The giant eagle carried us through the clouds, and we admired the magnificent Celestial Paradise. I took out the Eagle Bone Flute and began to play. The giant eagle seemed to become more spirited, dancing with the clouds, its cries harmonizing with the flute's clear and melodious notes.
"I bet it's a female eagle," Xiao Xiao suddenly said.
"How can you tell?" A Meng asked.
"Look how much it loves listening to the flute; a male wouldn't be so romantic," Xiao Xiao replied.
"That makes sense," A Meng nodded.
"Wait, you guys are saying it's female. What does that mean?" I suddenly realized.
"Female," A Meng said.
"You mean it's a girl?" I asked in surprise.
"Yes, what's wrong with that?" Xiao Xiao replied.
"Then why is it here?" I questioned.
"Maybe it's because it's too lonely," Xiao Xiao suggested.
"Lonely?" I asked, puzzled.
"Yes, in this deep mountain forest, it doesn't have any companions. How could it not be lonely?" Xiao Xiao explained.
"Then we should help it find a companion," I said.
"But where do we look?" A Meng wondered.
"Maybe we can find one on the rooftop," Xiao Xiao suggested.
"Right! How did I not think of that?" I realized.
"But for now, let's think about how to deal with that male eagle," A Meng said.
"Male eagle?" I exclaimed in surprise.
"Yes, didn't you notice? This female eagle has always been acting alone," Xiao Xiao pointed out.
"Yeah, why is that?" I asked.
"Because that male eagle must be guarding something somewhere," Xiao Xiao explained.
"Guard?" I was even more confused.
"That's right, guard," Xiao Xiao affirmed.
"Then we must find that male eagle," I said.
"Yes," Xiao Xiao nodded.
Thus, the four of us began searching for the male eagle.
We searched for a long time and finally discovered a huge eagle's nest deep on the rooftop.
"It seems this is the lair of the male eagle," A Meng said.
"We need to be careful not to disturb it," Xiao Xiao reminded us.
"Okay," the three of us nodded in agreement.
So, the four of us quietly climbed up to the nest and looked inside.
There, we saw a gigantic Azure Hawk crouched inside, completely still.
"From its appearance, it seems to be sleeping," A Meng whispered.
"Perfect, we can take the opportunity to launch a surprise attack," I said.
Immediately, the four of us began to act, preparing to ambush the Azure Hawk.
We continued flying on the eagle's back for two days and nights, nearly exhausted.
Even so, we did not give up and finally returned to the rooftop one morning.
"We're back!" Xiao Xiao and A Meng excitedly hugged each other, tears blurring their vision.
"We finally made it back," I said with a happy smile.
"Yeah," Da Huang also responded cheerfully.
"What should we do now?" A Meng asked.
"First, let's rest a bit and then make plans," I replied.
So, the four of us sat under a large rock to rest and regain our strength.
Suddenly, Xiao Xiao seemed to notice something and picked up a peculiar red stone from the ground.
"Look, what is this?" Xiao Xiao asked, holding up a stone.
The surface of the stone was wrinkled and had many grooves.
"I don't know; I've never seen a stone like this before," A Meng said, shaking his head.
"I think this thing must be something unusual; we should keep it and take it with us," I said.
"Okay," Xiao Xiao replied.
