The classmates erupted in chaos once again.
"So that's how it is."

The deputy director was also shocked upon hearing this.
He looked at Cheng Tong with anger and asked, "What exactly did you do?"
Cheng Tong's face turned pale as he stammered, "I... I didn't."

"You need to come with us now."
Upon hearing this, Cheng Tong panicked completely.
He fell to his knees with a thud and pointed at his friends, saying, "Dad, it wasn't my idea."
"It was all their suggestion."
"They are the ones who got me into this mess."
Cheng Tong's friends, his few lackeys, looked at him with anger upon hearing this.
"You're talking nonsense."

The lackeys were furious, their faces turning pale with anger.

The Vice Principal of Instruction also didn't anticipate things would turn out this way.
He quickly grabbed the deputy director and said, "Let Cheng Tong return to class first."
"We can discuss this later."
Although the Deputy Director was angry, he knew it was the best course of action. He nodded and said, "Alright." Cheng Tong left, filled with resentment and anger. The members of the Inspection Team also departed, stating they were going to the police station to file a report. The classmates looked at Cheng Tong's retreating figure with disdain.

Hearing these comments only fueled Cheng Tong's anger further; he wished he could find a hole to hide in. Just then, a teacher from the neighboring class approached. She said to the homeroom teacher, "Lao Yan, you were absolutely right."
"Some people are just ungrateful."
"Now they're reaping what they sowed."
The homeroom teacher's expression darkened significantly. He shot a fierce glare at the teacher but remained silent. Witnessing this scene almost made me laugh out loud, but I managed to restrain myself just in time. After the morning meeting ended, Cheng Tong was taken away by his father. I never saw him again after that.
It wasn't until noon that the school announced the investigation results. Cheng Tong was penalized for suspected cheating and would not be returning. Even the homeroom teacher who took him away had his bonus for the semester deducted. I wasn't surprised by this news at all; after all, cheating is a serious matter. During class in the afternoon, the homeroom teacher was in a terrible mood.
He exploded in anger in the classroom, blaming himself for making substitutions.
"If it weren't for the substitutions, how could this have happened?"
"If it weren't for the substitutions, I wouldn't have suffered such injustice."
He insinuated and shifted the blame onto me.
He said, "It's all because of that ungrateful person."
"If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have made any substitutions."
"It's all his fault."
Hearing these words, I wasn't angry at all.
I nodded and said seriously, "Yes."
"It's all my fault."
"If I hadn't made the substitutions back then, this misfortune wouldn't have occurred."
The homeroom teacher became even angrier upon hearing this.
He glared at me fiercely and said, "Get out."
"Stand outside."
So, I went out.
Three minutes later, I knocked on the door again.
"Report."
The homeroom teacher looked extremely displeased.
He glared at me and said, "What are you back for?"
I blinked and replied, "Teacher, someone is looking for you."
The homeroom teacher impatiently asked, "Who?"
I stepped aside to reveal a handsome young man.
Upon seeing this young man, the homeroom teacher's expression changed instantly.
