In this world, martial arts place the greatest emphasis on body refinement, believing that a powerful body can break through anything, following the path of proving the way through strength. 0

Lufan once browsed through the martial arts of the Buddhist Sect in his mind. He discovered that many of the techniques he recalled were different from his impressions. Although they also emphasized cultivating energy, they focused more on developing the body, sharing similarities with the body refinement methods in this world. 0

Whether it is the Golden Bell Shield or the Vajra Body, both are extremely formidable body refinement techniques. In particular, the Yi Jin Jing and Washing Marrow Classic are supreme treasures for cleansing marrow and strengthening bones, enhancing the human body. 0

The Buddhist Sect has always regarded achieving the Diamond Body, or Arhat Golden Body, as the highest pursuit, which reflects their emphasis in martial arts. 0

However, Lufan had long since grown accustomed to this. He knew that the secret manuals he was familiar with had names similar to those in Jin Yong's novels and that their effects were largely similar, but in many aspects, they were actually different. 0

This is not surprising; after all, Jin Yong was not a true martial arts master. His descriptions of martial arts in his novels have numerous inaccuracies and loopholes, a fact that countless online users have criticized. 0

For a long time, two questions had been troubling Lufan: why he had crossed over and where the martial arts manuals in his mind came from. 0

There must be a reason for everything that happens in the world; it couldn't be that these manuals simply appeared out of thin air. 0

He had once entertained wild thoughts, imagining that perhaps some powerful being was playing a joke on him. They might have overheard his sighs and casually tossed him into this place while stuffing a bunch of manuals into his head without caring about it afterward. 0

Or perhaps he had become a pawn? Isn't that what novels often say? In the past, Lufan was an atheist, but since he had crossed over and had a pile of manuals existing in a fantastical manner in his mind, his worldview had long been reshaped. 0

However, Lufan ultimately felt that this speculation was somewhat absurd because he had never received any instructions. He concluded that his situation was merely an accident—one in countless billions. 0

Putting aside this unsolvable question, Lufan found that most of the martial arts he knew from the Buddhist Sect were primarily focused on body refinement. 0

In contrast, Taoist martial arts also emphasize strengthening the body but place greater importance on cultivating energy. Both Taoism and the Buddhist Sect have their own areas of focus. 0

Lufan had an ambition: he intended to cultivate both Buddhist martial arts for body refinement and Taoist martial arts for energy cultivation, achieving true integration of internal and external practices to enhance his strength at the fastest pace. 0

Despite his success with the Iron Cloth technique, which made him nearly invincible in battle, much of his advantage came from his strategic thinking and the possession of several extraordinary techniques—Divine Skills and Secret Techniques—that had never appeared in this world before. He often caught opponents off guard. 0

However, if he were to encounter a genius with numerous Secret Techniques in the future, he might not have those advantages anymore. 0

Moreover, he had to admit that his innate foundation still had considerable gaps compared to the geniuses of this world. This gap was a comprehensive physical disparity. After practicing Iron Cloth and the Horizontal Thirteen Guardians, he was already on par with others in terms of flesh and skin, but there remained significant deficiencies in aspects like bones and blood. 0

This was why Lufan needed to cultivate both Buddhism and Taoism. Whether it was the Nine Yang Divine Skill or the Yi Jin Jing and Xisui Jing Divine Skills, they could fundamentally unlock his potential and strengthen his foundation. 0

Only by doing so could Lufan compensate for his innate physical weaknesses and narrow the gap with the foundational training of the geniuses in this world as much as possible. 0

Once his foundation was solid enough, he would then qualify to challenge the realm of masters without risking insufficient momentum leading to failure. 0

However, Lufan knew that this alone was not enough. 0

The idea of cultivating both Buddhism and Taoism sounded wonderful, but realizing it was incredibly difficult. The two paths not only had significant differences in their philosophies but also carried considerable risks in their respective practices. 0

For instance, in Buddhist martial arts, the higher one's martial skills, the deeper understanding of Buddhist teachings was required to dispel any negative energy; otherwise, one could easily lose control of their own power and fall into madness. 0

Thus, while Lufan might start off well with dual cultivation, as time went on, it would be akin to walking a tightrope over a cliff. A slight misstep could lead to an uncontrollable clash between the two powerful forces, resulting in chaotic meridians and ultimately death or destruction. 0

Cultivating both Buddhism and Taoism was undoubtedly a path of immense power but also one fraught with danger. 0

On the contrary, if one focuses solely on a single discipline, the dangers are significantly reduced, especially with Taoist martial arts. Although progress may be slow, it is stable, and the chances of going astray are minimal. 0

Of course, Lufan understands this in his heart, but he cannot abandon this path. 0

Let’s not forget that there is a Sword of Damocles hanging over his head in the form of the Heavenly Calamity Ghost. Who knows when it might cause some unexpected trouble? 0

Therefore, if there is a path to rapidly increase his strength, even if it is fraught with danger, Lufan would step onto it without hesitation. 0

However, if faced with a path to ultimate strength but dares not take a single step due to its dangers, Lufan would feel obstructed in his heart and might find it difficult to reach the Martial Arts Pinnacle in the future. 0

Moreover, while simultaneously practicing Buddhism and Taoism is dangerous, it is not without solutions. 0

At the very least, Lufan knows that to truly practice both Buddhism and Taoism without conflict between their martial arts, he needs something that can suppress both forces. 0

That is a heart—a tremendously powerful Spirit! 0

Only the strongest Spirit can bear the greatest power. Similarly, if Lufan wishes to achieve the strongest martial path, he needs an Invincible Heart. 0

Without a fearless and invincible heart to dare to bear boundless power, one cannot succeed. 0

The so-called three treasures of the human body—Vitality—regardless of the type of cultivation, ultimately aim to enhance these Three Treasures of the Human Body. 0

If Taoist martial arts lean towards cultivating Qi and Buddhist Sect martial arts focus on refining essence, then Lufan still lacks one element: refining the spirit. 0

Only when Vitality is strong can the human body achieve harmony and unity; otherwise, an imbalance among the three will inevitably lead to significant problems such as going astray or mental instability. 0

The spirit is Spirit, and refining the spirit means refining the heart. In other words, Lufan wants to achieve the simultaneous cultivation of Buddhism and Taoism, and he needs to continuously hone himself and strengthen his Spirit. 0

But where is the best place to refine the heart? Without a doubt, it is the Great Thousand World, the vast Mundane World. 0

The myriad experiences of life in the Mundane World, including birth, aging, sickness, death, joy, sorrow, and human interactions, are what truly refine a person's Spirit. 0

If Lufan wants to refine his heart, he must actively go to the most prosperous places among humanity to comprehend all of this. 0

Of course, even doing this alone will not allow him to forge an invincible martial heart because the Invincible Heart is not achieved through mere words or thoughts; it is forged through combat. 0

What is martial arts? Martial arts are about competition and conflict! Every master and grandmaster on this path has grown through countless battles. 0

None of them lack strong confidence in themselves; each believes that their path is the strongest. Anyone who wishes to claim invincibility must first prove themselves through battle. 0

To become strong, one must not only contend with heaven and earth but also compete with others! Competing for techniques, resources, momentum, territory, and even women... cough cough. 0

In summary, for Lufan to achieve an invincible heart, he must not only comprehend the myriad states of beings in the Mundane World but also engage in exchanges and battles with other Martial Cultivators, fearlessly facing challenges, step by step building his confidence and momentum. 0

Only in this way can he possess a sufficiently strong Spirit to bear the power of simultaneous cultivation of Buddhism and Taoism, harmonizing internal and external practices without losing himself in overwhelming power. If he loses control for even a moment, it could lead to irreparable consequences. 0

Taoist energy refinement, Buddhist Sect body refinement, and the Mundane World forge an invincible heart! 0

This is the strongest martial path that Lufan has planned for himself. 0
