't mean you can escape my control," Zhang Yulang said as his sword glimmered. Suddenly, his figure split into three, charging toward Xu Feng.
"A Sword Transforms into Three Shadows." This is a technique derived from the Guo Shan Sword Sect's Mountain Sword Technique, and only a few disciples in the Outer Sect can wield this move. Zhang Yulang relied on this technique to defeat his senior brother and enter Wuhua Island.
"Earth King Armor!" Xu Feng's body trembled, and the yellow aura around him intensified, resembling a golden armor. Earth King Tremor is the strongest defensive Cultivation Method among its peers, with average attack power but unparalleled as a defensive tool.

Not long after Xu Feng's match ended, the other three matches concluded as well. The First Round of the competition temporarily came to a close, and various sects returned to their accommodations to rest. After two hours, they would resume the afternoon matches.
