The Vice Principal of Instruction was incredulous: "How is this possible? Cheng Tong is so outstanding; how could he cheat?"
The person chuckled lightly, "We also didn't want to believe this fact. But it is what it is."
"We have evidence."
Saying this, he took the paper again and began to read.
"This is the information we gathered during our investigation."
"We came here to announce the results of our investigation."
